Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Aiming at the situation that users easily ignore the abnormal delivery information in the delivery inquiry page in the prior art, the inventor finds that the conventional delivery inquiry page is usually simple in text description when displaying the abnormal delivery information, and the text background of the conventional delivery inquiry page is not obviously different from other information of the delivery inquiry page, so that the conventional delivery inquiry page cannot warn and remind the users to notice the related abnormal delivery information. When the user views the order state information, the user is likely to ignore the delivery abnormality information, and at this time, even if the delivery abnormality notification is set, the notification effect is not achieved, and the user is likely to think that the delivery abnormality information is not provided. However, when the user actually waits for a long time and goes out or is not delivered, the user is easy to generate emotion, makes bad comments or complaints on the platform, the merchant or the rider, and may even decline the goodness of the selling platform, which affects the use experience of the user, or may reject the order when the order is delivered when the user continues to wait for a long time, which causes the waste of delivery resources, affects the scheduling efficiency of the selling platform, and increases the loss of the merchant and the selling platform. Therefore, how to enable the user to notice the delivery abnormal information is an urgent problem to be solved.
The inventor distinguishes a delivery abnormal information display mode from other information display modes of a delivery inquiry page, wherein the delivery abnormal information is displayed on the delivery inquiry page by setting the warning mark and combining with the delivery abnormal information, so that a user can be easily attracted and noticed by the warning mark on the delivery inquiry page, the user can quickly notice the delivery abnormal information, and corresponding decisions are made according to order details, and the problems of delivery resource waste, influence on the scheduling efficiency of a take-away platform, increase of losses of merchants and the take-away platform and the like are avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the order distribution state display and the order query operation of the user are carried out at the client side provided with the order placing software, and the information processing and the generation of the order details are completed at the server side of the order placing software. The client may be any type of electronic device or terminal, such as various terminals including a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a portable digital camera, a media player, a portable game device, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a desktop computer, a notebook computer, and the like, which are collectively referred to as terminals hereinafter. The server may be any type of electronic device, and is generally a server or a server cluster of a platform, and the embodiment of the present invention is described by taking the server as an example.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an embodiment of the present invention. The third-party platform provides a webpage or application software service through the platform server, and therefore a takeout platform is provided for the user. The user opens a corresponding webpage or application software on the user terminal to carry out the activities of taking out and placing orders, inquiring orders and the like. The user terminal and the platform server are communicated through a wired network or a wireless network. In other embodiments, the third party platform may also be a non-takeaway platform that can provide delivery services, such as a shopping platform, an express platform, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an order delivery status display method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is described from the server side. The method comprises the following steps:
step 110: and responding to a current order distribution inquiry request sent by the user terminal, and acquiring current order distribution information.
Step 120: checking whether the current order distribution information is matched with the first condition information;
step 130: if the first condition information is matched, sending first notification information with an alarm identifier to the user terminal so that the user terminal can display the first notification information;
step 140: if the current order distribution information is not matched with the first condition information, whether the current order distribution information is matched with the second condition information is verified;
step 150: and if the second condition information is matched, sending second notification information without the warning mark to the user terminal so that the user terminal displays the second notification information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first condition information and the second condition information are both information causing the distribution abnormity. The reminding level of the first condition information is higher than that of the second condition information, which indicates that the reason of the abnormal delivery occurs in the later delivery stage, and means that the user waits for a period of time, and the user needs to spend longer time if canceling the order and re-placing the order for delivery, and at this time, if the abnormal delivery occurs, the user is more likely to feel dissatisfied. The conditions of bad comment, rejection and the like are usually in the later period of distribution, so that the user is particularly required to be reminded of relevant abnormal distribution information so that the user can know the relevant conditions in time.
In some embodiments, the first notification information may be a combination of text information and color information, where the color is the warning identifier, for example, the first notification information is information represented by red text, where the text represents an abnormal delivery condition, and the red is the warning identifier; or in some embodiments, the first notification information may also be information represented by a combination of text and an illustration, where the text represents an abnormal delivery condition, and the illustration is an alert identifier; or in some embodiments, the first notification information may also be directly illustration information, wherein the illustration is an alert identifier and represents an abnormal delivery condition at the same time; or in some embodiments, the first notification message may also be a combination of text message and sound message, where the text represents an abnormal delivery condition, and the sound is an alert identifier; or in some embodiments, the first notification message may be a sound message directly, where the sound message is the warning mark and simultaneously indicates the delivery abnormal condition. The specific expression form of the first notification information is not limited, as long as the first notification information has an alarm mark, so that the user can know the current delivery abnormal condition.
The platform server responds to the current order distribution inquiry request sent by the user terminal to acquire the current order distribution information, by checking that the current order delivery information is matched with the first condition information causing delivery abnormity so as to correspondingly send first notification information with an alarm mark to the user terminal to make the user know, wherein, the first notice information correspondingly represents the condition causing delivery abnormity for the user to know, when the user checks the order delivery condition displayed by the user terminal, due to the arrangement of the warning mark, the first notification information can be quickly noticed by the user and is not easy to be overlooked, the user can timely and objectively know the order distribution condition, and judgment is made in time, negative operations such as poor comment or complaint and rejection caused by emotion are not easy to generate, the user experience is improved, and the reasonable utilization of distribution resources and the improvement of distribution scheduling efficiency are facilitated.
The reminding level of the second condition information is lower than that of the first condition information, which indicates that the reason of the delivery abnormality occurs in the early stage of the delivery or the reason of the delivery abnormality is other objective factors acceptable to the user, at this time, the delivery behavior may not occur yet or the delivery time is short, the user has enough time to select whether to cancel the order or place the order again, and the selection space is large. Even if delivery abnormality occurs, discontent emotion of the user is not easily caused, so that even if the user ignores second notification information representing delivery abnormality of the second condition information, emotion of the user is not greatly influenced.
After step 150, if the second condition information is not matched, the notification information is not transmitted to the user terminal, which indicates that the delivery abnormality does not occur, and it is not necessary to display the delivery abnormality and the cause to the user.
In some embodiments, the first condition information includes first delivery preparation information indicating that a delivery has been performed but not successfully delivered, and the first notification information includes first warning notification information, and at this time, the steps 120, 130, 140, and 150 may be implemented by:
step a 01: checking whether the current order distribution information is matched with the first distribution preparation information;
step a 02: and if the first distribution preparation information is matched, sending first warning notification information to the user terminal, wherein the first warning notification information comprises first file information and first warning illustration information, and the first file information is used for representing the first distribution preparation information.
In the above embodiment, the first delivery preparation information in step a01 is used to indicate that delivery is performed but not successfully delivered, at this time, the take-out order is placed and delivery behavior also occurs in the delivery facility, and delivery is performed to the user side, but delivery is not successfully delivered to the user side, for example, delivery is not successfully delivered to the user due to user rejection, user contact is not good, area cannot enter, and the like, for this situation, the platform side, the merchant side, or the delivery side cannot solve the delivery abnormality problem, and only the user side can solve the problem, so it is necessary to specifically remind the user to solve the problem, and it is necessary to explain to the user that the delivery abnormality problem occurs on the user side instead of the delivery abnormality problem occurring on the platform side, the merchant side, or the delivery side, and to prevent the user from mistakenly considering that the platform side occurs due to not receiving the take-out product, The merchant or the distributor carries out bad comment or complaint due to abnormal distribution problems, and resource waste is caused when the server processes the behaviors.
And the platform server checks that the current order distribution information is matched with the first distribution backup information, and then sends the first file information and the first warning illustration information to the user terminal, and the user terminal correspondingly displays the first file information and the first warning illustration information in the notification area for the user to check. The first file information is used for representing first distribution backup information so as to facilitate a user to know the reason of distribution abnormity, and the first warning illustration information is used for reminding the user to check the distribution abnormity.
The first distribution preparation information is preset information which is preset by the server platform and used for checking order distribution information, the first distribution preparation information comprises user rejection information, user contact failure information, region entry failure information and the like, and the platform server can execute the step a011 in advance: storing the user refusal information, the user contact failure information and the area entry failure information as one of the first delivery backup information, wherein the stored first delivery backup information can be used in the step a 01.
The current order distribution information may be information directly sent by the distribution terminal to the platform server, or may be information corresponding to the current order distribution information sent by the distribution terminal to the distribution server, where the distribution server sends the corresponding information to the platform server.
In some embodiments, the first literature information and the first warning illustration information may be displayed separately, for example, if the first literature information display area is outside the first warning illustration information display area, the first literature information is displayed adjacent to the first warning illustration information, so that the user can quickly see the distribution abnormal information shown by the first literature information; in some embodiments, the first document information and the first warning illustration information may also be displayed in an integrated manner, for example, the first document information display area is in the first warning illustration information display area, or the first warning illustration information displays the content of the first document information in a picture form.

When the user selects an order canceling button or a distribution canceling button, the button selection parameter sent by the user terminal is an order canceling parameter or a distribution canceling parameter, and the platform server correspondingly sets the state of the order to be canceled; when the user selects the continuous delivery button, the button selection parameter sent by the user terminal is the continuous delivery parameter, and at the moment, the platform server correspondingly sends a continuous delivery instruction to the delivery facility to instruct the delivery facility to continue delivery. The distribution facility may be a distribution robot, a transportation facility for distribution, a hand-held terminal of a distributor, or the like.
When the first delivery report information is the user rejection information, the user may select a continue delivery button or a cancel order button or a cancel delivery button. For the case that the user chooses to continue the delivery, in some embodiments, the user rejects due to an error or other condition of providing the goods by the merchant, and at this time, the merchant may be required to provide the goods again and deliver the goods again according to the user requirement; or in some embodiments the user changes their mind and may receive the takeaway items or may request that the delivery continue.
When the first delivery preparation information is information that the user is not contacted, in some embodiments, for example, the order takeout is not received by the user for a long time and the taste is poor, so that the user selects an order cancel button, or the user may also select to continue delivery, at which point the user may request the merchant to re-provide the goods and re-deliver the goods; or the user selects the continue delivery button, but does not require the merchant to re-supply the goods and re-deliver them, at which point the delivery facility may re-deliver the goods that were not delivered to the user.
When the first delivery provision information indicates that the area cannot be accessed, in some embodiments, for example, the food order takeout is not received by the user for a long time and the taste is poor, so that the user selects an order cancel button, or the user may select to continue delivery, at this time, the user may request the merchant to re-provide the goods and re-deliver the goods, and the user may be allowed to access the area to receive the takeout at a delivery facility; or the user selects the continue delivery button, but does not require the merchant to re-supply the goods and re-deliver, at which point the user may be routed to the delivery facility where they may be allowed to enter the area for takeaway acceptance.
In some embodiments, the first condition information further includes second delivery preparation information having a different content from the first delivery preparation information, the second delivery preparation information is used to indicate that the delivery duration is extended but not timed out, the first notification information further includes second alert notification information, and after step a01, the method further includes:
step a 11: if the first distribution preparation information is not matched, checking whether the current order distribution information is matched with the second distribution preparation information;
step a 12: and if the second distribution preparation information is matched, sending second warning notification information to the user terminal, wherein the second warning notification information comprises second file information and second warning illustration information, the second file information is used for representing the second distribution preparation information, and the second warning illustration information is different from the first warning illustration information.
In the above steps a11 and a12, the second delivery report information is different from the first delivery report information, and the second warning notification information is different from the first warning notification information to form a distinction, which indicates that the reminding information is different from the reminding level of the first warning notification information, wherein the reminding level of the first warning notification information is higher than that of the second warning notification information, and the degree of the first warning notification information to attract the attention of the user is different. The second delivery backup information indicates that delivery is still in progress, and there is a possibility that delivery is extended, and delivery is not overtime yet, and at this time, the user waiting time is still within the acceptable range, and it is not a case that the user is urgently required to confirm and handle, so the reminding level of the second warning notification information is lower than that of the first warning notification information.
And the platform server checks that the current order distribution information is matched with the second distribution preparation information, and then sends second document information and second warning illustration information to the user terminal, and the user terminal correspondingly displays the second document information and the second warning illustration information in the notification area for the user to check. The second file information is used for representing second distribution preparation information so that a user can know the reason of distribution abnormity, and the second warning illustration information is used for reminding the user to check the distribution abnormity.
The second delivery preparation information is preset information preset by the server platform and used for verifying order delivery information, the second delivery preparation information includes slow meal delivery information, inaccurate positioning information and the like, and the platform server can execute the step a012 in advance: the meal slow information and the positioning inaccuracy information are stored as one of the second delivery preparation information, and the stored second delivery preparation information may be used in step a 11. In some embodiments, the second document information and the second warning illustration information may be displayed separately, for example, if the second document information display area is outside the second warning illustration information display area, the second document information is displayed adjacent to the second warning illustration information, so that the user can quickly see the distribution abnormal information shown by the second document information; in some embodiments, the second document information and the second warning illustration information may also be displayed in an integrated manner, for example, the second document information display area is in the second warning illustration information display area, or the second warning illustration information is content of the second document information displayed in a picture form, which is not particularly limited as long as the user can be reminded of seeing the second document information and the second warning illustration information.
If the current order distribution information contains one of slow meal delivery information and inaccurate positioning information provided by the distribution terminal, the platform server checks, matches and operates correspondingly on each piece of information of the current order distribution information. If the backup information provided by the distribution terminal is inaccurate positioning information and the corresponding current order distribution information contains inaccurate positioning information, the platform server checks and matches each piece of information of the current order distribution information, and sends second file information and second warning illustration information to the user terminal after the inaccurate positioning information is matched, the text display content of the second file information corresponds to the inaccurate positioning information, and the color of the second warning illustration information displayed on the user terminal is blue. In some embodiments, the color of the second warning illustration information displayed on the user terminal may also be a color that is easily noticed by the user and is not emphasized by the user.

Particularly, the color parameter related to the first warning illustration information should be set to be different from the color parameter of the current distribution inquiry page displayed by the user terminal, so that the user can directly notice the first warning illustration information with the color different from that of the current distribution inquiry page, thereby playing a role of reminding the user and simultaneously arousing the attention of the user.
Wherein, the first color parameter, the second color parameter and the third color parameter can all be represented by RGB parameters. In some embodiments, when the platform server detects that the background color or the first color displayed in most colors of the current distribution query page of the user terminal is yellowish, the basic color of the yellowish is a yellow color system, the basic color system to which the second color parameter of the first warning illustration displayed in the background color or most colors of the user terminal belongs is configured as a red color system, and the basic color system to which the third color parameter of the second warning illustration displayed in the background color or most colors of the user terminal belongs is configured as a blue color system, a cyan color system, a violet color system, and the like.

The third file information is used for representing delivery overtime information so as to facilitate users to know the reason of delivery abnormity, and the third warning illustration information is used for reminding users to check the delivery abnormity.
The delivery overtime information is preset information preset by the server platform and used for verifying order delivery information, the delivery overtime information comprises order receiving overtime information, delivery overtime information, meal delivery overtime information and the like, and the platform server can execute the step a013 in advance: and storing the order receiving timeout information, the delivery timeout information and the meal time-out information as one of the delivery timeout information, wherein the stored delivery timeout information can be used for the operation of the step a 21.
The delivery timeout information in the current order delivery information may be information obtained by analyzing the information of the distribution server according to the merchant terminal or the delivery terminal, or may be information obtained by analyzing the information of the merchant terminal or the delivery terminal by the platform server, which is not particularly limited. The preset order receiving information refers to merchant missed order information or abnormal order receiving information of other merchants, which is caused by merchant behaviors and belongs to a user comprehensible and receivable range, and therefore the preset order receiving information does not need to be provided with a warning mark to remind a user of paying attention.
Specifically, if the platform server detects that the current order merchant does not receive orders, the matched preset order receiving information is the order that the merchant does not receive orders, and correspondingly sends corresponding sixth case information to the user terminal, wherein the text display content of the sixth case information corresponds to "merchant does not receive orders", and certainly, in some embodiments, the text display content of the sixth case information may also be in a general meaning, such as "merchant is busy, and does not receive orders", as long as the content substantially indicates that the delivery is overtime, so that the user can conveniently know the reason of the occurrence of the delivery abnormality.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an order distribution status displaying method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and please refer to fig. 3, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an order distribution status displaying method. The method is applied to the terminal and comprises the following steps:
step 210: receiving a current order distribution inquiry request, and acquiring a current order distribution state from a platform server;
step 220: in a first situation, receiving first notification information which is sent by a platform server and has warning identification information, and displaying the first notification information, wherein the first notification information is sent after the platform server verifies that current order distribution information is matched with first condition information;
step 230: and in the second situation, second notification information which is sent by the platform server and does not have the warning identification information is received, and the second notification information is displayed, wherein the second notification information is sent after the platform server verifies that the current order distribution information is not matched with the first condition information and continuously verifies that the current order distribution information is matched with the second condition information.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the first situation, the reminding level of the first condition information is higher than that of the second condition information, which indicates that the reason of the abnormal delivery occurs in the later delivery stage, and means that the user waits for a period of time, and the user needs to spend longer time if cancelling the order and placing the order again for delivery, and at this time, the user is more likely to feel dissatisfied if the abnormal delivery occurs. The conditions of bad comment, rejection and the like are generally in the later period of distribution, so that the user is particularly required to be reminded of relevant abnormal distribution information so that the user can know the relevant conditions in time, and therefore first notification information with an alarm mark is required to be set to remind the user. The first notification information correspondingly represents the condition causing delivery abnormity for the user to know, when the user checks the order delivery condition displayed by the user terminal, the first notification information can be quickly noticed by the user due to the arrangement of the warning mark and is not easy to overlook, the user can timely and objectively know the order delivery condition and timely make judgment, negative operations such as poor evaluation or complaint and rejection caused by emotion are not easy to generate, the user experience is improved, and the reasonable utilization of delivery resources and the improvement of the delivery scheduling efficiency are facilitated.
In the second situation, the reminding level of the second condition information is lower than that of the first condition information, which indicates that the reason for the abnormal delivery occurs in the early stage of the delivery or the reason for the abnormal delivery is other objective factors acceptable to the user, and at this time, the delivery behavior may not occur yet or the delivery time is short, and the user has enough time to select whether to cancel the order or place the order again, and has a larger selection space. Even if delivery abnormality occurs, discontent emotions of the user are not easily caused, so that even if the user ignores second notification information representing the delivery abnormality of the second condition information, the emotion of the user is not greatly influenced, the second notification information does not have the warning mark and can be in sharp contrast with the first notification with the warning mark, when the user uses the delivery inquiry page shown by the takeout platform, the importance degree of the delivery abnormality can be obviously distinguished, the use inertia is formed in the long-term use process, and the use efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the user terminal may perform the first notification information display or the second notification information display in a specific notification area of the delivery query page, or after the user performs the current order query at the user terminal, even if the user does not perform the query operation any more, the first notification information or the second notification information may be displayed in a pull-down notification bar or a lock screen notification bar of the user terminal, and the user does not need to specifically enter the delivery query page for querying, so that the user can conveniently view the current order delivery condition.

Claims (10)

1. An order delivery status display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to a current order distribution inquiry request sent by a user terminal, and acquiring current order distribution information;
checking whether the current order distribution information is matched with first condition information;
if the first condition information is matched, sending first notification information with an alarm identifier to the user terminal so that the user terminal can display the first notification information;
if the current order distribution information is not matched with the first condition information, checking whether the current order distribution information is matched with second condition information;
and if the second condition information is matched, sending second notification information without the warning mark to the user terminal so that the user terminal displays the second notification information.
2. The order delivery status displaying method according to claim 1, wherein the first condition information includes first delivery preparation information, the first delivery preparation information is used to indicate that delivery has been performed but not successfully arrived, the first notification information includes first warning notification information,
the current order distribution information is checked to determine whether the current order distribution information is matched with first condition information; if the first condition information is matched, sending first notification information with an alarm identifier to the user terminal so that the user terminal can display the first notification information; if the current order distribution information is not matched with the first condition information, checking whether the current order distribution information is matched with second condition information; if the second condition information is matched, sending second notification information without an alarm identifier to the user terminal, so that the user terminal displays the second notification information, further comprising:
checking whether the current order distribution information is matched with the first distribution backup information;
and if the first delivery backup information is matched, sending first warning notification information to the user terminal, wherein the first warning notification information comprises first file information and first warning illustration information, and the first file information is used for representing the first delivery backup information.
3. The method for displaying the order delivery status according to claim 2, wherein if the first delivery provision information is matched, first warning notification information is sent to the user terminal, the first warning notification information includes first document information and first warning illustration information, and the first document information is used for indicating the first delivery provision information, and the method further comprises:
sending a button selection instruction to the user terminal;
receiving and checking a button selection parameter sent by the user terminal;
if the button selection parameters are matched with the continuous distribution parameters, sending a continuous distribution instruction to the distribution facility;
and if the button selection parameters are matched with order canceling parameters or delivery canceling parameters, setting the state of the order to be cancelled.
4. The order distribution status displaying method according to claim 2, wherein the first condition information further includes second distribution preparation information having a different content from the first distribution preparation information, the second distribution preparation information is used to indicate that the distribution duration is extended but not timed out, the first notification information further includes second warning notification information,
after the verifying whether the current order delivery information matches the first delivery preparation information, the method further includes:
if the current order distribution information is not matched with the first distribution preparation information, checking whether the current order distribution information is matched with the second distribution preparation information;
and if the second distribution backup information is matched, sending second warning notification information to the user terminal, wherein the second warning notification information comprises second file information and second warning illustration information, the second file information is used for representing the second distribution backup information, and the second warning illustration information is different from the first warning illustration information.
5. The order delivery status display method according to claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a first color parameter of a current distribution query page of the user terminal;
configuring a second color parameter of the first warning illustration information to be different from the first color parameter, wherein a basic color system corresponding to the second color parameter is different from a basic color system corresponding to the first color parameter;
and configuring a third color parameter of the second warning illustration information to be different from both the first color parameter and the second color parameter, wherein a basic color system corresponding to the third color parameter is different from both the first color parameter and the second color parameter.
6. An order delivery status display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a current order distribution inquiry request, and acquiring a current order distribution state from a platform server;
in a first situation, receiving first notification information which is sent by the platform server and has warning identification information, and displaying the first notification information, wherein the first notification information is sent by the platform server after the platform server verifies that current order distribution information is matched with first condition information;
and in a second situation, receiving second notification information which is sent by the platform server and does not have the warning identification information, and displaying the second notification information, wherein the second notification information is sent after the platform server verifies that the current order distribution information is not matched with the first condition information and continuously verifies that the current order distribution information is matched with the second condition information.
7. An order delivery status display device, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for responding to a current order distribution inquiry request sent by the user terminal and acquiring current order distribution information;
the first checking module is used for checking whether the current order distribution information is matched with the first condition information;
the first sending module is used for sending first notification information with an alarm identifier to the user terminal if the first condition information is matched, so that the user terminal can display the first notification information;
the second checking module is used for checking whether the current order distribution information is matched with the second condition information or not if the current order distribution information is not matched with the first condition information;
and the second sending module is used for sending second notification information without the warning identifier to the user terminal if the second condition information is matched, so that the user terminal displays the second notification information.
8. An order delivery status display device, comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving the current order distribution inquiry request and acquiring the current order distribution state from the platform server;
the first display module is used for receiving first notification information which is sent by the platform server and has warning identification information in a first situation, and displaying the first notification information, wherein the first notification information is sent by the platform server after the platform server verifies that the current order distribution information is matched with the first condition information;
and the second display module is used for receiving second notification information which is sent by the platform server and does not have the warning identification information in a second situation, and displaying the second notification information, wherein the second notification information is sent after the platform server verifies that the current order distribution information is not matched with the first condition information and continuously verifies that the current order distribution information is matched with the second condition information.
9. An electronic device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the order distribution status display method according to any one of claims 1-6.
10. A computer storage medium having at least one executable instruction stored therein, the executable instruction causing a processor to perform operations corresponding to the order delivery status displaying method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
