Therefore, the invention can realize effective driving of the sealing tip cone 7 inside the male and female connectors when the male and female connectors are combined through the following design: as shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the male connector 1 and the female connector 2 are combined, two annular sealing support rings 24 are arranged between the sealing tip cones 7 of the male connector 1 and the female connector 2, the cross section of each sealing support ring 24 is triangular, and the included angle between each sealing support ring 24 and the sleeve 8 and the conical section 4 is matched. A compression spring 25 is arranged between the opposite surfaces of the two sealing support rings 24, and two ends of the compression spring 25 are connected with the sealing support rings 24. In order to ensure the support stability of the compression spring 25 on the surface of the seal support ring 24, positioning grooves 28 are formed in the opposite surfaces of the two seal support rings 24, and two ends of the compression spring 25 are located in the positioning grooves 28.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the side wall of the conical section 4 of the connecting cylinder 3 is uniformly provided with a plurality of supporting holes 26 in a ring shape, and as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the surface of the sealing supporting ring 24 opposite to the conical section 4 is provided with a plurality of supporting blocks 27 matched with the supporting holes 26. When the male connector 1 and the female connector 2 are combined, the supporting block 27 on the sealing supporting ring 24 passes through the supporting hole 26 and abuts against the sealing tip cone 7. The sealing tip cone 7 on the male connector 1 and the female connector 2 is retracted into the conical section 4 by the abutment of the support blocks 27.
That is, when the above design is adopted, the supporting block 27 on the sealing supporting ring 24 can extend into the tapered section 4 through the supporting hole 26 when the butt joint of the male connector 1 and the female connector 2 is completed, so that the opening of the oil passing channel 9 is always kept between the sealing tip cone 7 and the tapered section 4 by the supporting of the supporting block 27, and the condition that the oil passing channel 9 is closed is not caused even in a larger system pressure. Meanwhile, through the design, the sealing performance between the sleeve section 8 of the female connector 2 and the connecting cylinder 3 of the male connector 1 is further effectively improved, so that the overall performance and the universality of the invention are greatly improved.

Claims (7)

1. A high-density quick hydraulic joint is characterized in that: comprises a male connector (1) and a female connector (2);
the male connector (1) and the female connector (2) comprise a connecting cylinder (3), one end, opposite to the connecting cylinder (3) of the male connector (1) and the female connector (2), is a conical section (4), and the other end is a threaded section (5) for connecting with a hydraulic oil pipe; the conical top of the conical section (4) is provided with an oil passing hole (6), a sealing tip cone (7) matched with the oil passing hole (6) is arranged in the conical section (4) at the inner side of the oil passing hole (6), and the sealing tip cone (7) is tightly pressed at the oil passing hole (6) through an elastic sealing assembly and forms a blocking for the oil passing hole (6);
the middle section of the connecting cylinder (3) of the female connector (2) extends towards one end of the conical section (4) to form a sleeve joint cylinder (8), and the inner diameter of the sleeve joint cylinder (8) is matched with the outer diameter of the connecting cylinder (3) of the male connector (1); the socket sleeve (8) of the female connector (2) and the middle section of the connecting sleeve (3) of the male connector (1) are locked by a quick locking mechanism;
after the male connector (1) is inserted into the female connector (2) to form butt joint and locking, the sealing tip cone (7) of the male connector (1) and the female connector (2) can be retracted into the conical section (4), so that an oil passing channel (9) is formed between the outer surface of the sealing tip cone (7) and the inner surface of the conical section (4);
when the male connector (1) and the female connector (2) are combined, two annular sealing support rings (24) are arranged between the male connector (1) and the sealing tip cone (7) of the female connector (2), the cross section of each sealing support ring (24) is triangular, and the sealing support rings (24) are matched with an included angle between the sleeve barrel (8) and the conical section (4); a compression spring (25) is arranged between the opposite surfaces of the two sealing support rings (24), and two ends of the compression spring (25) are connected with the sealing support rings (24);
a plurality of supporting holes (26) are uniformly formed in the side wall of the conical section (4) of the connecting cylinder (3) in an annular shape, and a plurality of supporting blocks (27) matched with the supporting holes (26) are arranged on the surface, opposite to the conical section (4), of the sealing supporting ring (24);
when the male connector (1) and the female connector (2) are combined, a supporting block (27) on the sealing supporting ring (24) passes through a supporting hole (26) and abuts against the sealing tip cone (7); the sealing tip cone (7) on the male connector (1) and the female connector (2) is retracted into the conical section (4) through the propping of the supporting block (27).

The high-density quick connect hydraulic mount of claim 1, wherein: the elastic sealing assembly comprises a supporting disc (10) fixedly arranged in the middle section of the connecting cylinder (3), an oil through hole (11) is formed in the supporting disc (10), and a supporting spring (12) is arranged between the supporting disc (10) and the sealing tip cone (7); when the male connector (1) and the female connector (2) are in a separated state, the sealing tip cone (7) is pressed at the oil passing hole (6) through the supporting spring (12).

A high density quick connect hydraulic mount as defined in claim 3 wherein: the quick locking mechanism comprises two groups, the quick locking mechanism comprises a locking groove (14) arranged on the inner surface of the overhanging end of the sleeve joint cylinder (8) of the female joint (2), and the locking groove (14) extends along the length direction of the sleeve joint cylinder (8) and is formed by outwards sinking the side wall of the sleeve joint cylinder (8); a clamping groove (15) is formed in the inner end of the locking groove (14), a mounting hole is formed in the groove wall of the clamping groove (15), an unlocking button (16) is arranged in the mounting hole, and the unlocking button (16) and the mounting hole form sliding fit;
the quick locking mechanism further comprises an annular first check ring (17) arranged on the outer surface of the middle section of the connecting barrel (3) of the male connector (1), an elastic clamping strip (18) is arranged on one surface of the first check ring (17) facing the sleeve joint barrel (8), the position of the elastic clamping strip (18) is opposite to the locking groove (14), and a clamping hook (19) is arranged at the end part of the elastic clamping strip (18);
when the male connector (1) is combined with the female connector (2), the elastic clamping strip (18) stretches into the locking groove (14), and the clamping hook (19) is clamped at the step of the clamping groove (15); and the position of the clamping hook (19) is opposite to the unlocking button (16).

The high-density quick connect hydraulic mount of claim 4, wherein: the connecting sleeve further comprises a protective sleeve (20), the protective sleeve (20) is arranged outside the connecting cylinder (3) of the male connector (1), and the inner side wall of the protective sleeve (20) is provided with a guide rib (21) extending along the length direction of the protective sleeve (20); the edge of the first check ring (17) is provided with a bayonet matched with the guide edge (21), and the guide edge (21) of the protective sleeve (20) is clamped in the bayonet of the first check ring (17) and forms sliding fit with the connecting cylinder (3) of the male connector (1);
an annular second check ring (22) is arranged outside the middle section of the connecting cylinder (3) of the female connector (2), and a magnetic adsorption connection is formed between the end part of the protective sleeve (20) and the second check ring (22).
