Description

Locking device for seabed oil and gas operation
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of underwater oil and gas production, in particular to a locking device of a routing module for seabed oil and gas operation.
Background
Subsea oil and gas operations necessitate the use of subsea production systems, generally divided into two parts: an above-water control system and an underwater control system. The overwater control system is located on an upper platform or a land terminal and mainly comprises a main control station, an electric power and communication unit and a hydraulic power unit, and the overwater control system is mainly used for providing electric power and hydraulic power for the whole underwater control system and is also used for operating control logic and data acquisition of the whole oil and gas field. The underwater Control system is located underwater and mainly comprises an underwater Control module SCM (sub Control module), an underwater Christmas tree (equipment for controlling and adjusting oil well production), a manifold (a combination of underwater pipelines), sensors and valves of other underwater facilities and the like. The water control system is connected with the underwater control system through an umbilical cable to complete the integration of the whole underwater production system, thereby realizing the control, monitoring and data acquisition of the whole underwater production system and ensuring the safety of the underwater oil-gas field.
However, in the current seabed oil and gas operation, the connection between the underwater routing module and the base needs a special tool for assisting locking, which is time-consuming and inconvenient to operate, resulting in low installation efficiency of the whole equipment
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a locking device for subsea oil and gas operations, which can effectively improve the installation efficiency of a routing module on the seabed.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a locking device for subsea hydrocarbon operations, comprising: the transverse bolt is provided with at least one bulge; the pin pipe is vertically arranged on the outer wall of the sleeve to be fixed, and the side wall of the pin pipe is provided with at least one slotted hole; when the sleeve to be fixed is sleeved outside the fixed column, the end part of the transverse bolt extends into the sleeve to be fixed through the bolt tube edge, and the protrusion on the transverse bolt is embedded with one of the slotted holes on the bolt tube so as to lock the sleeve to be fixed and the fixed column in the sleeve to be fixed.
Furthermore, the distal end of horizontal bolt still is provided with the handle, is convenient for the installer to pass through the handle rotates horizontal bolt and the horizontal bolt of plug to the adjustment horizontal bolt is in the intraductal depth of insertion and fixed position of bolt.
Furthermore, the side of the slot hole is provided with an elastic salient point, and after the bulge on the transverse bolt is embedded and connected with one slot hole on the bolt pipe, the elastic salient point is popped out of the slot hole and elastically limits the transverse bolt.
Furthermore, the number of the bulges on the transverse latch corresponds to the number of the slotted holes on the side wall of the latch pipe.
Furthermore, the number of the bulges on the transverse latch and the number of the slotted holes on the side wall of the latch pipe are 2.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the transverse bolt is provided with at least one bulge, and the bolt tube is provided with at least one slotted hole, so that the transverse bolt and the bolt tube can be effectively locked;
2. according to the invention, the elastic salient point is arranged on one side of the slotted hole of the bolt pipe, and after the bulge on the transverse bolt is embedded with one slotted hole on the bolt pipe, the elastic salient point is popped out of the slotted hole and forms elastic limitation on the transverse bolt, so that the locking is more reliable.
Therefore, the invention can be widely applied to the field of underwater oil and gas production.

It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the description of the embodiments of the invention given above, are within the scope of protection of the invention.
It is noted that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of example embodiments according to the present application. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, and it should be understood that when the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" are used in this specification, they specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, devices, components, and/or combinations thereof, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
In the application, the normal installation and use position of the routing module is taken as a reference position, and words of determining schemes and relative positions such as upper, lower, top, bottom, inner and outer are defined.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a locking device for subsea oil and gas operations, which includes:
the bolt comprises a transverse bolt 110, wherein at least one protrusion 120 is arranged on the transverse bolt 110;
the latch tube 130 is vertically arranged on the outer wall of the sleeve 140 to be fixed, and the side wall of the latch tube 120 is provided with at least one slot 150;
when the sleeve to be fixed is sleeved outside the fixed column, the end of the transverse bolt 110 extends into the sleeve to be fixed through the bolt tube 130, and the protrusion 120 on the transverse bolt is embedded in one of the slots 150 on the bolt tube 130, so that the sleeve to be fixed and the fixed column in the sleeve to be fixed are locked.
In the above embodiment, the number of the protrusions 120 on the transverse latch 110 is preferably 2.
In the above embodiment, the number of the slots 150 on the sidewall of the latch tube 130 is preferably 2.
In the above embodiment, preferably, a handle 160 is further disposed at a distal end of the transverse bolt 110, so that an installer can conveniently rotate the transverse bolt 110 and insert and pull the transverse bolt 110 through the handle 160 to adjust the insertion depth and the fixing position of the transverse bolt 110 in the bolt tube 130.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the side of the slot 150 is provided with the elastic protrusion 170, and after the protrusion 120 on the transverse latch 110 is engaged with one of the slots 150 on the latch tube 130, the elastic protrusion 170 is ejected out of the slot 150 and elastically limits the transverse latch 110. If the installer wants to unlock the locking device, he or she needs to rotate the handle 160 with a certain force to make the transverse pin 110 overcome the resistance of the elastic protrusions 170 and then rotate out of the slot 150 for further insertion and removal adjustment.
