step S1: starting a power supply, inputting the length of the aluminum product to be sized on a programmable controller interface, driving the aluminum product to be sized combination to move backwards to a set position by the servo walking system unit, and extending a baffle (25) to be sized downwards after the locking system unit is locked and positioned;
step S2: the sectional material is conveyed by a sawing table (4), enters a sizing table (1) through a finished product sawing table (5), and enters a monitoring area of a photoelectric proximity switch (28) when the sectional material approaches a baffle (25) of the sizing table;
step S3: when the photoelectric proximity switch (28) monitors that the distance between the sectional material and the baffle (25) is 300mm, the roller motors (16) of the sawing platform (4) and the sizing platform (1) slow down and slowly run, so that when the sectional material collides with the baffle (25), the moving speed is slow and the sizing is gradually and accurately performed;
step S4: the finished product saw table (5) is used for fixedly sawing, and the fixed-length baffle (25) is obliquely retracted after sawing;
step S5: after the sizing lifting cylinder (13) retracts, the sizing table (1) integrally descends, so that the cut finished section bar stably falls on the aluminum side of the material picking table (3);
step S6: the integrated motor of the material picking table (3) drives the felt ring belt (31) to stably convey the sectional materials out of the sizing table (1), so that the defective products and finished products can be conveniently and manually screened and framed.
