The processor is used to implement the various control logic of the system, which may be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a single chip, an ARM (Acorn RISC machine) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any combination of these components. Also, the processor may be any conventional processor, microprocessor, or state machine. A processor may also be implemented as a combination of computing devices, e.g., a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, a plurality of microprocessors, one or more microprocessors in conjunction with a DSP, and/or any other such configuration.
The memory is used as a nonvolatile computer readable storage medium and can be used for storing nonvolatile software programs, nonvolatile computer executable programs and modules, such as program instructions corresponding to the tipping paper length deviation early warning method for cigarettes in inner and outer rows in the embodiment of the invention. In summary, the invention discloses a tipping paper length deviation early warning method, a device, a system and a medium thereof for inner and outer rows of cigarettes, which ensure that a cigarette making machine can automatically monitor the deviation of the tipping paper length of the inner and outer rows of cigarettes and automatically remind operators of the deviation condition on one hand, and do not need to manually judge the deviation of the tipping paper length of the inner and outer rows of cigarettes and automatically remind the operators of the deviation condition on the other hand, and ensure that a worker can immediately know the result after the cigarette paper is adjusted according to the content displayed on a display interface after determining the specific condition that the tipping paper of the cigarettes is abnormal, and combine the two to form a positive feedback effect, thereby facilitating the worker to quickly and accurately adjust the tipping paper length.

Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following technologies, which are well known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

Claims (10)

calculating length difference data between the length of the tipping paper of the inner row of cigarettes and the length of the tipping paper of the outer row of cigarettes according to the length of the tipping paper of the inner row of cigarettes and the length of the tipping paper of the outer row of cigarettes;
comparing the length difference data with a set cigarette tipping paper length threshold value to obtain a comparison result;
and determining whether to generate early warning information according to the comparison result.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of calculating the length difference data between the tipping paper length of the inner-row cigarette and the tipping paper length of the outer-row cigarette according to the tipping paper length of the inner-row cigarette and the tipping paper length of the outer-row cigarette comprises the following steps:
respectively calculating the average value a of the lengths of the tipping papers of the cigarettes in the inner row and the average value b of the lengths of the tipping papers of the cigarettes in the outer row according to the lengths of the tipping papers of the cigarettes in the inner row and the lengths of the tipping papers of the cigarettes in the outer row;
and subtracting the tipping paper length average value b of the outer-row cigarettes from the tipping paper length average value a of the inner-row cigarettes to obtain length difference data c between the tipping paper length of the inner-row cigarettes and the tipping paper length of the outer-row cigarettes.
3. The tipping paper length deviation early warning method for cigarettes with inner and outer rows according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining whether the early warning information is generated according to the comparison result comprises the following steps:
judging whether the absolute value of the length difference data is greater than a set cigarette tipping paper length threshold value or not according to the comparison result;
if the absolute value of the length difference data is smaller than the set cigarette tipping paper length threshold, no early warning information is generated, and if the absolute value of the length difference data is larger than the set cigarette tipping paper length threshold, early warning information is generated.
