Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物。该组合物是可倾倒的,基本上不含硫酸盐和油,包含C6-C14酸、醇或两者、阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂或两者。该组合物处于层状相,并且出乎意料地在稀释时变稠并转变为各向同性相。该组合物可作为小体积浓缩物使用并在使用时和根据需要进行稀释或者可在再填充包装中用水稀释以确保减少塑料废物。
发明背景
基于液体的清洁组合物,例如洗发剂和沐浴露,很常见并且受到许多消费者的喜爱。这种组合物通常以水作为主要成分,并且它们通常在塑料瓶或塑料管中出售。组合物通常被配制为具有消费者使用习惯的粘度并且易于从它们在其中出售的包装中排空。
人们经常宣传,世界海洋中的塑料很快就会比鱼还多。鉴于环境问题以及消费者和有意识的公司希望为地球做更多的事情,在销售产品(包括消费品)时,强烈希望减少使用塑料。有鉴于此,已尝试销售浓缩形式的产品,并因此,运输包含较少的水的产品。浓缩物的困难在于消费者通常不喜欢向浓缩物中添加额外的水以及进一步的工作,例如搅拌,以将浓缩物转化为最终可用的产品。对于水合的产品,常见的抱怨包括加水后产品不均匀和/或粘度不理想。

发明概述
在第一个方面,本发明涉及一种可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其粘度为25至10,000cps(优选25至7,500cps,更优选250至3,500cps),其中当以组合物与水的重量比1:1至1:10(优选1:2至1:7,更优选1:3至1:6)用水稀释时,组合物变稠并增加粘度,以产生粘度为1,000至20,000cps(优选2,000至15,000cps,最优选3,000至12,000cps)的最终用途组合物。

如本文所用,没有限定词的“组合物”是指本发明的可水合组合物和最终用途组合物。如本文所用,可水合的意思是添加和/或添加并吸收水(即,稀释)甚至得到具有水的组合物,如最初30至85重量%水的组合物。如本文所用,皮肤意指包括手臂(包括腋下)、面部、足部、颈部、胸部、手部、腿部、臀部和头皮(包括头发)上的皮肤。可水合浓缩表面活性剂组合物(“可水合组合物”)是指层状组合物,当向组合物中加入水从而产生适合局部应用的各向同性最终用途组合物时其粘度增加。可水合组合物是一种甚至适合具有500至1,500cps(1Pa-s等于1000cps)的粘度的组合物。这种最终用途组合物是一种适合擦拭或洗掉(和优选地,用水洗掉)的组合物。最终用途组合物可以是家庭护理清洁组合物,但优选是洗发剂、化妆水、洗面奶、洗手液或个人护理液体沐浴露。在本发明的一个实施方式中,最终用途组合物在沐浴时可具有6,000至12,000cps的粘度和在洗手时可具有2,000至5,000cps的粘度。最终用途组合物可以任选地包含药物或治疗剂,但优选地,是美容和非治疗性的洗剂。在本发明的一个实施方式中,最终用途组合物是家庭护理组合物,例如桌面或厕所清洁组合物。在另一个实施方式中,最终用途组合物是洗发剂组合物。在又一个实施方式中,最终用途组合物是个人洗涤组合物,和因此是液体沐浴露。如下文所述,本发明的最终用途组合物可以任选地包含添加到其中的皮肤有益成分,例如润肤剂、维生素和/或其衍生物、间苯二酚类、视黄酸前体、着色剂、保湿剂、防晒剂、它们的混合物等。皮肤有益成分(或试剂)可以是水溶性或油溶性的。如果使用,油溶性皮肤有益剂通常占可水合组合物的1.5重量%,而水溶性皮肤有益剂在使用时通常占本发明可水合组合物的10重量%。可水合组合物和最终用途组合物通常具有4.5至10的pH值。除非另有说明,否则粘度是用Discovery HR-2流变仪使用具有100微米间隙的喷砂板和4-15s-1的剪切速率获得的。粘度在25℃下测量。粘度增加意味着本发明的可水合组合物的起始粘度将低于在添加水和制备所得最终用途组合物之后的最终粘度。最终用途组合物是通过将水和可水合组合物合并和将其混合(用中等剪切如搅拌,优选摇动)来制备的,以产生具有比制成它的可水合浓缩物更高的粘度的最终用途组合物。在另一个实施方式中,可水合组合物可以直接应用于例如消费者,并且当应用水和剪切力(例如用手和来自水槽或淋浴器的水剪切)时,可以制成所需的最终用途组合物。如本文所用,“基本上不含硫酸盐”是指按最终用途组合物的重量计小于6.0%,并且“基本上不含油”是指按最终用途组合物的重量计小于0.3%。术语“包含”旨在涵盖术语“基本上由……组成”和“由……组成”。为避免疑义并且为了说明,包含表面活性剂、水和活性物质的本发明的最终用途组合物意在包括基本上由它们组成的组合物和由它们组成的组合物。定义的所有范围旨在包括其中包含的所有范围。除非在操作比较实施例中,或在另外明确指出的情况下,本说明书中指示材料的量或比率或者材料和/或用途的条件和/或物理性质的所有数字均应理解为由单词“约”修饰。
优选实施方式
对于阴离子表面活性剂,其通常占可水合组合物的0.05至30重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。在本发明的一个实施方式中,阴离子表面活性剂占可水合组合物的0.5至25重量%,优选为0.8至20重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。仍在另一个实施方式中,阴离子表面活性剂占可水合组合物的12至18重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。在另一个实施方式中,基于阴离子表面活性剂的总重量,阴离子表面活性剂的15至100重量%,优选30至85重量%,最优选35至80重量%为酰基羟乙基磺酸盐,并且包括其中包含的所有范围。在又一个实施方式中,酰基羟乙基磺酸盐与另外的阴离子表面活性剂一起使用,该另外的阴离子表面活性剂优选包括酰基牛磺酸盐(定义为包括酰基C1-4烷基牛磺酸盐,优选酰基甲基牛磺酸盐)和/或甘氨酸盐。当使用除羟乙基磺酸盐之外的阴离子表面活性剂时,在通常优选的实施方式中,附加的阴离子表面活性剂是酰基牛磺酸盐,以可水合组合物中总阴离子表面活性剂的重量计,其通常可以占40至85重量%,优选50至82重量%,最优选60至80重量%。
对于可水合组合物中使用的两性和/或两性离子表面活性剂,其通常占可水合组合物的0.1至45重量%,优选0.5至35重量%,最优选12至25重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。
例如,为了有助于可水合组合物的结构化和水合,可以优选使用结构化剂如C6-C14酸和/或醇(即其衍生物),并且通常占可水合组合物的0.1至16重量%,优选1.8至12重量%,和最优选3至8重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。优选的结构化剂是肉豆蔻酸、月桂酸及其任何醇衍生物。结构化剂可以选自于C6-C14脂肪酸、C6-C14脂肪醇、C6-C14脂肪酰胺及其混合物,并且可以占可水合组合物的0.1至16重量%,优选1.8至12重量%,和最优选地3至8重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。
无机盐是有助于组合物增稠的任选的但通常需要的成分。可以使用典型的盐,如NaCl、KCl、MgCl2、CaCl2、它们的混合物等。通常,无机盐占可水合组合物的0至15重量%,优选1至12重量%,和最优选0.75至4.5重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。
在本发明的可水合组合物中,聚合物粘度助剂是任选的但通常是所需的成分。优选的聚合物是通常归类为高分子量乙氧基化脂肪酸酯的那些。说明性实例包括PEG 120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯、PEG 18甘油油酸酯/椰油酸酯、PEG 150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯、它们的混合物等。通常优选的聚合物粘度助剂是PEG 150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯,它由Croda以Versathix名称出售。当使用时,此类助剂占可水合组合物重量的0.01至0.8重量%,优选0.1至0.5重量%,最优选0.15至0.3重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。
在本发明的另一个实施方式中,少于3.0重量%的硫酸盐存在于本发明的最终用途组合物中,优选少于1.0重量%,最优选不存在(0.0重量%)硫酸盐。在本发明中,可水合组合物应配制为使得在稀释时,最终用途组合物中达到所需的组分/成分水平(例如硫酸盐水平)。
对于适用于本发明的可水合组合物和最终用途组合物的阴离子表面活性剂,所用阴离子表面活性剂可以包括脂肪族磺酸盐,例如伯烷烃(例如,C8-C22)磺酸盐、伯烷烃(例如,C8-C22)二磺酸盐、C8-C22烯烃磺酸盐、C8-C22羟基烷磺酸盐或烷基甘油醚磺酸盐(AGS);或芳族磺酸盐,例如烷基苯磺酸盐。阴离子还可以是烷基硫酸盐(例如C12-C18烷基硫酸盐)或烷基醚硫酸盐(包括烷基甘油醚硫酸盐)。
烷基醚硫酸盐包括具有下式的那些:

其中R是具有8至18个碳,优选12至18个碳的烷基或烯基,n具有至少1.0,优选小于5,最优选1至4的平均值,并且M是增溶阳离子例如钠、钾、铵或取代的铵。
阴离子还可以包括烷基磺基琥珀酸盐(包括单烷基和二烷基,例如C6-C22磺基琥珀酸盐);烷基和酰基牛磺酸盐(通常是甲基牛磺酸盐)、烷基和酰基肌氨酸盐、磺基乙酸盐、C8-C22烷基磷酸盐和膦酸盐、烷基磷酸酯和烷氧基烷基磷酸酯、酰基乳酸盐、C8-C22单烷基琥珀酸盐和马来酸盐、磺基乙酸盐、烷基葡糖苷和酰基羟乙基磺酸盐等。

适用于本发明的两性表面活性剂(取决于pH,其可以是两性离子的)包括酰基两性乙酸钠、酰基两性丙酸钠、酰基两性二乙酸二钠和酰基两性二丙酸二钠,其中酰基(即烷酰基基团)可以包含C7至C18烷基部分。适用的两性表面活性剂的说明性实例包括月桂基两性乙酸钠、椰油两性乙酸钠、月桂基两性乙酸钠、椰油两性乙酸钠及其混合物。
对于可用于本发明的两性离子表面活性剂,此类表面活性剂包括至少一个酸基团。这种酸基团可以是羧酸或磺酸基团。它们通常包括季氮,并因此可以是季氨基酸。它们通常应包含7至18个碳原子的烷基或烯基,通常符合以下总体结构式:

非离子表面活性剂可任选地用于本发明的可水合组合物和最终用途组合物中。使用时,非离子表面活性剂的用量通常低至最终用途组合物的0.5、1、1.5或2重量%,和高至6、8、10或12重量%。可以使用的非离子表面活性剂尤其包括具有疏水基团和活性氢原子的化合物(例如,脂肪醇、酸、酰胺或烷基酚)与环氧烷(尤其是单独的环氧乙烷或与环氧丙烷一起)的反应产物。具体的非离子表面活性剂化合物是烷基(C6-C22)酚环氧乙烷缩合物、脂肪族(C8-C18)伯或仲直链或支链醇与环氧乙烷的缩合产物以及由环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷和乙二胺的反应产物缩合而制得的产物。其他非离子表面活性剂包括长链叔胺氧化物、长链叔膦氧化物、二烷基亚砜等。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,任选使用的非离子表面活性剂可以包括具有以下结构的脂肪酸/醇乙氧基化物:a)HOCH2(CH2)s(CH2CH2O)vH或b)HOOC(CH2)c(CH2CH2O)dH;其中s和v各自独立地是至多18的整数;c和d各自独立地为1或更大的整数。在本发明的一个实施方式中,s和v各自独立地为6至18;c和d各自独立地为1至30。非离子表面活性剂的其他选择包括具有式HOOC(CH2)i-CH=CH-(CH2)k(CH2CH2O)zH的那些,其中i、k各自独立地为5至15;和z为5至50。在本发明的另一实施方式中,i和k各自独立地为6至12;和z为15至35。
非离子表面活性剂还可以包括糖酰胺,例如多糖酰胺。具体地,表面活性剂可以是1995年2月14日授予Au等的美国专利号5,389,279,标题“Compositions ComprisingNonionic Glycolipid Surfactants”中描述的乳糖酰胺(lactobionamide)中的一种,其通过引用并入本文,或者它可以是在1991年4月23日授予Kelkenberg的美国专利号5,009,814,标题“Use of N-Poly Hydroxyalkyl Fatty Acid Amides as Thickening Agentsfor Liquid Aqueous Surfactant Systems”中描述的糖酰胺之一;在此通过引用并入本申请。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,阳离子表面活性剂可以任选地用于本发明的可水合组合物和最终用途组合物中。
一类任选的阳离子表面活性剂包括杂环铵盐,例如氯化十六烷基或硬脂基吡啶鎓、烷基酰胺乙基吡咯啉甲基硫酸盐和拉匹氯铵。
四烷基铵盐是适合任选使用的另一类有用的阳离子表面活性剂。实例包括十六烷基或硬脂基三甲基氯化铵或溴化铵;氢化棕榈或牛脂基三甲基卤化铵;山嵛基三甲基卤化铵或甲基硫酸铵;癸基异壬基二甲基卤化铵;二牛脂基(或二硬脂基)二甲基卤化铵和山嵛基二甲基氯化铵。
可以使用的其他类型的阳离子表面活性剂是各种乙氧基化季胺和酯季铵盐。实例包括PEG-5硬脂基乳酸铵(例如,由Clariant制造的Genamin KSL)、PEG-2椰油氯化铵、PEG-15氢化牛脂氯化铵、PEG 15硬脂基氯化铵、二棕榈酰乙基甲基氯化铵、二棕榈酰羟乙基甲基硫酸盐和硬脂基酰胺丙基二甲胺乳酸盐。
甚至适合任选使用的其他有用的阳离子表面活性剂包括蚕丝、小麦和角蛋白的季铵化水解产物,并且使用上述阳离子表面活性剂的混合物也在本发明的范围内。
如果使用,阳离子表面活性剂将占可水合组合物的不超过1.0重量%。当存在时,它们通常占最终用途组合物的0.01至0.7重量%,更通常为0.1至0.5重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,本发明的最终用途组合物将基本上不含聚合季铵化合物(包括其盐)。在另一个实施方式中,最终用途组合物将包含小于0.1重量%的聚合季铵化合物。在又一个实施方式中,最终用途组合物包含小于0.01重量%的聚合季铵化合物。在又一个实施方式中,可水合组合物和最终用途组合物不含聚合季铵化合物(即0.0%)。
基于可水合组合物的总重量,水优选占可水合组合物的35-75重量%,最优选40-70重量%的水,包括其中包含的所有范围。
可水合组合物和最终用途组合物的pH通常为4.5至10,优选5至9,最优选5.2至7.5,包括其中包含的所有范围。可以使用适合改变/缓冲pH值的调节剂。此类pH调节剂包括三乙胺、NaOH、KOH、H2SO4、HCl、C6H8O7(即柠檬酸)或其混合物。以产生所需最终pH的量添加pH调节剂。可以使用商业仪器评估pH值,例如从Thermo商业获得的pH计。
适用于本发明的任选的皮肤有益剂仅限于它们能够局部施用并且适合在所需pH下溶解于可水合组合物和最终用途组合物中的程度。
适合包含在组合物的水部分中的有益剂的说明性实例是酸,如氨基酸,例如精氨酸、缬氨酸或组氨酸。适用的其他水溶性有益剂包括维生素B2、烟酰胺(维生素B3)、维生素B6、维生素C、它们的混合物等。也可以使用这些维生素的水溶性衍生物。例如,维生素C衍生物如抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、抗坏血酸磷酸镁和抗坏血酸糖苷可以单独使用或相互组合使用。适用的其他水溶性有益剂包括4-乙基间苯二酚、提取物如鼠尾草、芦荟、绿茶、葡萄籽、百里香、洋甘菊、蓍草、黄瓜、甘草、迷迭香提取物或其混合物。也可以使用水溶性防晒剂,如恩舒利唑。当存在于本发明中时,任选的水溶性有益剂(包括混合物)的总量可以为基于最终用途组合物总重量的0.0至10重量%,优选0.001至8重量%,最优选0.01至6重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。
任选地包括油(即非水)溶性有益剂也在本发明的范围内。最终用途组合物基本上不含油并且优选具有少于0.15重量%的油,最优选不含油(0.0%),其中油不意味着包括来自香料的任何油。因此,油溶性活性物质或有益剂溶解在使用的表面活性剂中。对于此类油溶性有益剂的唯一限制是它们适合于在局部施用时提供有益效果。该组合物优选具有少于0.15%的矿脂(Petrolatum)(凡士林),更优选不含矿脂。
可任选用于本发明组合物中的油溶性有益剂类型的说明性实例包括如硬脂酸、维生素如维生素A、D、E和K(及其油溶性衍生物)、防晒剂如甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、双-乙基己氧基苯酚甲氧基苯酚三嗪、2-乙基己基-2-氰基-3,3-二苯基-2-丙酸、甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷、3,3,5-三甲基环己基2-羟基苯甲酸酯、2-乙基己基-2-羟基苯甲酸酯或其混合物的组分。
适用的其他任选油溶性有益剂包括间苯二酚类,如4-己基间苯二酚、4-苯乙基间苯二酚、4-环戊基间苯二酚、4-环己基间苯二酚、4-异丙基间苯二酚或其混合物。此外,可以使用5-取代间苯二酚类如4-环己基-5-甲基苯-1,3-二醇、4-异丙基-5-甲基苯-1,3-二醇、它们的混合物等。5-取代间苯二酚及其合成描述于共同转让的美国公开专利申请号2016/0000669A1中。
甚至其他适用的油溶性活性物质包括ω-3脂肪酸、ω-6脂肪酸、氯咪巴唑、法尼醇、熊果酸、肉豆蔻酸、香叶基香叶醇、油基甜菜碱、椰油酰基羟乙基咪唑啉、己酰基鞘氨醇、12-羟基硬脂酸、岩芹酸、共轭亚油酸、萜品醇、百里酚,它们的混合物等。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,使用的任选油溶性有益剂是视黄酸前体。在本发明的一个实施方式中,视黄酸前体是视黄醇、视黄醛、视黄醇丙酸酯、视黄醇棕榈酸酯、视黄醇乙酸酯或其混合物。通常优选视黄基丙酸酯、视黄基棕榈酸酯及其混合物。
适合使用的再另一种视黄酸前体是由Molecular Design International提供的以名称商购的对甲氧基苯基氧代乙醇视黄酸酯(hydroxyanasatilretinoate)。其可以与本文所述的油溶性活性物质混合使用。
当在本发明的组合物中使用任选的油溶性活性物质时,它通常占最终用途组合物的0.0至1.5重量%,优选0.001至1.5重量%,最优选0.05至1.2重量%。在又一个实施方式中,油占最终用途组合物总重量的0.1至0.5重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。
理想地,可将防腐剂加入到可水合浓缩物和最终用途组合物中以防止潜在有害微生物的生长。化妆品化学家熟悉合适的防腐剂并通常选择它们以满足防腐剂挑战测试并提供产品稳定性。适用的传统防腐剂包括乙内酰脲衍生物和丙酸盐。特别优选的防腐剂是碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、苯氧乙醇、1,2-辛二醇、羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、己二醇、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、咪唑烷基脲、脱氢乙酸钠、二甲基-二甲基(DMDM)乙内酰脲和苯甲醇,及其混合物。其他适用的防腐剂包括脱氢乙酸钠、氯苯甘醚和癸二醇。防腐剂的选择应考虑到组合物的用途以及防腐剂与乳液中其他成分之间可能的不相容性。防腐剂的用量优选为最终用途组合物总重量的0.01重量%至2.0重量%(最多为可水合组合物总重量的7%),包括其中包含的所有范围。还优选的是含有单独羟基苯乙酮或与其他防腐剂混合的防腐剂体系。
增稠剂任选地适用于本发明的组合物。特别有用的是多糖。实例包括纤维、淀粉、天然/合成树胶和纤维素类。代表性的淀粉是化学改性淀粉,例如羟丙基淀粉磷酸钠和淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝。木薯淀粉通常是优选的,麦芽糊精也是如此。合适的树胶包括黄原胶、菌核、果胶、刺梧桐树胶、***树胶、琼脂、瓜尔胶(包括Acacia senegal瓜尔胶)、角叉菜胶、藻酸盐及其组合。合适的纤维素类包括羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠(纤维素胶/羧甲基纤维素)和纤维素(例如纤维素微纤丝、纤维素纳米晶体或微晶纤维素)。纤维素微纤维的来源包括次生细胞壁材料(例如木浆、棉花)、细菌纤维素和初生细胞壁材料。优选地,初生细胞壁材料的来源选自来自果实、根、鳞茎、块茎、种子、叶子的实质组织及其组合;更优选选自柑橘果实、番茄果实、桃果实、南瓜果实、猕猴桃果实、苹果果实、芒果果实、甜菜、甜菜根、萝卜、欧洲防风草、玉米、燕麦、小麦、豌豆及其组合;甚至更优选地选自柑橘果实、番茄果实及其组合。初生细胞壁材料的最优选来源是来自柑橘果实的实质组织。柑橘纤维,例如,以AQ Plus提供制造的那些,也可以用作纤维素微纤维的来源。可以通过任何已知方法对纤维素源进行表面改性,包括在ColloidalPolymer Science,Kalia等,“Nanofibrillated cellulose:surface modification andpotential applications”(2014),第292卷,第5-31页中描述的那些方法。
除聚合粘度助剂外,合成聚合物是另一类可任选使用的有效增稠剂。该类别包括交联聚丙烯酸酯(例如,Carbomers)、聚丙烯酰胺(例如,305)以及牛磺酸酯共聚物(例如,EG和AVC),分别由INCI命名法确定为丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠和丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸/乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物的共聚物。适合增稠的另一种优选合成聚合物是由Seppic制造并以名称Simulgel INS100出售的丙烯酸酯基聚合物。也可以使用碳酸钙、气相二氧化硅和硅酸镁铝。
当使用时,任选的增稠剂的量可以为组合物重量的0.001至5%。麦芽糊精、黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素是通常优选的任选增稠剂。
本发明的组合物中可以任选地包括香料、固定剂、螯合剂(如EDTA)和去角质剂。这些物质中的每一种的范围可以为最终用途组合物总重量的约0.03至约5重量%,优选0.1至3重量%,包括其中包含的所有范围。就使用的去角质剂而言,所选择的那些应该具有足够小的粒度,从而它们不会妨碍用于分配本发明组合物的任何包装的性能。
可任选使用HLB大于8的常规乳化剂。说明性实例包括吐温40、60、80,聚山梨醇酯20及其混合物。通常,用于水连续***的乳化剂占最终用途组合物的0.3至2.5重量%。
常规保湿剂可任选地用作本发明中的添加剂,以在局部施用此类乳液时帮助润湿皮肤。这些通常是多元醇类材料。典型的多元醇包括丙三醇(即甘油或1,2,3-丙三醇)、丙二醇、二丙二醇、聚丙二醇(例如,PPG-9)、聚乙二醇、山梨糖醇、羟丙基山梨糖醇、己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、异戊二醇、1,2,6-己三醇、乙氧基化甘油、丙氧基化甘油及其混合物。最优选的是甘油、丙二醇或其混合物。所用保湿剂的量可以在组合物总重量的0.0至35重量%的任何范围内。通常,保湿剂占最终用途组合物总重量的0.0至20重量%,优选0.001至15重量%(最优选2至12重量%)。
对于本发明的最终用途组合物,其通常具有基于最终用途组合物总重量的1至35重量%,优选2至30重量%,最优选3至16重量%的总表面活性剂,包括其中包含的所有范围。在本发明的一个实施方式中,最终用途组合物包含基于最终用途组合物的总重量的7至10重量%的总表面活性剂,并且包括其中包含的所有范围。
本发明涉及可水合浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其在与水混合和稀释时增稠并因此显示粘度增加。在本发明的一个实施方式中,当组合物中两性离子表面活性剂的重量百分比与阴离子表面活性剂的重量百分比超过3:1时,结构化剂(例如,月桂酸)的存在量应超过组合物中的表面活性剂总重量的15重量%。此外,在本发明的另一个实施方式中,当两性离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的重量比小于1.5时,结构化剂占组合物中表面活性剂总重量的27重量%或更少。在另一个实施方式中,当组合物中两性离子表面活性剂的重量百分比与阴离子表面活性剂的重量百分比超过3:1时,结构化剂(例如,月桂酸)的存在量应超过组合物中表面活性剂总重量的15重量%,且当两性离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的重量比小于1.5时,结构化剂占组合物中表面活性剂总重量的27重量%或更少。
当制备本发明的可水合组合物时,可以用常规设备在中等剪切和大气条件下混合所需成分,温度为35至80℃。将水添加到可水合组合物中以产生最终用途组合物。容器中的中等剪切例如摇动(或搅拌)将在小于5分钟、优选小于3分钟、最优选小于2分钟内产生最终用途组合物。在本发明的一个实施方式中,在少于1分钟,甚至优选少于30秒内制成最终用途组合物。
因此,本发明在另一方面涉及制备最终用途组合物的方法,该方法包括用水稀释本发明的可水合组合物的步骤。优选地,以1:1至1:10的组合物与水的重量比稀释组合物。可水合浓缩表面活性剂组合物的粘度为25至10,000cps,并在稀释后粘度增加,导致粘度为1,000至20,000cps的最终用途组合物。粘度是用Discovery HR-2流变仪使用具有100微米间隙的喷砂板和4-15s-1的剪切速率在25℃温度下测量的。已经在上面描述了最终用途组合物的优选方面。
用于组合物的包装通常不受限制,只要可水合组合物可以被水合并且最终用途组合物可以在添加水时制成。在本发明的一个实施方式中,可水合组合物以小袋或盒出售,该小袋或盒与瓶或罐相关联并***瓶或罐中。瓶或罐是装满水并允许可水合组合物释放到其中以与水混合的瓶或罐。通常,瓶或罐具有带有泵的盖子,其打开小袋或罐以将可水合组合物释放到水中以制成最终用途组合物。这种可水合组合物出人意料地产生最终用途组合物,例如沐浴露,其具有消费者好评的理想特性。包装允许无限数量的重新填充以始终减少环境中的塑料废物。
可水合浓缩组合物优选包装在再填充包装中。优选地,可水合浓缩组合物被用作再填充组合物。
提供的实施例是为了便于理解本发明。它不旨在限制权利要求的范围。
实施例
如表中所列的实施例的每一个样品中呈现的所有组合物均通过常规方式制备,因此通过在大气条件下在约35至75℃的温度下以适度剪切混合成分来制备。使组合物(即最终用途/稀释组合物)包含约0.6重量%的香料和0.8重量%的防腐剂。可水合组合物以3比1的重量比稀释(水加入到组合物),除了样品14和17的组合物是以2比1的水比可水合组合物稀释以及样品16的组合物是3.5比1的水比可水合组合物稀释外。为避免疑问,“浓缩粘度”是指可水合组合物的粘度,和“稀释粘度”是指制成的最终用途洗涤组合物的粘度,均以厘泊(cps)为单位。将水和可水合组合物在容器中混合并在轻微摇动下搅拌。在不到一(1)分钟内,出乎意料地获得了所需的洗涤组合物。

Claims (15)
1.一种可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其包含:
a)包含酰基羟乙基磺酸盐的阴离子表面活性剂;
b)两性和/或两性离子表面活性剂;
c)C6-C14酸或醇;和
d)30至85重量%的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其中所述可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物基本上不含油和硫酸盐,优选不含油和硫酸盐。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其中所述包含酰基羟乙基磺酸盐的阴离子表面活性剂进一步包含另外的阴离子表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其中所述另外的阴离子表面活性剂是酰基牛磺酸盐、酰基甘氨酸盐或其混合物。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其中15至100重量%的阴离子表面活性剂是酰基羟乙基磺酸盐。
6.根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其中所述另外的阴离子表面活性剂是酰基牛磺酸盐并且所述酰基牛磺酸盐占所述可水合的组合物中的总阴离子表面活性剂的40至85重量%。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其中所述两性离子表面活性剂是甜菜碱并且所述酸是月桂酸。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其中当用Discovery HR-2流变仪使用具有100微米间隙的喷砂板和4-15s-1的剪切速率在25℃温度下测量时,所述组合物具有25至10,000cps的粘度。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其中所述组合物是层状组合物。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物,其中所述组合物被包装在再填充包装中。
11.一种通过优选以1:1至1:10的组合物与水的重量比,水合权利要求1至9中任一项所述的可水合的浓缩表面活性剂组合物制成的最终用途组合物。
12.根据权利要求10所述的最终用途组合物,其中所述最终用途组合物基本上不含油和硫酸盐,具有4.5至10的pH,并且通过在5分钟内与水混合来制备。
13.根据权利要求10或11所述的最终用途组合物,其中所述最终用途组合物是各向同性的,优选地,其中所述最终用途组合物在根据权利要求9所述的层状浓缩表面活性剂组合物的水合时转变为各向同性形式。
14.根据权利要求10至12中任一项所述的最终用途组合物,其中当用Discovery HR-2流变仪使用具有100微米间隙的喷砂板和4-15s-1的剪切速率在25℃温度下测量时,所述最终用途组合物的粘度为1,000至20,000。
15.一种制备最终用途组合物的方法,其中该方法包括以1:1至1:10的组合物与水的重量比,用水稀释根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的可水合的组合物的步骤。
