Each display assembly 10 includes a back plate 11, a display panel 13 and at least one protrusion 15. The display panel 13 is mounted on the first surface 11A of the back plate 11. The bump 15 is located on the second surface 11B of the back plate 11, and the second surface 11B is opposite to the first surface 11A. Here, the second surface 11B refers to a surface facing the case 20.
The housing 20 includes a base 21 and a plurality of walls 23, the walls 23 extending from the base 21, the display assembly 10 being mounted on the walls 23 with the tabs 15 facing the base 21. Each elastic element 30 is disposed between the adjacent protrusion 15 and the adjacent wall plate 23, and abuts against the protrusion 15 and the wall plate 23.
Fig. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view of a first embodiment of the device in a stressed state. As shown in fig. 3, with reference to fig. 2, when the display assembly 10 is subjected to an adjacent pushing force, for example, a pushing force caused by thermal expansion, the projection 15 is pressed toward the wall plate 23 to compress the elastic member 30, so that the elastic member 30 accumulates elastic force. When the pushing force disappears, for example, when the display panel 13 is closed and cooled, the elastic member 30 releases the accumulated elastic force as a restoring force, so that the display assembly 10 is reset.
Here, the wall plate 23 includes a plurality of outer wall members 231 and a plurality of inner wall members 233, the outer wall members 231 extending from the periphery of the bottom plate 21, and the inner wall members 233 being located between the outer wall members 231. In other words, the outer wall 231 is a frame body, and the inner wall 233 is a partition rib, generally speaking, the aforementioned thrust condition is mainly occurred in the portion adjacent to the frame body, therefore, the elastic element 30 is disposed between the outer wall 231 and the adjacent protrusion 15. Further, the elastic element 30 may here be selected as pogo pin. However, this is merely an example and is not intended to be limiting, and various other elastic members 30 that easily accumulate elastic force may be selected.
Fig. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view of a second embodiment of the device. Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 2, the main difference of the second embodiment is the design change of the back plate 11 and the bump 15, and in the second embodiment, the back plate 11 includes a groove 111 near the edge. The protrusion 15 is separated from the back plate 11, the protrusion 15 is disposed on the stopper 17, and the stopper 17 includes the protrusion 15 and the stopper 19. The stopper 19 is located in the groove 111, the abutment surface 19A of the stopper 19 contacts the outer wall 231, the side surface 19C of the stopper 19 contacts the back plate 11, the abutment surface 19A is perpendicular to the side surface 19C, and the protrusion 15 extends from the stopper 19 toward the bottom plate 21. In other words, when receiving the pushing force, the stopper 17 can reduce the pushing force by friction while providing a movable function as a movable member for compressing the elastic member 30.
Further, in some embodiments, the display device 1 further includes a fixing base 25 and a fixing member 27. The fixing base 25 extends from the outer wall 231 toward the protrusion 15, the elastic element 30 is sleeved on the fixing base 25, the protrusion 15 is provided with a through hole 151, and one end of the fixing base 25, which is far away from the outer wall 231, passes through the through hole 151 and is connected with the fixing member 27 in a locking manner. Here, the fixing member 27 may be a screw, the fixing seat 25 may be a stud, and the elastic member 30 may be a spring, thereby further preventing the stopper 17 from being released.
Fig. 5 is a partial top view of a third embodiment of the device. Fig. 6 is an enlarged view of a portion of a third embodiment of the device. Fig. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view of a third embodiment of the device. For clarity, fig. 5 shows only the case 20 and the plurality of elastic elements 30, with the display assembly omitted, and fig. 6 omits the bottom plate. As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the elastic element 30 may be a spring, the spring is located between the adjacent inner wall member 233 and the protrusion 15, and one end of the elastic element 30 (spring) is fixed on the inner wall member 233. In this position, the spring is under tension when pushed or when subjected to gravity, thereby further maintaining the position of display assembly 10 by way of the spring being tensioned.
As shown in fig. 5, referring to fig. 1 again, the outer wall 231 includes two first outer wall 231A and two second outer wall 231B, and the two first outer wall 231A are connected to two ends of the two first outer wall 231A respectively. In some embodiments, the first outer wall members 231A are parallel to each other, and the second outer wall members 231B are parallel to each other and orthogonal to the first outer wall members 231A. Here, the first outer wall 231A is a lateral outer frame, and the second outer wall 231B is a longitudinal outer frame. The inner wall member 233 includes a first inner wall member 233A and a second inner wall member 233B, the first inner wall member 233A being parallel to the first outer wall member 231A and connected to the second outer wall member 231B, and the second inner wall member 233B being parallel to the second outer wall member 231B and connected to the first outer wall member 231A and the first inner wall member 233A. That is, the first inner wall member 233A is a transverse partition rib and the second inner wall member 233B is a longitudinal partition rib, and a plurality of installation regions are partitioned by the first outer wall member 231A, the second outer wall member 231B, the first inner wall member 233A and the second inner wall member 233B to install the display assembly 10. Here, four display assemblies 10 are exemplified, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In more detail, springs may be respectively installed at both sides of the intersection of the first inner wall member 233A and the second inner wall member 233B, thereby enabling the two display assemblies 10 to be commonly subjected to tension to achieve balance. In addition, the display assembly 10 may include a plurality of protrusions 15, that is, the structures of the first embodiment and the third embodiment, or the structures of the second embodiment and the third embodiment may be combined.
Fig. 8 is a partial perspective view of a fourth embodiment of the device. Fig. 9 is a schematic view of the installation state of the fourth embodiment of the device. As shown in fig. 8 and also referring to fig. 5, the case 20 may further include an inner wall member 233, for example, a second inner wall member 233B, and the outer wall member 231 and the inner wall member 233 further have positioning pillars 235, and the positioning pillars 235 extend toward the back plate 11. In addition, an oblique oblong hole 113 is formed in the back plate 11, and one or more positioning pillars 235 are inserted into the oblique oblong hole 113. The back plate 11 and the inner wall member 233 or other parts of the outer wall member 231 can be fixed by inserting the common fixing circular holes 115 and the positioning posts 235.
As shown in fig. 9, the purpose of the oblique slotted hole 113 is to make the positioning pillar 235 slide in the oblique slotted hole 113, so as to make the display assembly 10 slide when being stressed, thereby generating sliding and fine rotation adjustment, and balance with the tension or pressure of the elastic element 30, thereby maintaining the stable spacing between the display assemblies 10.
In more detail, in some embodiments, the oblique oblong holes 113 are opened at upper and lower sides of the back plate 11, and are symmetrical with respect to the center of the back plate 11. In addition, the corresponding positioning posts 235 are disposed on the two first outer wall members 231A. The long axis directions of the two oblique oblong holes 113 are approximately the same as the diagonal lines of the back plate 11. However, this is merely an example and not limited thereto, and in practice, the oblique oblong holes 113 may be provided in one or more, arranged on a circle centered at the center of the back plate 11. In this way, when the display assembly 10 is stressed, the sliding and rotating effects are eliminated, so that the display assembly 10 is abutted to the center of the display device 1, and the distance between the display assemblies 10 is kept stable.
In more detail, referring to fig. 8 again, in some embodiments, the inner wall 233 further has a position-limiting pillar 237, and the position-limiting pillar 237 is adjacent to the back plate 11 and the display panel 13. Therefore, the position-limiting members 237 can limit the sliding and rotation to a certain range when the display assembly 10 is stressed, and prevent the whole structure from being damaged due to the separation.
In summary, the display device 1 utilizes a simple mechanism to provide a restoring force by the arrangement of the protrusions 15 and the elastic elements 30, so as to prevent the display panel 13 from being displaced due to long-term use, maintain a display state with high resolution for a long time, and prevent the structure from loosening or breaking due to gravity and expansion and contraction.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
