The advantage of this arrangement is that since the first item review result of the embodiment of the present invention is generated directly based on the item picking number, there may be a case that the order to be reviewed, which has a review difference, is confirmed as not having the review difference, so as to improve the error rate of the review operation, and increase the manual review confirmation process to further ensure the accuracy of the review operation.

Specifically, in the manual review process, a second article review result is generated and displayed based on the article picking number and the detected manual review number.
Specifically, after the first article rechecking result is displayed, whether a manual rechecking confirmation instruction is received or not is judged, if yes, the rechecking personnel confirms manual rechecking, a third article rechecking result is generated and displayed based on the article picking quantity and the detected manual rechecking quantity, and if not, the rechecking personnel directly confirms the first article rechecking result.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, before the type condition list and the target order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked are obtained, whether goods picking differences exist in goods picking results corresponding to the order to be rechecked sent by the goods picking equipment or not is judged respectively, whether the rechecking error rate corresponding to the current rechecking personnel identification exceeds a preset error rate threshold value or not is judged, when the two conditions are not met, the operation of obtaining the type condition list and the target order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked is triggered to be executed, the condition for generating the goods rechecking result in advance is optimized according to the goods picking dimension and the rechecking personnel dimension, the problem that the error rate of automatically generating the goods rechecking result in advance is high is solved, and the accuracy of the rechecking operation is improved as much as possible while the rechecking operation efficiency is ensured.
The foregoing embodiment shows a case where the picking dimension and the rechecker dimension simultaneously judge the condition for generating the item rechecking result in advance, and it is easily understood that the embodiment of the present invention further includes an embodiment of judging the condition for generating the item rechecking result in advance only from the picking dimension and an embodiment of judging the condition for generating the item rechecking result in advance only from the rechecker dimension, and details are not described here.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an article review device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes: a target order type obtaining module 310, a target order attribute parameter value obtaining module 320 and a first item review result displaying module 330.
The target order type obtaining module 310 is configured to, in response to detecting the order to be rechecked, obtain a type condition list and a target order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked; the type condition list comprises at least one order attribute parameter and attribute parameter condition which are respectively corresponding to the preset order type;
a target order attribute parameter value obtaining module 320, configured to determine a target order attribute parameter and a target attribute parameter condition corresponding to a type of a target order according to the type condition list, and obtain a target order attribute parameter value corresponding to the target order attribute parameter;
the first article rechecking result displaying module 330 is configured to generate a first article rechecking result based on the number of picked articles corresponding to the order to be rechecked if the target order attribute parameter value satisfies the target attribute parameter condition, and display the first article rechecking result.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, whether the order to be rechecked has the condition for generating the first article rechecking result in advance is set, when at least one preset order type in the type condition list comprises the target order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked and the target order attribute parameter value corresponding to the target order attribute parameter of the order to be rechecked meets the target attribute parameter condition, the first article rechecking result is generated based on the article picking quantity corresponding to the order to be rechecked, and the first article rechecking result is displayed, so that the problem that the quantity of the articles needs to be manually collected in the existing rechecking process is solved, the operation duration of the rechecking process is shortened, and the rechecking operation efficiency is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, when the target order type is an item barcode order, the target order attribute parameter includes an item volume parameter and an item order quantity parameter, and the target attribute parameter condition includes that the item volume parameter value exceeds a preset volume threshold value and the item order quantity parameter value does not exceed a preset quantity threshold value.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, when the target order type is a serial number order, the target order attribute parameter includes a serial number type parameter, the target attribute parameter condition includes that the serial number type parameter value is a specified serial number type, and accordingly, the first article review result display module 330 is specifically configured to:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining picking sequence number data corresponding to an order to be rechecked, and generating a first article rechecking result based on the article picking quantity and the picking sequence number data corresponding to the order to be rechecked.

the goods picking result judging module is used for receiving goods picking results corresponding to the orders to be rechecked, which are sent by the goods picking equipment, before the type condition list and the order types corresponding to the orders to be rechecked are obtained; the goods picking result is generated by the goods picking equipment based on the quantity of the goods orders corresponding to the orders to be rechecked and the goods picking quantity;
and if the goods picking result is that the goods picking difference does not exist, triggering and executing the operation of acquiring the type condition list and the order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the apparatus further includes:
the rechecking error rate judgment module is used for acquiring a current rechecking personnel identifier corresponding to a rechecking service line to which the order to be rechecked belongs before acquiring the type condition list and the order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked, and judging whether the rechecking error rate corresponding to the current rechecking personnel identifier exceeds a preset error rate threshold value or not;
and if not, triggering and executing the operation of acquiring the type condition list and the order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, the apparatus further includes:
the second manual review prompt information display module is used for displaying the manual review prompt information if the review error rate corresponding to the current review personnel identification exceeds a preset error rate threshold value;
generating a second article rechecking result based on the article picking quantity corresponding to the order to be rechecked and the detected manual rechecking quantity, and displaying the second article rechecking result; and the second article rechecking result comprises whether the manual rechecking quantity is different from the article picking quantity.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, the apparatus further includes:
the third article rechecking result display module is used for displaying the manual rechecking confirmation information corresponding to the first article rechecking result after the first article rechecking result is displayed;
in response to detecting that a manual review confirmation instruction input by a user based on the manual review confirmation information is received, generating a third article review result based on the article picking number and the detected manual review number, and displaying the third article review result; and the third article rechecking result comprises whether the manual rechecking quantity is different from the article picking quantity.
The article rechecking device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the article rechecking method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The electronic device 10 is intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital assistants, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices (e.g., helmets, glasses, watches, etc.), and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be exemplary only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the inventions described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 10 includes at least one processor 11, and a memory communicatively connected to the at least one processor 11, such as a Read Only Memory (ROM)12, a Random Access Memory (RAM)13, and the like, wherein the memory stores a computer program executable by the at least one processor, and the processor 11 can perform various suitable actions and processes according to the computer program stored in the Read Only Memory (ROM)12 or the computer program loaded from a storage unit 18 into the Random Access Memory (RAM) 13. In the RAM 13, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 10 can also be stored. The processor 11, the ROM 12, and the RAM 13 are connected to each other via a bus 14. An input/output (I/O) interface 15 is also connected to bus 14.
A number of components in the electronic device 10 are connected to the I/O interface 15, including: an input unit 16 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 17 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 18 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 19 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 19 allows the electronic device 10 to exchange information/data with other devices via a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
The processor 11 may be a variety of general and/or special purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of processor 11 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various specialized Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various processors running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, or the like. The processor 11 performs the various methods and processes described above, such as an article review method.
In some embodiments, the article review method may be implemented as a computer program tangibly embodied in a computer-readable storage medium, such as storage unit 18. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the electronic device 10 via the ROM 12 and/or the communication unit 19. When the computer program is loaded into RAM 13 and executed by processor 11, one or more steps of the article review method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the processor 11 may be configured to perform the article review method by any other suitable means (e.g., by means of firmware).
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
A computer program for implementing the article review method of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These computer programs may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the computer programs, when executed by the processor, cause the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks to be performed. A computer program can execute entirely on a machine, partly on a machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on a machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on a remote machine or server.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer instructions are stored, and the computer instructions are used to enable a processor to execute a method for article review, where the method includes:
in response to the detection of the order to be rechecked, acquiring a type condition list and a target order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked; the type condition list comprises at least one order attribute parameter and attribute parameter condition which are respectively corresponding to the preset order type;
according to the type condition list, determining target order attribute parameters and target attribute parameter conditions corresponding to the target order types, and acquiring target order attribute parameter values corresponding to the target order attribute parameters;
and if the target order attribute parameter value meets the target attribute parameter condition, generating a first article rechecking result based on the article picking quantity corresponding to the order to be rechecked, and displaying the first article rechecking result.
In the context of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a computer program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. A computer readable storage medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. Alternatively, the computer readable storage medium may be a machine readable signal medium. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on an electronic device having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the electronic device. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), blockchain networks, and the internet.
The computing system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server can be a cloud server, also called a cloud computing server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so that the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service are overcome.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present invention may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, and are not limited herein as long as the desired results of the technical solution of the present invention can be achieved.

Claims (11)

1. A method of rechecking an article, comprising:
in response to the detection of the order to be rechecked, acquiring a type condition list and a target order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked; the type condition list comprises at least one order attribute parameter and attribute parameter condition which are respectively corresponding to the preset order type;
according to the type condition list, determining a target order attribute parameter and a target attribute parameter condition corresponding to the target order type, and acquiring a target order attribute parameter value corresponding to the target order attribute parameter;
and if the target order attribute parameter value meets the target attribute parameter condition, generating a first article rechecking result based on the article picking quantity corresponding to the order to be rechecked, and displaying the first article rechecking result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when the subject order type is an item barcode order, the subject order attribute parameters include an item volume parameter and an item order quantity parameter, and the subject attribute parameter conditions include the item volume parameter value exceeding a preset volume threshold value and the item order quantity parameter value not exceeding a preset quantity threshold value.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein when the target order type is a serial number order, the target order attribute parameter comprises a serial number type parameter, the target attribute parameter condition comprises a serial number type parameter value being a specified serial number type, and accordingly, the generating a first item review result based on the item picking quantity corresponding to the order to be reviewed comprises:
and acquiring the picking sequence number data corresponding to the order to be rechecked, and generating a first article rechecking result based on the picking quantity of the articles corresponding to the order to be rechecked and the picking sequence number data.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the type condition list does not contain the target order type or the target order attribute parameter value does not meet the target attribute parameter condition, displaying manual review prompt information;
generating a second article rechecking result based on the article picking quantity corresponding to the order to be rechecked and the detected manual rechecking quantity, and displaying the second article rechecking result; wherein the second item review result comprises whether the manual review quantity is different from the item picking quantity.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein before obtaining the list of type conditions and the type of the order corresponding to the order to be reviewed, the method further comprises:
receiving an article picking result corresponding to the order to be rechecked, which is sent by a picking device; the item picking result is generated by the picking device based on the item order quantity corresponding to the order to be rechecked and the item picking quantity;
and if the item picking result indicates that no picking difference exists, triggering and executing the operation of acquiring the type condition list and the order type corresponding to the order to be reviewed.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein before obtaining the list of type conditions and the type of the order corresponding to the order to be reviewed, the method further comprises:
acquiring a current rechecker identifier corresponding to a rechecking service line to which the order to be rechecked belongs, and judging whether the rechecking error rate corresponding to the current rechecker identifier exceeds a preset error rate threshold value or not;
and if not, triggering and executing the operation of acquiring the type condition list and the order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
if the rechecking error rate corresponding to the current rechecking personnel identification exceeds a preset error rate threshold value, displaying manual rechecking prompt information;
generating a second article rechecking result based on the article picking quantity corresponding to the order to be rechecked and the detected manual rechecking quantity, and displaying the second article rechecking result; wherein the second item review result comprises whether the manual review quantity is different from the item picking quantity.
8. The method of any one of claims 1-7, wherein after displaying the first item review results, the method further comprises:
displaying the manual rechecking confirmation information corresponding to the rechecking result of the first article;
in response to detecting a manual review confirmation instruction input by a user based on the manual review confirmation information, generating a third article review result based on the article picking number and the detected manual review number, and displaying the third article review result; wherein the third item review result comprises whether there is a difference between the manual review quantity and the item pick quantity.
9. An article review apparatus, comprising:
the target order type obtaining module is used for responding to the detected order to be rechecked and obtaining a type condition list and a target order type corresponding to the order to be rechecked; the type condition list comprises at least one order attribute parameter and attribute parameter condition which are respectively corresponding to the preset order type;
a target order attribute parameter value acquisition module, configured to determine a target order attribute parameter and a target attribute parameter condition corresponding to the type of the target order according to the type condition list, and acquire a target order attribute parameter value corresponding to the target order attribute parameter;
and the first article rechecking result display module is used for generating a first article rechecking result based on the article picking quantity corresponding to the order to be rechecked if the target order attribute parameter value meets the target attribute parameter condition, and displaying the first article rechecking result.
10. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores a computer program executable by the at least one processor, the computer program being executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the article review method of any of claims 1-8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon computer instructions for causing a processor to execute a method of article review according to any one of claims 1-8.
