The interactive tablet displays the conference content through the manuscript demonstration software, and displays the link two-dimensional code, wherein the link two-dimensional code is used for scanning the code to access the conference content recording page of the interactive tablet; when the terminal equipment identifies the link two-dimensional code, displaying the conference content recording page; the terminal equipment receives a conference content recording instruction on the conference content recording page; the terminal equipment sends the conference content recording instruction to the interactive tablet; the interactive tablet generates a conference recording file from the conference content corresponding to the moment or the time period confirmed by the conference content recording instruction; and the interactive tablet sends the conference recording file to corresponding terminal equipment. The terminal equipment and the interactive panel realize the rapid establishment of an instruction transmission channel through linking the two-dimension codes, the conference content recording instruction received by the terminal equipment on the conference content recording page is sent to the interactive panel through the instruction transmission channel, the interactive panel generates a conference content record and sends the conference content record to the terminal equipment, the complete, clear and accurate content recording is realized, and the recording process is not limited by distance and shielding any more. And through the scheme, even the users who remotely participate in the conference can completely obtain the conference contents displayed by the interactive flat panel of the main conference place according to the self needs without the assistance of other people, so that the efficiency and the effect of remotely recording the conference contents are improved.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a conference content recording apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the conference content recording apparatus includes: a content display unit 210, a page display unit 220, an instruction receiving unit 230, an instruction transmitting unit 240, a file generating unit 250, and a file transmitting unit 260.
The content display unit 210 is configured to display, by the interactive tablet, the conference content through the document presentation software, and display a link two-dimensional code, where the link two-dimensional code is used to scan a code to access a conference content recording page of the interactive tablet; the page display unit 220 is configured to display the conference content recording page when the terminal device identifies the link two-dimensional code; an instruction receiving unit 230, configured to receive, by the terminal device, a conference content recording instruction on the conference content recording page; an instruction sending unit 240, configured to send the conference content recording instruction to the interactive tablet by the terminal device; a file generating unit 250, configured to generate, by the interactive tablet, a conference record file from the conference content corresponding to the time or the time period determined by the conference content recording instruction; a file sending unit 260, configured to send the conference recording file to a corresponding terminal device by the interactive tablet.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the content display unit 210 includes:
the identification sending module is used for sending a tablet identification to an external network server by the interactive tablet when the manuscript demonstration software is started, so that the external network server generates a corresponding conference content recording page according to the tablet identification and generates a link two-dimensional code corresponding to feedback;

The conference content recording device provided by the embodiment of the invention is included in the electronic equipment of the conference system, can be used for executing any conference content recording method provided by the embodiment, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the conference content recording apparatus, the included units and modules are only divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device in a conference system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the schematic structural diagram may specifically be a presentation of a hardware architecture of an interactive tablet or a presentation of a hardware architecture of a terminal device, and only the two are different in size parameter and performance index according to actual requirements, but the hardware implementation of the whole functional architecture is similar. As shown in fig. 7, the electronic device includes a processor 310, a memory 320, an input device 330, an output device 340, and a communication device 350; the number of the processors 310 in the electronic device may be one or more, and one processor 310 is taken as an example in fig. 7; the processor 310, the memory 320, the input device 330, the output device 340 and the communication device 350 in the electronic apparatus may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 7 illustrates an example of connection by a bus.
The memory 320 is used as a computer-readable storage medium for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the conference content recording method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the content display unit 210, the page display unit 220, the instruction receiving unit 230, the instruction transmitting unit 240, the file generating unit 250, and the file transmitting unit 260 in the conference content recording apparatus), and of course, program instructions/modules for implementing functions thereof corresponding to different electronic devices are located in the corresponding electronic devices. The processor 310 executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 320, that is, implements the conference content recording method described above.
The memory 320 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the electronic device, and the like. Further, the memory 320 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 320 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 310, which may be connected to the electronic device through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 330 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the electronic apparatus. The output device 340 may include a display device such as a display screen.
The electronic equipment comprises the conference content recording device, can be used for executing any conference content recording method, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, where the computer-executable instructions are executed by a computer processor to perform related operations in the conference content recording method provided in any embodiment of the present application, and the storage medium has corresponding functions and beneficial effects, is adapted to implementation scenarios of the present solution, and is distributed in different electronic devices.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product.

Claims (10)

1. A conference content recording method, comprising:
the interactive flat plate displays the conference content through the manuscript demonstration software and displays a link two-dimensional code, wherein the link two-dimensional code is used for scanning a code to access a conference content recording page of the interactive flat plate;
when the terminal equipment identifies the link two-dimensional code, displaying the conference content recording page;
the terminal equipment receives a conference content recording instruction on the conference content recording page;
the terminal equipment sends the conference content recording instruction to the interactive tablet;
the interactive tablet generates a conference recording file from the conference content corresponding to the moment or the time period confirmed by the conference content recording instruction;
and the interactive flat plate sends the conference recording file to corresponding terminal equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the interactive tablet displays the conference content through a document presentation software and displays a link two-dimensional code, and the method comprises:
the interactive tablet sends a tablet identifier to an external network server when the manuscript demonstration software is started, so that the external network server generates a corresponding conference content recording page according to the tablet identifier and generates a link two-dimensional code corresponding to feedback;
the interactive flat plate receives and displays the link two-dimensional code fed back by the external network server;
correspondingly, the terminal device sends the conference content recording instruction to the interactive tablet, specifically:
and the terminal equipment sends the conference content recording instruction to the interactive tablet through the extranet server.
3. The conference content recording method according to claim 2, wherein the interactive tablet sends the conference recording file to a corresponding terminal device, and comprises:

the interactive flat plate confirms whether the terminal equipment is in the same local area network or not according to the network address information;
when the terminal equipment is in the same local area network, the interactive tablet sends the conference recording file to the terminal equipment in the local area network; and when the terminal equipment is in different local area networks, the interactive tablet sends the conference recording file through the external network server.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the sending the meeting record file to the terminal device by the interactive tablet in a local area network comprises:
the interaction panel locally saves the conference recording file and sends a local saving link of the conference recording file to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment can obtain the conference recording file from the interaction panel through the local saving link;
the interactive tablet sends the conference recording file through the extranet server, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the interactive tablet sends the conference recording file to the extranet server for storage, and sends a server storage link of the conference recording file to the terminal equipment through the extranet server, so that the terminal equipment can obtain the conference recording file from the extranet server through the server storage link.
5. The conference content recording method according to claim 1, further comprising:
the interactive flat plate continuously records the conference content in the process of displaying the conference content through the manuscript demonstration software to obtain whole screen recording data;
correspondingly, the generating, by the interactive tablet, a conference record file of the conference content corresponding to the time or the time period confirmed by the conference content record instruction includes:

6. The conference content recording method according to claim 1, wherein the link two-dimensional code is actively displayed;

and adjusting the display position of the link two-dimensional code in response to the movement operation detected in the display area of the link two-dimensional code.

and the file sending unit is used for sending the conference recording file to the corresponding terminal equipment by the interactive tablet.
