Abstract
The invention discloses a steel bar installation device with adjustable spacing and a construction method thereof, wherein the device comprises: the opposite-pulling screw rod penetrates through the steel bar structure and is pulled and connected between the two formworks on the two opposite sides of the steel bar structure, and a gap is formed between the steel bar structure and the formworks; the two screwing pieces are screwed on the counter-pulling screw respectively and are arranged in gaps on two opposite sides of the steel bar structure respectively; and the supporting and jacking pieces can wind the counter-pulling screw rods and are rotatably arranged on the screwing pieces, two limiting through grooves are respectively formed in the opposite sides of the supporting and jacking pieces, and the reinforcing steel bars on the two opposite sides of the reinforcing steel bar structure are respectively embedded in the two limiting through grooves of the supporting and jacking pieces so as to prevent the distance between the reinforcing steel bar structure and the two templates from changing. The invention solves the problem that the space between the protection layers of the existing vertical steel bars is mainly controlled by the cushion block, but the cushion block is easy to damage.

Background
With the continuous development of building construction technology, reinforced concrete is a conventional construction technology. The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an adjustable-pitch reinforcing bar installation apparatus, including: the device comprises a split screw rod 1, two screw elements 2 and two top elements 3.
The opposite-pulling screw rod 1 penetrates through the steel bar structure 5. The opposite-pulling screw rods 1 are pulled and connected between the two formworks 4 on the two opposite sides of the steel bar structure 5. A gap B is formed between the rebar structure 5 and the form 4.
The two screw pieces 2 are respectively screwed at two ends of the counter-pulling screw rod 1. The two screw pieces 2 are respectively arranged in the gaps B at two opposite sides of the steel bar structure 5.
Each of the supporting members 3 is rotatably mounted to a screw member 2 about a counter screw 1. The opposite sides of the two supporting pieces 3 are respectively provided with a limiting through groove 30. The reinforcing steel bars on two opposite sides of the reinforcing steel bar structure 5 are respectively embedded in the limiting through grooves 30 of the two supporting pieces 3 so as to prevent the distance between the reinforcing steel bar structure 5 and the two formworks 4 from changing.
Referring to fig. 1, in the construction of the steel bar structure, after the counter pull screw is installed between the two formworks, the position of the screw on the counter pull screw is adjusted by rotating the screw, so that the screw is disposed in the gap. And then the supporting and ejecting piece is rotated around the counter-pulling screw rod, so that the limiting through grooves of the supporting and ejecting piece are aligned to the reinforcing steel bars on two sides of the reinforcing steel bar structure. After the limiting through groove is aligned to the steel bar of the steel bar structure, the screwing piece is rotated, so that the steel bar of the steel bar structure is embedded in the limiting through groove of the supporting and ejecting piece. Because the relative both sides of steel bar structure have respectively to prop up the piece from steel bar structure's relative both sides and carry out the top in order to lock steel bar structure, and then ensure that the clearance is indeformable, then the distance of steel bar structure's both sides to the template remains unchanged, and that limit is behind the concreting, and the thickness of the vertical protective layer of steel bar structure's both sides also can remain unchanged.

In this embodiment, the screw member 2 is provided with a threaded through hole. The threaded through hole is screwed with the counter-pulling screw rod 1.
As a preferred embodiment, an annular sliding groove is formed at one end of the screw member 2 facing the reinforcing steel bar structure 5. The supporting member 3 is connected with a rotating member 32. The rotating member 32 is slidably disposed in the annular slide groove.
In this embodiment, the annular sliding groove is circular and is disposed on an end surface of the screw member facing one end of the steel bar structure. The annular sliding groove and the threaded through hole are coaxially arranged.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the rotating member 32 is a sleeve. The size of the sleeve pipe orifice is matched with the size of the annular sliding groove. One end of the sleeve can be embedded in the annular sliding groove in a rotating mode around the axis of the sleeve, and the other end of the sleeve extends to the outside of the annular sliding groove and is connected with the supporting and jacking piece 3.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the supporting member 3 includes two pressing plates 31 disposed opposite to each other. Two pressing plates 31 are respectively connected to opposite sides of the other end of the sleeve. The pressing plate 31 is provided with a notch 310. The notches 310 of the two pressure plates 31 are communicated to form a limiting through groove 30.
The invention provides a construction method of a steel bar installation device with adjustable spacing, which comprises the following steps:
s1: after the reinforcing steel bar structure 5 is bound, the formworks 4 are respectively installed on two opposite sides of the reinforcing steel bar structure 5, so that a gap B is formed between the reinforcing steel bar structure 5 and the formworks 4.
S2: opposite-pulling screw rods 1 are arranged on formworks 4 on two sides of the steel bar structure 5.
S3: two spiral shell spares 2 are rotated in order to adjust the position of spiral shell spares 2 for spiral shell spares 2 set up in the clearance B of the both sides of steel bar structure 5, and the reinforcing bar of the relative both sides of steel bar structure 5 inlays respectively and locates in the spacing logical groove 30 of two top elements 3 in order to prevent that the distance between steel bar structure 5 and two templates 4 from changing.
The interval-adjustable steel bar installation device is applied to steel bar binding in the engineering construction process. When the space or region limited high and large template steel bar binding and steel bar positioning are difficult to control, or the diameter of the steel bar is too large and difficult to adjust, especially when the installation template is in a counter-pulling type reinforcement mode, the steel bar installation device with the adjustable space can be used under the condition that the thickness of the steel bar protection layer is difficult to control and adjust, the problem of steel bar space adjustment can be well solved, and the adjustment can be carried out at any time.
The steel bar installation device with the adjustable space is convenient to operate and quick to install; the material usage is reduced; the labor time and the cost are reduced; adjusting at any time; high rigidity and no space limitation.
