S3、原料干燥
将原料放置到干燥机内部,并在干燥机内部冲进惰性气体,原料中的水分从原料内部扩散到表面再从原料表面进行气化,使热空气与原料直接进行接触,依靠对流向原料进行供热,原料中产生房的水汽则由气流带走,以此来平衡原料的温度和干燥度,此时原料中的含水量低至2.3%,且在干燥机内部的原料逐渐成型,由液态逐渐转变为固态。
S4、合成编织
将一根或数根纱线由纬向喂入针织机的工作针上,使纱线顺序地弯曲成圈,且加以串套而形成纬编针织物,将纱线卷绕成一定结构与规格的卷装筒子,以适合针织生产之用,在编织的过程中,根据周围的环境温度等因素对编织好的纱线进行存放。
S5、染色处理
取出洁净的清水,清水的温度为30-44摄氏度,加入食盐颗粒并进行搅拌,使食盐颗粒完全溶解于清水,将纺织面料放置到清水内部,并同时在清水内部加入活性染料与酸性染料,来控制升温程序和调节染浴中的PH值,利用PH值来观察纺织面料染色程度范围,以此达到纺织面料的染色目的。

将原料放置到干燥机内部,并在干燥机内部冲进惰性气体,原料中的水分从原料内部扩散到表面再从原料表面进行气化,使热空气与原料直接进行接触,依靠对流向原料进行供热,原料中产生房的水汽则由气流带走,以此来平衡原料的温度和干燥度,此时原料中的含水量低至2.3%,且在干燥机内部的原料逐渐成型,由液态逐渐转变为固态。
S4、合成编织
将一根或数根纱线由纬向喂入针织机的工作针上,使纱线顺序地弯曲成圈,且加以串套而形成纬编针织物,将纱线卷绕成一定结构与规格的卷装筒子,以适合针织生产之用,在编织的过程中,根据周围的环境温度等因素对编织好的纱线进行存放。
S5、染色处理
取出洁净的清水,清水的温度为30-44摄氏度,加入食盐颗粒并进行搅拌,使食盐颗粒完全溶解于清水,将纺织面料放置到清水内部,并同时在清水内部加入活性染料与酸性染料,来控制升温程序和调节染浴中的PH值,利用PH值来观察纺织面料染色程度范围,以此达到纺织面料的染色目的。
在S1、步骤中,羊毛、二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇原料的自身温度越高,之间的分子混合的越均匀,在S2、步骤中,也可依靠原料的重力作用,在液体中沉降的方法,来实现固液分离,即原料脱水,在S3、步骤中,原料有一定的蒸气压,当此蒸气压大于周围气体中的水汽分压时,原料中的水分持续汽化,在S3、步骤中,当原料与同温度的气流接触时,原料的含水量和蒸气压下降,在S4步骤中,在纺纱过程中要消除纱线上存在的一些疵点,同时使纱线具有一定的均匀的张力,对纱线进行必要的辅助处理,如上蜡、上油等,在S5步骤中,在染浴中加入碱剂,调整PH值至固色规定PH值,(一般为11)这时染料与纤维达到共价结合,达到固色目的,在S5步骤中,酸性染料色谱齐全,色泽鲜艳,日晒牢度和湿处理牢度随染料品种不同而差异较大。
通过将羊毛、二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇原料放置到反应釜内部,并将反应釜内部的温度加热至70-90摄氏度,并对羊毛、二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇原料进行充分搅拌,搅拌的时间为3-5分钟,羊毛、二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇原料中的分子得以混合均匀,且各个分子之间的粘度较大,从而能够对原料进行均匀的搅拌,提高了原料混合的效率,将羊毛、二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇原料混合完毕后,从反应釜内部取出,并放置到筛面上,靠原料与筛面做相对运动产生的惯性力,来对原料进行快速脱水,在干燥机内部的原料逐渐成型,由液态逐渐转变为固态,且能够对原料进行最大程度化的脱水和干燥,有利于对原料的后续加工,在一定程度上提高了羊毛衫的制备效率,接着将一根或数根纱线由纬向喂入针织机的工作针上,使纱线顺序地弯曲成圈,且加以串套而形成纬编针织物,将纱线卷绕成一定结构与规格的卷装筒子,进而完成对原料的合成编织,取出洁净的清水,并加入食盐颗粒并进行搅拌,使食盐颗粒完全溶解于清水,将纺织面料放置到清水内部,并同时在清水内部加入活性染料与酸性染料,来控制升温程序和调节染浴中的PH值,利用PH值来观察纺织面料染色程度范围,以此达到纺织面料的染色目的,能够均匀、快速的对纺织面料进行印染,同时避免对环境的污染,有利于对环境进行保护。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种防起球几何图形羊毛衫制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、原料搅拌
将羊毛、二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇原料放置到反应釜内部,并将反应釜内部的温度加热至70-90摄氏度,观察反应釜内部有少量气泡产生,停止加热,并对羊毛、二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇原料进行充分搅拌,搅拌的时间为3-5分钟,羊毛、二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇原料中的分子得以混合均匀,且各个分子之间的粘度较大;
S2、原料脱水
将羊毛、二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇原料混合完毕后,从反应釜内部取出,并放置到筛面上,靠原料与筛面做相对运动产生的惯性力,来对原料进行脱水,将原料筛分2-3.5分钟,静置5分钟,以此循环3-4次,达到原料脱水的目的;
S3、原料干燥
将原料放置到干燥机内部,并在干燥机内部冲进惰性气体,原料中的水分从原料内部扩散到表面再从原料表面进行气化,使热空气与原料直接进行接触,依靠对流向原料进行供热,原料中产生房的水汽则由气流带走,以此来平衡原料的温度和干燥度,此时原料中的含水量低至2.3%,且在干燥机内部的原料逐渐成型,由液态逐渐转变为固态;
S4、合成编织

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球几何图形羊毛衫制备方法,其特征在于,所述在S1、步骤中,羊毛、二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇原料的自身温度越高,之间的分子混合的越均匀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球几何图形羊毛衫制备方法,其特征在于,所述在S2、步骤中,也可依靠原料的重力作用,在液体中沉降的方法,来实现固液分离,即原料脱水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球几何图形羊毛衫制备方法,其特征在于,所述在S3、步骤中,原料有一定的蒸气压,当此蒸气压大于周围气体中的水汽分压时,原料中的水分持续汽化。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球几何图形羊毛衫制备方法,其特征在于,所述在S3、步骤中,当原料与同温度的气流接触时,原料的含水量和蒸气压下降。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球几何图形羊毛衫制备方法,其特征在于,所述在S4步骤中,在纺纱过程中要消除纱线上存在的一些疵点,同时使纱线具有一定的均匀的张力,对纱线进行必要的辅助处理,如上蜡、上油等。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球几何图形羊毛衫制备方法,其特征在于,所述在S5步骤中,在染浴中加入碱剂,调整PH值至固色规定PH值,(一般为11)这时染料与纤维达到共价结合,达到固色目的。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球几何图形羊毛衫制备方法,其特征在于,所述在S5步骤中,酸性染料色谱齐全,色泽鲜艳,日晒牢度和湿处理牢度随染料品种不同而差异较大。
