The invention provides a fragrance retaining bead 100.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the fragrance retaining bead 100 includes a water-soluble film 50, a fragrance retaining body 10 and a bio-enzyme 30, the water-soluble film 50 wraps the fragrance retaining body 10, a cavity 11 is formed inside the fragrance retaining body 10, the bio-enzyme 30 may be in a granular shape, a bulk shape or a block shape, and the bio-enzyme 30 is filled in the cavity 11. The fragrance retaining bead 100 may be in the form of irregular particles, spheres, hemispheres or even sheets, the specific shape of the fragrance retaining bead 100 may be adjusted according to the actual application scene or user requirement, and it is not necessary to describe in detail here, and similarly, the size of the fragrance retaining bead 100 may be adjusted according to the actual application scene or user requirement, and is not limited here.
The water-soluble envelope 50 is made of a water-soluble polymer material which can be rapidly dissolved in water by a specific film forming process, and in the washing process of clothes, the water-soluble envelope 50 at the outermost layer of the fragrance retaining bead 100 is firstly dissolved, then the fragrance retaining body 10 is dissolved, and then the biological enzyme 30 is gradually released. As can be understood, the raw material of the fragrance retaining body 10 includes fragrance essential oil, and when the clothes are washed, the fragrance essential oil is released and attached to the surface of clothes, so that the fragrance on the surface of clothes is retained for a long time.
The fragrance-retaining bead 100 has the function of removing stains on the surface of clothes independently, and the biological enzyme 30 in the fragrance-retaining bead 100 can remove stains such as saccharides, lipids, proteins, pigments and the like which are stubborn and attached to the clothes, such as bloodstain, egg yolk, oil stain, milk juice, meat juice, fruit juice and the like. Since the bio-enzyme 30 can only remove a specific class of stains on the surface of the laundry, generally, in order to enhance the cleaning effect of the laundry, the fragrance-retaining bead 100 is usually mixed with a detergent without the bio-enzyme 30 when the laundry is washed, so that the bio-enzyme 30 and the detergent without the bio-enzyme 30 can effectively remove the stains from the laundry during the washing process of the laundry, and the fragrance-retaining body 10 can make the washed laundry continuously have fragrance.
According to the technical scheme, the chamber 11 is formed in the fragrance retaining body 10, and the biological enzyme 30 is arranged in the chamber 11, so that the stability of the biological enzyme 30 is improved, and the situation that the biological enzyme 30 is completely or partially inactivated before use is avoided. Different from the situation that the bio-enzyme 30 is inactivated before the clothes are washed because the bio-enzyme 30 is added into the detergent and packaged together, in the invention, the bio-enzyme 30 is stored in the cavity 11 formed in the fragrance retaining body 10, so that on one hand, the bio-enzyme 30 is not contacted with the detergent before the clothes are washed, the situation that the structure of the bio-enzyme 30 is damaged by the surfactant in the detergent is avoided, on the other hand, the bio-enzyme 30 is packaged in the fragrance retaining body 10, the situation that the bio-enzyme 30 is completely or partially inactivated by the influence of other external environments is avoided, when the clothes are washed, the bio-enzyme 30 in the fragrance retaining body 10 is released and cleans the clothes together with the detergent, and meanwhile, the fragrance retaining body 10 also enables the surface of the clothes to retain fragrance; in addition, by wrapping the fragrance retaining body 10 with the water-soluble capsule film 50, the fragrance retaining performance and the decontamination performance of the fragrance retaining bead 100 are prevented from being affected by environmental factors in the storage process. The fragrance-retaining bead 100 of the present invention has the effects of being stable in storage, cleaning specific stains, improving the stability of the bio-enzyme 30, and retaining fragrance of clothes.
In the above embodiments, the shape and size of the chamber 11 have no specific requirement, and can be adjusted according to the actual application scenario or the user requirement. For example, the shape of the chamber 11 may be spherical, hemispherical, ellipsoidal, annular, semicircular, rectangular, or other irregular shapes, the size of the chamber 11 may be just enough to accommodate the biological enzyme 30, or the inner space of the chamber 11 may be only partially filled with the biological enzyme 30.
Referring to fig. 1, in addition, the number of the chambers 11 is plural, the types of the biological enzymes 30 are plural, the biological enzymes 30 are respectively disposed in the different chambers 11, and the biological enzymes 30 are not in contact with each other. In an embodiment of the present invention, the fragrance retaining bead 100 is spherical or spheroidal, the cavity 11 is spherical or ellipsoidal, and the plurality of cavities 11 are dispersedly disposed inside the fragrance retaining body 10.
Since different kinds of bio-enzymes 30 may affect each other, by disposing the plurality of kinds of bio-enzymes 30 in different chambers 11, respectively, it is possible to prevent the activity of the different kinds of bio-enzymes 30 from being affected by each other due to contact with each other, thereby further improving the washing effect of the laundry.
The bio-enzyme 30 is selected from protease, amylase, cellulase, lipase, lactase, lysozyme, and can decompose stains such as fat, protein, and saccharide on clothes, and different types of bio-enzyme 30 have different effects, for example, cellulase can decompose fiber stains on clothes, and also can decompose fluffs on clothes, and lysozyme can sterilize clothes, but they are not listed here.
In addition, it should be noted that, one kind of the bio-enzyme 30 may be placed in only one of the chambers 11, and may also be placed in a plurality of the chambers 11, since different kinds of the bio-enzyme 30 may remove different kinds of stains, the proportion of the different kinds of the bio-enzyme 30 may be changed according to different application scenarios or different user requirements, so that the addition amount of one kind of the bio-enzyme 30 is small, the addition amount of another kind of the bio-enzyme 30 is large, the addition amount of the bio-enzyme 30 is small, and even one of the chambers 11 cannot be filled, and the bio-enzyme 30 with large addition amount may need a plurality of the chambers 11 to be accommodated.
The sizes of the chambers 11 can be different from each other, and the sizes can be properly adjusted according to the addition amounts of different kinds of biological enzymes 30, so that the biological enzymes 30 with a large addition amount are placed in the chambers 11 with a large space, and the biological enzymes 30 with a small addition amount are placed in the chambers 11 with a small space, thereby effectively improving the utilization rate of the internal space of the fragrance retaining body 10, being beneficial to improving the compactness of the fragrance retaining bead 100, being beneficial to maintaining the fixed shape of the fragrance retaining bead 100, and avoiding the occurrence of deformation of the fragrance retaining bead 100 due to long-term placement or influence of other external factors. As can be seen from the above, the size of the chamber 11 is preferably just enough for the biological enzyme 30 contained therein to be completely filled.
The number of the chambers 11 is not particularly limited as long as the bio-enzymes 30 of different types inside the fragrance retaining body 10 are not in contact with each other. Generally, the chambers 11 are not communicated with each other in order to ensure that the biological enzymes 30 of different types do not contact each other in the fragrance-retaining body 10.
Referring to fig. 2, in another embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of biological enzymes 30 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the fragrance preserving body 10 from inside to outside, for easy understanding, the arrangement direction of the fragrance-retaining body 10 can be referred to, when the fragrance-retaining body 10 is spherical, the axial direction of the incense retaining body 10 is the extending direction of the radius of the incense retaining body, the incense retaining body 10 is sequentially divided into a plurality of spheres which are sleeved in sequence from inside to outside along the axial direction, the cavity 11 is arranged between two adjacent spheres, the biological enzyme 30 is arranged among a plurality of adjacent spheres formed by the fragrance-retaining body 10, wherein, the part between two adjacent spheres is separated by the biological enzyme 30 or is completely separated by the biological enzyme 30, namely, a plurality of biological enzymes 30 are arranged on the sphere which is arranged in a stacking way and corresponds to the same central angle, alternatively, a plurality of the biological enzymes 30 are arranged on the spherical surface which is arranged in a stacked manner and corresponds to different central angles. Wherein, each of the biological enzymes 30 can be arranged on only one spherical surface, and can also be arranged on a plurality of different spherical surfaces at the same time.
According to the arrangement mode of the biological enzymes 30, the cavity 11 comprises a plurality of cavities which are sequentially arranged at intervals from inside to outside along the axial direction of the fragrance retaining body 10, and the cavities can be shaped like semi-hollow spheres, hollow ellipsoids, hollow spheroids, hollow cuboids, hollow cubes or other irregular structures; generally, the number of cavities corresponds to the number of types of biological enzymes 30, for example, when the number of types of biological enzymes 30 is N, the cavity 11 includes a first cavity 111, a second cavity 113, and a third cavity 115. Preferably, in one embodiment, referring to FIG. 2, the number of types of the biological enzymes 30 is 3, the chamber 11 comprises a first receiving cavity 111, a second receiving cavity 113 and a third receiving cavity 115, the first cavity 111, the second cavity 113 and the third cavity 115 are hollow spheres, wherein the minimum diameter or the minimum circumscribed circle diameter of the second cavity 113 is greater than the maximum diameter or the maximum circumscribed circle diameter of the first cavity 111, the minimum diameter or the minimum circumscribed circle diameter of the third receiving cavity 115 is greater than the maximum diameter or the maximum circumscribed circle diameter of the second receiving cavity 113, the second cavity 113 is sleeved on the periphery of the first cavity 111, the third cavity 115 is sleeved on the periphery of the second cavity 113, the space between the first cavity 111 and the second cavity 113 and the space between the second cavity 113 and the third cavity 115 are filled with the fragrance-retaining body 10 or other substances which do not affect the activity of the biological enzyme 30; correspondingly, each of the biological enzymes 30 is arranged in the corresponding cavity to form a hollow sphere, and the specific arrangement sequence and the arrangement thickness can be adjusted according to the specific application scenario and the requirements of the user.
Through the sequential interval and stacked arrangement of the biological enzymes 30 along the axial direction of the fragrance retaining body 10 from inside to outside, not only can the biological enzymes 30 be isolated from each other, but also the production process of the fragrance retaining bead 100 can be simplified, and the fragrance retaining bead 100 can be manufactured through a simple granulation process.
More specifically, in the above embodiment, the fragrance retaining body 10 includes the mother core 13, the blocking medium 17 and the shell 15 covered by the water-soluble capsule 50, the shell 15 covers the mother core 13 and the blocking medium 17, the blocking medium 17 is provided at the periphery of the mother core 13, the biological enzyme 30 is provided between the mother core 13 and the shell 15, the blocking medium 17 separates the different kinds of the biological enzyme 30, the water-soluble capsule 50 covers the mother core 13, the blocking medium 17, the shell 15 and the biological enzyme 30 together, the biological enzyme 30 at the outermost layer of the fragrance retaining body 10 along the axial direction thereof and the water-soluble capsule 50 are separated by the shell 15, so that the biological enzyme 30 in the fragrance retaining bead 100 is less prone to be inactivated, wherein the raw materials of the mother core 13, the blocking medium 17 and the shell 15 may be the same or different, the method can be adjusted according to specific application scenes and user requirements. Generally, the content of the fragrance-retaining body 10 is greater than that of the biological enzyme 30, and the manufacturing process of the fragrance-retaining bead 100 can be simplified by making a part of the fragrance-retaining body 10 into the parent nucleus 13 and then coating different types of biological enzymes 30 at intervals by taking the parent nucleus 13 as the core, and the biological enzyme 30 can be conveniently dispersed in the washing process to further improve the washing effect; if one kind of biological enzyme 30 is agglomerated into granules to be used as the granulation core, on one hand, the forming difficulty may be increased even the granules cannot be formed as the granulation core due to too small content of the biological enzyme 30, and on the other hand, the dispersion degree of the similar biological enzyme 30 is not enough to cause easy agglomeration during washing due to the decrease of the diameter of the granules coated by the various kinds of biological enzymes 30 but the increase of the coating thickness, thereby affecting the washing effect.
One water-soluble capsule film 50 covers one or more of the fragrance-retaining bodies 10. In one embodiment, the number of the fragrance-retaining bodies 10 is multiple, and one water-soluble capsule 50 covers multiple fragrance-retaining bodies 10; for the fragrance retaining body 10 with smaller overall particles, if one water-soluble capsule film 50 covers one fragrance retaining body 10 alone, on one hand, the difficulty of the manufacturing process of the water-soluble capsule film 50 can be increased, and on the other hand, the overall particle size of the fragrance retaining bead 100 is smaller, so that the fragrance retaining bead 100 is not convenient to take or use.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the fragrance-retaining bead 100, which comprises the following specific steps:
