The surfactant composition disclosed by the invention has excellent solubility and compatibility, and can effectively remove heavy-duty stains.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surfactants, in particular to a surfactant composition for cleaning heavy dirt.
Background
The surfactant is a substance which can obviously reduce the interfacial tension when the addition amount is small, and the molecule of the surfactant has a unique structure: one end is a hydrophilic polar group and the other end is a lipophilic non-polar group, also known as an amphipathic molecule. Can spontaneously form stable and orderly arranged association structures such as micelles, lyotropic liquid crystals, microemulsions, vesicles, vermicular micelles, microemulsion gels and the like in a solution. The surfactant is often applied to cleaning agents, and the conventional cleaning agents have insufficient cleaning effect on heavy dirt.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a surfactant composition for cleaning heavy duty stains, which has excellent solubility and compatibility and can effectively remove the heavy duty stains.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is solved by the following technical scheme:
a surfactant composition for cleaning heavy dirt comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30-50 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 20-40 parts of lauramidopropyl hydroxysulfobetaine, 30-50 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 1-4 parts of a compatibilization component, 1-2 parts of an oil displacement component, 0.1-0.2 part of a chelating agent and 0.05-0.0.1 part of a bactericide;
the compatibilization component is a mixture consisting of a solubilizer, an organic cosolvent and an inorganic active agent;
the oil displacement component is a mixture consisting of fluoropolymer microspheres and polyacrylamide.
Specifically, the compatibilization component is a mixture of a solubilizer, an organic cosolvent and an inorganic active agent according to a mass ratio of 100: 1-5.
Specifically, the oil displacement component is a mixture of fluoropolymer microspheres and polyacrylamide according to a mass ratio of 1-5: 100.
Specifically, the compatibilizer is one selected from sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkylolamide.
Specifically, the organic cosolvent is one selected from polyvinylpyrrolidone, ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether.
Specifically, the inorganic active agent is selected from one of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate and aluminum carbonate.
Specifically, the chelating agent is one selected from ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid and N-hydroxyethyl-ethylamine triacetic acid.
Specifically, the fluorine-containing polymer microspheres are polytetrafluoroethylene microspheres, and the particle size of the fluorine-containing polymer microspheres is 50-100 microns.
Specifically, the bactericide is methylisothiazolinone.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the surfactant composition provided by the invention, sodium dodecyl sulfate, lauramidopropyl hydroxysultaine and sodium cocoyl glycinate are combined for use, and the surfactant composition has good compatibility of all components and good decontamination and foaming performances;
2. the solubilizer is added, so that the surfactant composition has excellent solubility and can effectively remove heavy-duty stains;
3. the oil displacement component is added, so that oil stains in the object to be cleaned and washed are removed through the oil displacement component, and the oil removal effect is good;
4. the bactericide is added, so that bacteria can be killed, the growth of the bacteria can be inhibited, various bacteria in the object to be cleaned can be effectively removed, and the bacteria can be prevented from breeding.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments thereof for the purpose of further understanding the nature and technical means of the invention as well as the specific objects and functions attained by the invention.
Example 1
The embodiment discloses a surfactant composition for cleaning heavy dirt, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 30 parts of lauramidopropyl hydroxysulfobetaine, 40 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 2 parts of a compatibilization component, 1 part of an oil displacement component, 0.1 part of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and 0.05 part of methylisothiazolinone;
wherein the compatibilization component is a mixture of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, polyvinylpyrrolidone and magnesium carbonate according to the mass ratio of 100:2: 2; magnesium carbonate is used as an inorganic activator, so that the activity of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate can be improved, the compatibilization effect of the compatibilization component is improved, and heavy scales are easier to remove.
The oil displacement component is a mixture composed of polytetrafluoroethylene microspheres and polyacrylamide according to a mass ratio of 2:100, the particle size of the polytetrafluoroethylene microspheres is 50-100 microns, the polytetrafluoroethylene microspheres have fluorine ions and good hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, and have an obvious oil stain displacement effect, and the polytetrafluoroethylene microspheres are made into a microspherical structure, so that the surface area of molecules of the polytetrafluoroethylene microspheres can be greatly improved, the surfaces of the polytetrafluoroethylene microspheres have more free fluorine ions, and the oil displacement effect of the polytetrafluoroethylene microspheres and the polyacrylamide is further improved.
And (3) testing: the detergency of the surfactant composition was measured by a test method of "measurement of detergency and circulating washing performance of detergent for clothing" GB/T13174-2008, and the record is as shown in table 1 below.
Comparative example 1
The cleaning agent is a common commercial cleaning agent and comprises the following components: aes 90% and water 10%, and the detergency of the general commercial detergent was measured by the method of GB/T13174-2008 "measurement of detergency and recycling washing performance of the detergent for clothing", and the record is as in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 test results
Example 1 | Comparative example 1 | |
Stain removal value | 3.07 | 1.52 |
As seen from table 1 above, the surfactant composition of example 1 had a stain removal value of 3.07, whereas the stain removal value of the conventional commercial detergent was 1.52, indicating that the surfactant system of the present invention provides good stain removal.
The above examples only show 1 embodiment of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
