The invention provides an advertisement display method for an elevator and an in-car display device, which can ensure the service for users and improve the audience rating of advertisements. An advertisement display method for an elevator is a method for displaying an advertisement on a display part arranged in a passenger car, wherein a user enters the passenger car at a floor called by a waiting hall, an effect sound causing the user to pay attention is generated from the display part after a car door of the passenger car is closed, and advertisement display and advertisement sound output are started from the display part after the effect sound is generated.

Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to an advertisement display method of an elevator and an in-car display device.
Background
Conventionally, an advertisement display in an elevator car is performed by a display device dedicated to the advertisement display provided in the car. Most of the displayed contents are that advertisements and building side information such as maintenance days of elevators or large garbage collection days are played alternately. In this case, the image is always displayed during the ascent and descent of the elevator.
As a conventional technique, for example, there is a technique of dividing a screen of one information display device in a car, simultaneously displaying different information data such as video, still images, text characters, and the like, and outputting sound when the information data includes a sound signal. Although not the advertisement display, the change of the operation mode (express, floor division, number of cars) by the group management control may be notified by voice by a guide device provided in the car or near the entrance of the hall.
Disclosure of Invention
However, even in the case of an audio image, if the same content is always displayed, the user does not pay attention to the advertisement. This situation causes a problem that the advertiser has a reduced advertising effect because the user's view decreases. In addition, there are also users who enter the car without initially noticing that an advertisement is being displayed.
Therefore, a new structure for viewing an advertisement more reliably is required, but no countermeasure is implemented at present.
The invention provides an advertisement display method for an elevator and an in-car display device, which can ensure the service for users and improve the audience rating of advertisements.
An advertisement display method for an elevator according to an embodiment is a method for displaying an advertisement on a display portion disposed in a car, wherein a user enters the car at a floor called by a waiting hall, an effect sound causing the user to pay attention is generated from the display portion after a car door of the car is closed, and advertisement display and output of the advertisement sound are started from the display portion after the effect sound is generated.
According to the advertisement display method for the elevator with the structure, the audience rating of the advertisement can be improved while ensuring the service for the user.

Detailed Description

First, the structure of an elevator car to which embodiment 1 of the present invention is applied will be described.
As shown in fig. 1, a car 1 for an elevator includes a car door 2 and an in-car operation panel 4 provided on a front side plate 3 of the car door 2. The in-car operation panel 4 includes: a car call button 5 for indicating a user's destination floor, a door open/close button 6 for indicating opening/closing of a door, an interphone 7, and a switch box 8 for maintenance.
In the present embodiment, a display device 9 is provided on the front side plate 3 above the car interior operation panel 4. Further, a camera 10 is provided near the ceiling above the car door 2.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the in-car display device 20 includes the display device 9, the display control unit 21, the content data input unit 22, and the content data storage unit 23. The display device 9 includes an information display unit 24 and an effect sound output unit 25. The in-car display device 20 is composed of a computer and a display medium connected to the computer, and executes an advertisement display method of the elevator by incorporating an advertisement display program in the computer.
The display control section 21 outputs content data related to an advertisement to the information display section 24 and the effect sound output section 25 of the display device 9, and performs display control and sound output control on these information display section 24 and effect sound output section 25.
The content data input unit 22 inputs content data such as still image data and video data related to an advertisement to be displayed from the control panel 30. The content data input unit 22 has a wireless reception function and can receive content data transmitted wirelessly from the control panel 30. In addition, the content data may also be received via a tail code.
The content data storage unit 23 is composed of a hard disk or a semiconductor memory, and stores content data such as still image data and video data related to the advertisement input by the content data input unit 22.
The information display unit 24 of the display device 9 displays content data such as still image data and video data related to advertisements.
The effect sound output unit 25 outputs an effect sound that is a cause of the user's attention when the user enters the car 1 and closes the door. As the effect sound, for example, a "pong (ポーン)" sound or a ringtone may be considered. In addition, consider a voice associated with the advertiser or a voice reminiscent of the advertiser, such as an image song of the advertiser, and the like.

When the elevator is in normal operation or traveling (yes in step S1), the display device 9 of the in-car display device 20 displays an advertisement by a still image or a video image and outputs an advertisement sound. When a hall call is made and the hall call floor is reached (yes in steps S2 and S3), the display of an advertisement and the sound of the advertisement by the in-car display device 20 are suspended and a guidance sound is output (step S5). The hall call is performed, for example, based on an operation of a hall call operation panel (not shown) provided in each hall (hall) of each floor (floor). The advertisement content is a content structure in which the advertisement and the building side information are alternately played for about 3 seconds. Further, the user who has taken the elevator can view the advertisement again, and the audience rating of the advertisement can be expected to be improved. In addition, since the effect sound is generated after the door is closed, the quietness can be ensured.
Although the sound effect is generated immediately after the full closing, if there is a hall call, the user may press the floor button after entering the car 1, or may perform the sound after a predetermined time such as several seconds after receiving the door closing signal. Even if the destination floor is already registered, the user has an effect of making a margin more than immediately after the full-closing. However, when the elevator arrives at a floor where only the car calls without the hall call, the effect sound may be generated immediately after the door is closed.
In addition, the content data is distributed from the control disc 30 by wireless or by a tail code. However, the content data may be stored in a storage medium such as a USB memory, and may be directly supplied to the display control section 21. With this configuration, the content input unit 22 and the content storage unit 23 can be eliminated, and the device configuration can be simplified.

Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing the configuration of embodiment 2. The same components as those in embodiment 1 shown in fig. 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted.
The in-car display device 20 according to embodiment 2 includes an image analysis unit 26 in addition to the configuration of embodiment 1.
The image analysis unit 26 inputs image data captured by the camera 10 disposed in the car 1, and performs detection analysis of the line of sight, face, or body direction of a user in the car. Then, when it is determined from the analysis result of the image analysis unit 26 that the user is not facing the display device 9, the display control unit 21 instructs the effect sound output unit 25 to generate the effect sound again.
Next, the processing procedure of embodiment 2 will be described based on the flowchart of fig. 5. The same processing procedure as that in the flowchart of fig. 3 showing the processing procedure of embodiment 1 is given the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
When a user in a waiting hall enters the car 1, the car doors 2 are closed, and the display control unit 21 receives a door closing signal (yes in step S6), an effect sound for attracting the user' S attention is output (step S7). Then, the advertisement is displayed (step S8).
In the advertisement display, the image analysis unit 26 inputs image data captured by the camera 10 disposed in the car 1, and performs detection analysis of the line of sight, face, or body orientation of a user in the car 1. When determining that the user is not facing the display device 9 (no in step S11), the display control unit 21 instructs the sound effect output unit 25 to generate the sound effect again while displaying the advertisement. Thereby, the effect sound is outputted again from the effect sound output unit 25 (step S12).
Thus, according to embodiment 2, the user in the car 1 can be prompted to view the advertisement reliably. Therefore, it is expected that the audience rating for the advertisement can be improved while ensuring the service to the user.
The camera 10 installed in the car may be installed in the car operation panel 4 as long as it can detect the direction of the user's sight line. In this case, since the wiring can be bundled together with the wiring of the buttons and the like provided on the car interior operation panel 4, the wiring operation becomes easy.

Fig. 6 shows a structure of a car of an elevator to which embodiment 3 of the present invention is applied. The same components as those in fig. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 6, the car 1 of the elevator according to embodiment 3 includes a first display device 9a and a second display device 9b on both front side plates 3 sandwiching a car door 2, and performs an advertisement display by 2 display devices 9a and 9 b.

In the in-car display device 20 according to embodiment 3, the first display device 9a and the second display device 9b are connected to the display control unit 21.
The first display device 9a has an information display unit 24a and an effect sound output unit 25 a. The second display device 9b also has an information display unit 24b and an effect sound output unit 25 b. The first display device 9a and the second display device 9b normally display the same content, but may display different contents.
The display control unit 21 according to embodiment 3 controls whether the effect sound is output from the first display device 9a or the effect sound is output from the second display device 9b, based on the result of the image analysis of the image data of the camera 10 by the image analysis unit 26 and the location where the user is present. At this time, whether the effect sound is output from the first display device 9a or the effect sound is output from the second display device 9b is controlled based on the result of the image analysis of the image data of the camera 10 by the image analysis unit 26 and the location where the user is located. In embodiment 3, a configuration including 2 display devices 9a and 9b is adopted, but the configuration is not limited to 2. For example, the car door 2 may be provided on a lateral side panel surface or a back surface facing the car door. When there are a plurality of display devices in the car 1, if there is no echo, it is possible to start the advertisement display by outputting a sound from each display device. If there is an environment such as echo, it may be output from only one of them.

When one advertisement reaches the next floor before the end, the advertisement that ended in the middle may be displayed again after the door is closed, and the sound of the effect may be generated before the display.
Further, news can be played without playing advertisements while the door is opened. Further, the structure may be such that only the advertisement is displayed without playing the building side information.
