The shape of transportation packing platform 61 is the U type shape, the shape of transportation packing platform 61 sets up to the U type shape and is used for packing two sticky tape rolls after the split simultaneously, save time avoids two sticky tape rolls to arrive packing department simultaneously, is unfavorable for packing device 6 to pack the sticky tape roll, the shape of transportation packing platform 61 transfer passage is tubaeform shape, the transfer passage of transportation packing platform 61 sets up tubaeform shape and is used for making the sticky tape roll keep upright state when carrying to cylinder 62 position.
Workstation 1 is used for installing sieving mechanism 2, conveyer 3, splitting device 5 and packing plant 6, 1 both sides of workstation rotate respectively and install first conveyer belt 14 and second conveyer belt 15, and splitting device 5 is located second conveyer belt 15 top, first conveyer belt 14 is used for cooperating workstation 1 to carry the adhesive tape book to sieving mechanism 2 position and sieves, second conveyer belt 15 is used for carrying the bigger adhesive tape book of specification to splitting device 5 after the screening, and carry the adhesive tape book after the split is handled to packing plant 6, fixed plate 11 one side is rotated and is installed third conveyer belt 16, third conveyer belt 16 is used for carrying the less adhesive tape book of specification after the packing, fixed plate 11 one side fixed mounting has push rod 17, push rod 17 is used for pushing away the adhesive tape book that lies in backup pad 47 after the packing to third conveyer belt 16.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when a worker uses the adhesive tape roll conveyor, the rotating motor 21 is started, the rotating motor 21 drives the inner gear 24 to synchronously rotate, the partition plate 23 rotates in the direction opposite to the inner gear 24 under the action of the driving assembly 22 and the rotating motor 21, then the adhesive tape roll is vertically placed on the first conveyor belt 14, then the adhesive tape roll is conveyed to the compartment position of the partition plate 23 through the inclined part of the workbench 1, if the adhesive tape roll with a smaller specification is conveyed, the adhesive tape roll enters the conveying pipe 31 from the screening hole 12, if the adhesive tape roll with a smaller specification slides down, the adhesive tape roll with a smaller specification does not fall off through the screening hole 12 due to too high speed, the inner gear 24 drives the power block 25 to push the adhesive tape roll with a smaller specification to the position of the screening hole 12 and enters the conveying pipe 31 through the screening hole 12, when the adhesive tape roll moves to the side wall of the partition plate 23 and is adhered to the side wall, due to the reverse rotation of the power block 25 and the partition plate 23, the adhesive tape roll adhered on the side wall of the partition plate 23 can be peeled off from the side wall, the adhesive tape roll falling from the conveying pipe 31 drives a part of the packaging film pre-cut on the packaging film to fall onto the supporting plate 47 under the action of gravity, the supporting plate 47 pushes the supporting plate 47 and the baffle plate 45 to move downwards by virtue of the gravity generated by the falling of the adhesive tape roll, the baffle plate 45 moving downwards is matched with the groove 42 to instantly generate compressed gas, the compressed gas pushes the limiting plate 43 to immediately move upwards, when the limiting plate 43 stops moving, the moving plate 44 rotates inwards to fold the packaging film to realize the packaging of the adhesive tape roll, the moving plate 44 automatically returns to the original position after the packaging is finished, as the exhaust hole 48 continuously exhausts the gas in the groove 42, the air pressure in the groove 42 is reduced, at the moment, the gravity borne by the limiting plate 43 is greater than the thrust of the compressed gas, the limiting plate 43 falls under the action of gravity, and simultaneously generates the compressed gas to push the baffle plate 45 to move upwards, when the limiting plate 43 falls, the supporting plate 47 drives the baffle 45 to move upwards under the action of the elastic force of the spring 46, so that the baffle 45 is restored to the original position, at the moment, the inside of the groove 42 and the outside are under the same air pressure, therefore, automatic packing can be realized in the falling process of the adhesive tape roll each time, and the packed adhesive tape roll moves to the third conveyor belt 16 under the action of the push rod 17;
