Claims (7)
1. The building external wall insulation board processing device is characterized by comprising a workbench, a cutting mechanism and a rotating mechanism;
the rotating mechanism is arranged on one side, close to the ground, of the workbench and comprises a first mounting frame fixedly connected with the workbench, the middle of the first mounting frame is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft, one end, far away from the ground, of the rotating shaft is slidably connected with a sliding sleeve penetrating through the middle of the workbench, the end part of the sliding sleeve is fixedly connected with a sucker, one side, close to the ground, of the workbench is provided with a first air cylinder, a piston rod of the first air cylinder is fixedly connected with a push plate, the push plate is rotatably connected with the sliding sleeve, an angle deflection assembly is arranged between the push plate and the rotating shaft, and the middle of the rotating shaft is provided with a size-adjustable frame assembly;
the cutting mechanism comprises first sliding grooves arranged on two sides of the workbench, a first sliding groove is connected with a supporting plate in a sliding mode, a spring is arranged between the supporting plate and the first sliding grooves, one side, close to the ground, of the supporting plate is provided with a top wheel matched with a size-adjustable frame assembly, one side, far away from the ground, of the supporting plate is provided with a sliding rail, the sliding rail is connected with sliding plates in a sliding mode, one sides, opposite to the two sliding plates, of the two sliding plates are provided with driving motors, and output shafts of the driving motors are fixedly connected with cutting wheels.

The processing device for the external wall insulation board of the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein the angle deflection assembly comprises a first telescopic rod arranged on the push plate, the end of the first telescopic rod is rotatably connected with a second cylinder, a piston rod of the second cylinder is rotatably connected with a rotating seat, the rotating seat is arranged on the outer side of the rotating disc, and the rotating disc is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft.

The processing device for the external wall insulation board of the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame assembly with adjustable size comprises a rotating ring arranged in the middle of a rotating shaft, four second telescopic rods are rotatably connected to the outer side of the rotating ring, one end of each second telescopic rod, which is far away from the rotating shaft, is rotatably connected with a right-angle flange device, and the end parts of two adjacent right-angle flange devices are slidably connected with the two ends of a guide rod.

The processing device for the external wall insulation board of the building as claimed in claim 3, wherein the right-angle flange device comprises a guide plate in a shape of a sector ninety degrees, fixing plates are arranged at both ends of the guide plate, and the fixing plates are slidably connected with both ends of the guide rod.

The processing device for the external wall insulation board of the building as claimed in claim 4, wherein the fixing plate is provided with nuts, two adjacent nuts are in threaded connection with two sides of the screw rod, and the screw rod is provided with threads with opposite turning directions.

The processing device for the external wall insulation board of the building as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second mounting rack is arranged on one side of the workbench far away from the ground, second sliding grooves are arranged on two sides of the second mounting rack, and the second sliding grooves are connected with the end portions of the supporting plates in a sliding manner.
