Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a fragrance device which is convenient for replacing a liquid storage bottle.
In order to solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fragrance apparatus, which includes a barrel, an air pump, a liquid storage bottle, and an atomizing device, wherein a top end of the barrel is open, the air pump is disposed in the barrel, the liquid storage bottle is connected to the atomizing device, the atomizing device includes a pipette, the pipette is inserted into the liquid storage bottle, an inner shell, an air outlet pipe, and a rebounder are disposed in the barrel, the inner shell is disposed in the barrel so as to be movable up and down, a receiving cavity is formed in the inner shell, the air pump is disposed below the inner shell and is communicated with the air outlet pipe, the atomizing device is inserted into the barrel from an open end of the barrel and is communicated with the air outlet pipe, the atomizing device abuts against the inner shell, the liquid storage bottle is received in the receiving cavity, the rebounder is disposed below the inner shell and supports the inner shell, the rebounder is retractable in an up and down direction, when the rebounder is in an extended state, the atomizing device is extended out of the barrel, and when the rebounder is in a retracted state, the atomizing device is received in the barrel.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, the atomizing device further includes an upper cover, an atomizing head main body, an atomizing core, and a bottle body conversion seat, the lower end of the atomizing head main body is communicated with the air outlet pipe and abuts against the inner shell, the bottle body conversion seat is connected with the lower end of the atomizing head main body and the bottle mouth of the liquid storage bottle, the atomizing core is connected with the atomizing head main body and communicated with the air outlet pipe, the atomizing core is further connected with the liquid suction pipe, the upper cover is connected with the upper end of the atomizing head main body, a mist outlet is formed in the upper cover, and a mist outlet channel is formed between the atomizing core and the mist outlet.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, the connecting end of the air outlet pipe extends outwards from the inner shell, the atomizing head main body is provided with an insertion hole, the connecting end of the air outlet pipe is inserted into the insertion hole, and the cylinder body is further provided with a positioning structure matched with the atomizing device.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, the outer peripheral wall of the upper cover is circular, a circular groove facing the atomizing head main body is formed on the bottom side of the upper cover, the ratio of the diameter of the outer peripheral wall of the upper cover to the diameter of the circular groove is 10 to 7-9, the circular groove is communicated with the mist outlet and the atomizing core, and when the upper cover is connected with the atomizing head main body, the circular groove forms a sound attenuation chamber.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, the barrel further comprises an upper inner cover, a lower inner cover, an air pump cover and an air pump seat, the air pump seat is arranged at the bottom of the barrel, the lower inner cover is arranged on the air pump seat, the upper inner cover is positioned on the upper portion in the barrel and embedded outside the inner shell, the upper inner cover is connected with the lower inner cover through a stud, the air pump cover is positioned between the upper inner cover and the lower inner cover and positioned below the inner shell, the air pump cover is connected with the lower inner cover through a plurality of support columns, the air pump is arranged between the air pump cover and the lower inner cover, and the plurality of support columns surround the air pump and are arranged at intervals.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, a cavity communicated with the air pump is arranged in the air pump base, one end of the air outlet pipe is communicated with the cavity, and the ratio of the inner diameter of the cavity to the inner diameter of the air outlet pipe is greater than 5.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, a plurality of the rebounders are arranged in the cylinder, and the rebounders surround the air pump and are arranged at intervals.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, the inner shell includes an inner shell and an inner shell base connected to the bottom of the inner shell, the accommodating cavity is formed in the inner shell, the inner shell base is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the cylinder, a through hole is formed in the inner shell base, and the air outlet pipe penetrates through the through hole.

As a further improvement of the above embodiment, the fragrance device further comprises a base, the base is connected to the bottom of the barrel, the outer diameter of the base is larger than that of the barrel, and a circuit board is arranged in the base and electrically connected with the air pump.
According to the fragrance equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the atomizing device and the liquid storage bottle are inserted into the barrel, and when the liquid storage bottle needs to be replaced, the atomizing device can be ejected out through the rebounder only by pressing the atomizing device, so that the liquid storage bottle is very convenient to take out and replace.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element and be integral therewith, or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "mounted," "one end," "the other end," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fragrance apparatus, which includes a barrel 1, an air pump 19, a liquid storage bottle 4, and an atomizing device 3. The cylinder 1 is cylindrical, the top end of the cylinder is open, and the bottom end of the cylinder is closed. An air pump 19 is provided in the cylinder 1 for generating a high-speed air flow. Stock solution bottle 4 is used for splendid attire essential oil, and stock solution bottle 4 can be dismantled with atomizing device 3 and be connected, and atomizing device 3 includes pipette (not shown), and the pipette inserts in stock solution bottle 4. The air pump 19 is communicated with the atomizing device 3, high-speed airflow is provided for the atomizing device 3, the atomizing device 3 generates negative pressure under the action of the high-speed airflow of the air pump 19, essential oil in the liquid storage bottle 4 is sucked into the atomizing device 3 through the pipette under the action of the negative pressure, the atomizing device 3 is used for mixing and atomizing the essential oil and the high-speed airflow output by the air pump 15 to form fine essential oil particles, and then the essential oil particles are outwards sprayed into indoor air to enable the indoor air to have fragrance. The specific structure and working principle of the atomizing device 3 can refer to the relevant description in chinese patent CN 201420441359.8.
The cylinder 1 is provided with an inner shell 12, an air outlet pipe 15 and a rebounder 14. An inner housing 12 is provided in the cylinder 1 to be movable up and down, and a receiving chamber 123 is formed in the inner housing 12. The air pump 19 is disposed below the inner casing 12, is communicated with the air outlet pipe 15, and delivers the high-speed air flow to the atomizing device 3 through the air outlet pipe 15. The atomizer 3 is inserted into the cylinder 1 from the open end of the cylinder 1 and is communicated with the air outlet pipe 15. The atomizing device 3 abuts against the inner housing 12, and the liquid storage bottle 4 is accommodated in the accommodation chamber 123. The deflector 14 is disposed below the inner shell 12 and supports the inner shell 12. The elastic unit 14 is elastic and can expand and contract in the vertical direction. The rebounder 14 has an extended state in which the length is longer than the length of the retracted state, and a retracted state. The switch between the extended state and the retracted state is made once per one-time depression of the rebounder 14. The structure of the rebounder 14 can be referred to the description in chinese patents such as cn201610461210.X and CN201520891302.2, and the description thereof is omitted here. The vertical direction referred to herein means the axial direction of the cylinder 1.
During normal operation of the fragrance apparatus, the deflector 14 is in a retracted state and the atomising device 3 is substantially fully housed within the barrel 1 with the upper surface substantially flush with the top end of the barrel 1. If need change stock solution bottle 4, press atomizing device 3 downwards, atomizing device 3 promotes inner shell 12 and pushes down bounce-back 14, and bounce-back 14 becomes the state of stretching out, pushes up inner shell 12 upwards, and inner shell 12 pushes up atomizing device 3 correspondingly upwards to make atomizing device 3 part or whole stretch out outside barrel 1, convenient to use person takes out atomizing device 3 and stock solution bottle 4, changes stock solution bottle 4. After changing new stock solution bottle 4, be connected new stock solution bottle 4 with atomizing device 3, then together insert barrel 1, during stock solution bottle 4 then inserts the chamber 123 of accomodating of inner shell 12, then push down atomizing device 3, make inner shell 12 push down bounce-back ware 14, bounce-back ware 14 becomes the withdrawal state, makes atomizing device 3 accomodate again in barrel 1, can normally work.
In a preferred embodiment, the inner housing 12 includes an inner housing 121 and an inner housing seat 122 connected to the bottom of the inner housing 121, the inner housing 121 has the above-mentioned receiving cavity 123 formed therein, the inner housing seat 122 is slidably fitted to the inner wall of the cylinder 1, the inner housing seat 122 has a through hole, and the air outlet pipe 15 passes through the through hole. The rebounder 14 supports the lower surface of the inner shell seat 122.
Referring to fig. 4, in a further preferred embodiment, the inner housing 121 includes an inner housing main body and a flange 1211 connected to a top portion of the inner housing main body, the inner housing main body is substantially cylindrical, the flange 1211 protrudes toward an inner wall of the cylinder 11 in a radial direction of the inner housing main body (i.e., protrudes outward in the radial direction of the inner housing main body), the flange 1211 is slidably engaged with the inner wall of the cylinder 1, the air outlet pipe 15 is located between an outer wall of the inner housing main body and the inner wall of the cylinder 1, and a connection end 151 of the air outlet pipe 15 for connecting with the atomizing device 3 passes through the flange 1211, extends outside the inner housing 12, and protrudes toward the atomizing device 3.
In the preferred embodiment, the atomizer further comprises an upper cover 32, an atomizer head body 31, an atomizer core 33, and a vial adapter 34. The lower end of the atomizing head main body 31 communicates with the outlet pipe 15 and abuts on the inner casing 12. The bottle body conversion seat 34 is connected with the lower end of the atomizing head main body 31 and the bottle mouth of the liquid storage bottle 4 through threads, so that the liquid storage bottle 4 is detachably connected with the atomizing device 3. The atomizing core 33 is connected to the atomizing head main body 31 and communicates with the outlet pipe 15. Specifically, the atomizing head main body 31 has an air inlet passage (not shown) formed therein, and the air inlet passage is connected between the connection end of the air outlet pipe 15 and the atomizing core 33. The atomizing core 33 is also connected to a liquid suction pipe for sucking the essential oil in the liquid storage bottle 4 and atomizing the essential oil under the high-speed air flow of the air pump 19. The upper cover 32 is connected with the upper end of the atomizing head main body 31 by a screw thread, the upper cover 32 is provided with a mist outlet 321, referring to fig. 8, a mist outlet channel is formed between the atomizing core 33 and the mist outlet 321, and the mist atomized by the atomizing core 33 reaches the mist outlet 321 through the mist outlet channel and is sprayed out of the fragrance device through the mist outlet 321. The specific structure of the atomizing core 33 and the mist outlet channel can be further referred to the related description in chinese patent CN 201420441359.8.
In a further preferred embodiment, the connecting end 151 of the outlet tube 15 extends outward from the inner shell 12, and the atomizing head main body 31 is formed with an insertion hole into which the connecting end 151 of the outlet tube 15 is inserted. Still be provided with the location structure with atomizing device 3 matched with on the barrel 1, for example can set up the location arch on the lateral wall of atomising head main part 31, can set up on the inner wall of barrel 1 with this location arch matched with positioning groove, when atomising device 3 inserted barrel 1, positioning groove was aimed at to the location arch to make the link 151 of outlet duct 15 can aim at the jack.
In a preferred embodiment, the outer peripheral wall of the upper cover 32 is circular, a circular groove 322 facing the atomizing head main body 31 is formed on the bottom side of the upper cover 32, the ratio of the diameter of the outer peripheral wall of the upper cover 32 to the diameter of the circular groove 322 is 10 to 7, the circular groove 322 is communicated with the mist outlet 321 and the atomizing core 33, and when the upper cover 32 is connected with the atomizing head main body 31, the circular groove 322 forms a sound attenuation cavity. Because the space of the circular groove 322 is large, the noise generated when the atomizing core 33 atomizes can be eliminated.
Referring to fig. 5-8, in a preferred embodiment, the cylinder further includes an upper inner cover 131, a lower inner cover 132, an air pump cover 16, and an air pump base 17. The air pump seat 17 is disposed at the bottom of the cylinder 1, and the lower inner cover 132 is disposed on the air pump seat 17. The upper inner cap 131 is positioned at the upper portion inside the vessel body 1 and is nested outside the inner casing 12, and when the inner casing 12 is pressed down, the upper inner cap 131 can support the inner casing 12, prevent the inner casing 12 from being excessively pressed down, and also prevent the inner casing 12 from being removed from the open end of the vessel body 1. The upper inner cover 131 and the lower inner cover 132 are connected by a plurality of studs 133. The air pump cover 16 is positioned between the upper inner cover 131 and the lower inner cover 132 and below the inner housing seat 133 of the inner housing 12, the air pump cover 16 is connected to the lower inner cover 132 by a plurality of support posts 18, and the support posts 18 support the air pump cover 16. The air pump 19 is disposed between the air pump cover 16 and the lower inner cover 132, and the plurality of support columns 18 surround the air pump 19 and are disposed at intervals to form a relatively stable structure, so as to prevent the air pump 19 from being crushed.
Referring to fig. 7, in a further preferred embodiment, the air pump seat 17 is provided with a cavity 171 communicated with the air pump 19, the other end of the air outlet pipe 15 opposite to the connecting end is communicated with the cavity 171, and the ratio of the inner diameter of the cavity 171 to the inner diameter of the air outlet pipe 15 is greater than 5. Since the cavity 171 has a large space, noise generated from the air pump 19 can be eliminated.
In the preferred embodiment, a plurality of rebounders 14 are provided within the barrel 1, with the plurality of rebounders 14 surrounding the air pump 19 and spaced apart. Specifically, three rebounders 14 are provided in the cylinder 1, and the three rebounders 14 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the cylinder 1, so that the inner shell 12 is relatively stably pressed down and moved up.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in a preferred embodiment, the fragrance apparatus further comprises a base 2, the base 2 is connected to the bottom of the cylinder 1, the outer circumference of the base 2 is substantially circular, and the outer diameter of the base 2 is larger than that of the cylinder 1 for being placed on a plane (such as a table) to make the fragrance apparatus more stable. The base 2 is provided with a circuit board 22, and the circuit board 22 is electrically connected with the air pump 19 to control the operation of the air pump 19. In other implementations, the circuit board 22 may also be disposed within the cartridge 1. The base 2 further comprises a base main body 21, a panel 23 and a bottom plate 24, the bottom plate 24 is connected to the bottom of the base main body 21, the circuit board 22 is accommodated in the base main body 21, the bottom end of the barrel 1 is connected with the base main body 21, the panel 23 is annular and is sleeved outside the barrel 1 and connected to the top of the base main body 21. A power socket connected to circuit board 22 may also be provided in base 2 for supplying power to the fragrance apparatus.
According to the fragrance equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the atomizing device and the liquid storage bottle are inserted into the barrel, and when the liquid storage bottle needs to be replaced, the atomizing device can be ejected out through the rebounder only by pressing the atomizing device, so that the liquid storage bottle is very convenient to take out and replace.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
