Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating functional dyspepsia and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Dyspepsia is a common group of symptoms that include epigastric pain or discomfort, including epigastric fullness, early satiety, burning sensation, belching, nausea and vomiting, as well as difficult to describe epigastric discomfort. Dyspepsia is classified into organic dyspepsia and functional dyspepsia according to the cause of dyspepsia symptoms. Undigested dyspepsia refers to a patient who has a complaint of dyspepsia symptoms but has not been examined by an endoscope or the like. The investigated dyspepsia means that it has been subjected to an endoscopic examination. Organic diseases such as peptic ulcer, reflux esophagitis and upper gastrointestinal tumor are excluded, and the disease is called non-ulcer dyspepsia, i.e. functional dyspepsia which is considered to be free of organic diseases and can explain dyspepsia symptoms.
The main symptoms of functional dyspepsia are epigastric pain, burning sensation of the upper abdomen, postprandial fullness or early satiety. Factors of daily living that affect gastrointestinal function to induce functional dyspepsia symptoms generally include three aspects: one is psychological and psychiatric adverse stress; secondly, poor eating habits, including stimulating food (coffee, strong tea, sweet food, greasy food, uncooked cold, etc.) and poor eating habits (fasting, frequent eating of stimulating food, irregular eating or overeating and the like); and thirdly, the influence of the ambient temperature.
The following problems are present in the prior art:
the harm that functional dyspepsia presents to patients is concentrated in discomfort caused by upper digestive tract symptoms and possible impact on quality of life. Some patients suffer from reduced food intake and reduced digestive absorption efficiency due to functional dyspepsia, resulting in various degrees of malnutrition (including incomplete nutritional components). In clinical work, a considerable part of patients with functional dyspepsia have a heavy psychological burden due to deviation of understanding of the disease, and thus, the functional dyspepsia is an important factor affecting the quality of life of the patients. Some patients have serious thought concerns and cancer risks for the chronic gastritis, particularly CAG, which is suggested to exist in endoscopy.
The pathophysiological processes resulting from functional dyspepsia are very complex and may involve gastric acid stimulation, gastric emptying disorders, altered gastrointestinal motor rhythms, high sensitivity of visceral sensory responses, etc.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating functional dyspepsia and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
