Specifically, this embodiment cleans 2 and brush hair 3 through the flexibility that the setting is connected with dabber 1 respectively, clean ground jointly based on cleaning portion 22 on the flexibility cleans 2 and brush hair 3, the clean effect to ground has been ensured, because every group brush hair 3 is located between two adjacent cleaning portions 22, then can make alternate segregation between every group brush hair 3, prevent that brush hair 3 from being together because of the winding of adhering to of rubbish such as hair, fibre, be convenient for clear up brush hair 3, the work load to cleaning equipment later maintenance has been reduced.
In practical application, the mandrel 1 shown in this embodiment is used for being connected with a rotary driving mechanism, and the mandrel 1 is used for driving the flexible cleaning element 2 and the bristles 3 connected with the mandrel to synchronously rotate so as to clean the ground, so that the mandrel 1 can be made of a material with certain hardness, for example, the mandrel 1 can be a steel shaft or a hard plastic shaft.
The flexible cleaning element 2 shown in this embodiment can be made of a flexible material with certain elasticity, for example, the material of the flexible cleaning element 2 can be silica gel or rubber. When the flexible cleaning element 2 cleans the ground, the cleaning part 22 can be ensured to adapt to the rugged ground and can be in good contact with the ground. Because the flexible cleaning part 2 rotates along with the mandrel 1, under the action of the rotational inertia, one end of the cleaning part 22 far away from the mandrel 1 can flap the ground, so that the arrangement structure based on the plurality of cleaning parts 22 is particularly suitable for cleaning carpets.
In order to ensure the cleaning effect on the ground, the ends of the cleaning parts 22 away from the mandrel 1 in the present embodiment should be distributed on the same circumferential surface. The plurality of cleaning portions 22 may be randomly distributed in a discrete manner on the side surface of the mandrel 1, or may be uniformly distributed circumferentially with respect to the central axis of the mandrel 1, which is not specifically limited herein.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, a plurality of fixing grooves 13 are configured on the side surface of the mandrel 1, each fixing groove 13 is used for fixing a bundle of bristles 3, the bristles 3 are distributed along the radial direction of the mandrel 1, and the radial distance of one end of each bristle 3 away from the mandrel 1 relative to the central axis of the mandrel 1 is greater than or equal to the radial distance of one end of each cleaning part 22 away from the mandrel 1 relative to the central axis of the mandrel 1.
It should be noted that, in the actual manufacturing process, the flexible cleaning element 2 may be independently manufactured, and then the flexible cleaning element 2 and the bristles 3 are respectively mounted on the side surfaces of the mandrel 1, or the mandrel 1 and the flexible cleaning element 2 may be integrally formed by an encapsulation process, and then the bristles 3 are embedded on the mandrel 1.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, in order to ensure the cleaning effect of the flexible cleaning element 2 on the ground, the cleaning part 22 shown in this embodiment includes a deformable member 221, a cavity 201 is formed in the deformable member 221, the deformable member 221 is connected to a side surface of the mandrel 1, and an end of the deformable member 221 away from the mandrel 1 is used for contacting the ground.
Here, in the present embodiment, based on the optimized design of the cleaning part 22, when one end of the deformable member 221, which is far away from the mandrel 1, touches an obstacle protruding from the ground during the cleaning of the ground, the deformable member 221 is contracted and deformed by the resistance of the obstacle, so that the deformable member 221 can pass through the obstacle during the rotation of the deformable member 221 along with the mandrel 1.
Accordingly, when the end of the deformable member 221 away from the shaft 1 does not touch the obstacle raised on the ground, the deformable member 221 maintains a natural deformation state, and the two adjacent cleaning parts 22 are ensured to be separated from each other, so that the bristles 3 of each group are separated from each other, and the bristles 3 are prevented from being twisted together due to adhesion of garbage such as hair and fiber.
In some embodiments, the cleaning part 22 of the present embodiment further comprises a cleaning member connected to an end of the deformable member 221 away from the mandrel 1.
In this way, when the cleaning member touches an obstacle protruding from the floor surface during cleaning of the floor surface, the wall surface of the deformable member 221 on the side corresponding to the cleaning member is contracted and deformed by the resistance of the obstacle, so that the cleaning portion 22 can pass through the obstacle during rotation of the core shaft 1.
Accordingly, when the cleaning member does not touch the obstacle raised on the ground, the deformable member 221 maintains a natural deformation state, and the adjacent two cleaning parts 22 are ensured to be separated from each other, so that the bristles 3 of each group are separated from each other, and the bristles 3 are prevented from being entangled due to adhesion of the garbage such as hair and fiber.
Further, when the round brush subassembly cleaned level and smooth ground, this embodiment can beat ground based on cleaning the part to under the cooperation of brush hair, reach better cleaning effect to ground.
It should be noted that the cleaning member shown in the present embodiment may be a flexible protrusion, a hard protrusion or bristles disposed at an end of the deformable member 221 away from the mandrel 1, and is not particularly limited herein.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 9, in order to ensure the cleaning effect on the ground, the cleaning member shown in this embodiment includes a rib 222, a first end of the rib 222 is connected to an end of the deformable member 221 away from the mandrel 1, and the rib 222 and the deformable member 221 extend along the same path. Wherein the first ends of the ribs 222 are adjacent to the deformable member 221.
Here, in the present embodiment, based on the optimized design of the ribs 222 and the deformable member 221, there is no cleaning gap on the cleaning part 22 formed by the ribs 222 and the deformable member 221, when there is no obstacle on the ground, it is convenient to clean the ground based on the ribs 222, and when the ribs 222 touch the obstacle on the ground, it is also ensured that the deformable member 221 can be deformed adaptively based on the stress of the ribs 222, so that the cleaning part 22 is in floating contact with the ground, and a better cleaning effect is achieved.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 9, in order to achieve a better cleaning effect on the carpet, the cleaning element of the present embodiment further includes a protrusion 223, the protrusion 223 is disposed at the second end of the rib 222, and the second end of the rib 222 is far away from the deformable element 221; the projections 223 are provided with at least one and/or the projections 223 are provided in the extension direction of the ribs 222.
In a specific example, the present embodiment provides the protrusions 223 in one and along the extending direction of the ribs 222.
Of course, in this embodiment, a plurality of protrusions 223 may also be provided, the plurality of protrusions 223 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the rib 222, and each protrusion 223 is provided along the extending direction of the rib 222.
In practical application, when the sweeping part 22 rotates along with the spindle 1, since the protrusion 223 on the sweeping part is located at the end of the sweeping part 22 far from the spindle 1, the protrusion 223 will flap the carpet under the action of centrifugal force, and the cleaning effect on the carpet is increased.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, in order to ensure the cleaning effect on the ground, the sweeping part 22 shown in this embodiment extends in a strip shape, a first end of the sweeping part 22 is close to the first end of the mandrel 1, and a second end of the sweeping part 22 is close to the second end of the mandrel 1; each group of bristles 3 is arranged in the extending direction of the cleaning part 22.
In one example, the cleaning portions 22 may extend in a straight line, for example, the cleaning portions 22 extend along the central axis of the mandrel 1, so that a straight gap is formed between two adjacent cleaning portions 22, and thus each set of bristles 3 is located in the straight gap between two adjacent cleaning portions 22 and accordingly extends along the central axis of the mandrel 1.
In another example, the cleaning parts 22 may also extend in a curved shape, for example, the projection shape of the cleaning parts 22 on the plane of the central axis of the mandrel 1 is in a circular arc shape, a sine line shape, a cosine line shape, or the like, so that a curved gap is formed between two adjacent cleaning parts 22, and each group of bristles 3 is located in the curved gap between two adjacent cleaning parts 22 and correspondingly extends along the extending direction of the curved gap.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, in order to ensure the cleaning effect on the ground, the cleaning part 22 of the present embodiment is extended in a spiral shape relative to the central axis of the mandrel 1, so that when the ground is cleaned, the cleaned garbage can be gradually gathered at one side of the rolling brush assembly under the guidance of the cleaning part 22, so as to perform a concentrated treatment on the garbage.
Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the plurality of cleaning parts 22 may be arranged in a circumferential manner with respect to the central axis of the mandrel 1, so that a spiral gap is formed between two adjacent cleaning parts 22, and it is ensured that each group of bristles 3 is located in the spiral gap between two adjacent cleaning parts 22 and correspondingly extends along the extending direction of the spiral gap. In this way, the present embodiment achieves an optimal arrangement of the cleaning part 22 and the brush 3, and further ensures the cleaning effect on the floor.
As shown in fig. 7, in order to facilitate the installation of the bristles 3, in this embodiment, a plurality of sets of fixing grooves 13 are formed in the side surface of the mandrel 1, the fixing grooves 13 of each set are sequentially arranged at intervals along a spiral path, and a bundle of bristles 3 is installed in each fixing groove 13.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, in order to facilitate the installation of the flexible cleaning element 2 on the mandrel 1, the flexible cleaning element 2 of the present embodiment further includes a connecting portion 21; the connecting portion 21 is cylindrical, the connecting portion 21 is fitted over the mandrel 1, and the plurality of cleaning portions 22 are connected to the outer side surface of the connecting portion 21.
In this embodiment, the connecting portion 21 and the plurality of cleaning portions 22 may be configured as an integral structure. In the actual installation process, the connecting part 21 is directly sleeved on the mandrel 1, and then the connecting part 21 is connected with the mandrel 1, so that the installation and fixation between the flexible cleaning part 2 and the mandrel 1 can be conveniently realized, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Wherein, the connecting portion 21 is made of a flexible material with certain elasticity, and the inner diameter of the connecting portion 21 can be set to be smaller than the diameter of the mandrel 1 in this embodiment. Thus, when the flexible cleaning element 2 is mounted, the connecting portion 21 is fitted to the side surface of the mandrel 1 by interference fit, and reliable connection between the flexible cleaning element 2 and the mandrel 1 is ensured.
In the case that the connection part 21 has a cylindrical shape, as shown in fig. 5, in order to mount the brush staple 3, the connection part 21 may be provided with a through hole corresponding to the fixing groove 13 on the side surface of the stem 1, so that one end of the brush staple 3 may be connected to the fixing groove 13 and the other end of the brush staple 3 may pass through the through hole and extend between two adjacent cleaning parts 22.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 4, in order to prevent the relative rotation between the flexible sweeping member 2 and the mandrel 1, the roller brush assembly of the present embodiment further includes: an end cap 4; the first end of the mandrel 1 is used for being connected with a rotary driving mechanism; the cleaning part 22 extends to form a strip shape, a first end of the cleaning part 22 is close to a first end of the mandrel 1, and a second end of the cleaning part 22 is close to a second end of the mandrel 1; the second ends of the cleaning parts 22 and the second end of the mandrel 1 are respectively connected with the end cover 4.
In practical applications, the present embodiment may provide a coupling shaft 11 at the first end of the mandrel 1, so as to connect with the rotation driving mechanism through the coupling shaft 11 in a quick manner.
The shape of the adapter shaft 11 can be rectangular, triangular, "D" shape and other special shapes. This embodiment can set up the inserting groove with the adaptation of switching axle 11 at rotary driving mechanism's output, inserts the inserting groove through the one end of keeping away from dabber 1 with switching axle 11, can realize the swift formula between switching axle 11 and the rotary driving mechanism and be connected, ensures rotary driving mechanism's output and dabber 1 synchronous rotation.
