背景技术

所述的苯扎氯铵为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,它是一种安全环保的广谱高效杀菌剂,能灭杀多种细菌真菌,也能抑制新冠病毒活性。

本发明所述的生物环保消毒液产品应用于新冠病毒灭杀。
本发明技术方案具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明方法制备获得的消毒液是一种大多数生物安全无害、可高效杀灭新冠病毒的环保消毒剂,具有高效协同消杀、操作简便易行的技术优点。
(2)本发明的产品能简单方便地喷洒在物体表面或空气中,能快速吸附新冠病毒分子或气溶胶并以超过99.9%的病毒杀灭率快速灭杀,同时产品经第三方验证安全环保无害,是一款高效环保的绿色消毒剂。

按下表配制消毒液组分1000g:
将上述配比的组分按前述消毒液的制备方法制得消毒液后灌装使用。通过上述步骤得到本实例的可用于新冠病毒高效灭杀的生物环保消毒液产品。
实施例二:一种可用于新冠病毒高效灭杀的生物环保消毒液产品
按下表配制消毒液组分1000g:
将上述配比的组分按前述消毒液的制备方法制得消毒液后灌装使用。通过上述步骤得到本实例的可用于新冠病毒高效灭杀的生物环保消毒液产品。

将实施例一至六的消毒液产品做以下试验,其试验结果如下:
一、新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)Vero-E6细胞灭活试验:(报告编号:FTS202204273)
通过飞凡标准技术服务(苏州)有限公司依据消毒技术规范(2002年)2.1.1.10,检测结果如表1所示:

二、甲型流感病毒A/PR8/34H1N1杀灭试验:(广州市微生物研究所,检测编号:KY20200171)
1.试验用品
1)毒株:甲型流感病毒A/PR8/34H1N1
2)细胞:MDCK细胞
3)中和剂:3%吐温,1%硫代硫酸钠的细胞培养基
2.测试条件
测试时间:30min
3.测试步骤
2)中和剂鉴定试验:对候选中和剂进行评价,实验方案及评价标准参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.1.1.10.5残留消毒液化学中和法的鉴定试验,①测试样品+病毒悬液,②测试样品+病毒悬液,③测试样品+中和剂,④中和剂,⑤PBS缓冲液+病毒悬液,混匀后在室温作用一定时间。在①组加入PBS缓冲液,②组加入中和剂,③④组加入病毒悬液,混匀,室温放置一定时间。设正常细胞对照,试验重复3次。
3)病毒杀灭试验:参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版),测试样品与甲型流感病毒A/PR8/34H1N1作用30min,实验设置空白对照,试验重复3次。
4.检测结果如表2、表3所示:

三、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌中和剂鉴定试验:(广州市微生物研究所,检测编号:KY20200688)
1.大肠杆菌中和剂鉴定结果
鉴定用中和剂(3g/L大豆卵磷脂、30g/L吐温80、20g/L硫代硫酸钠的TSB溶液),3次重复试验中,消毒液原液作用2min,3、4、5组间菌落误差率分别为2.25%、
2. 42%、4.10%。如表4所示:

2.白色念珠菌中和剂鉴定结果
鉴定用中和剂(3g/L大豆卵磷脂、30g/L吐温80、20g/L硫代硫酸钠的TSB溶液),3次重复试验中,消毒液原液作用0.5min,3、4、5组间菌落误差率分别为7.97%、8.31%、8.79%。如下表(表5)所示:
注:阴性对照组均无菌生长。
3.杀灭率(金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538、大肠杆菌8099、*白色念珠菌ATCC 10231),如下表(表6)所示:

由上述测试可见,经第三方验证测试,本发明技术方案制备而成的消毒液对新冠病毒、甲型流感病毒、白色葡萄球菌、金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念球菌均有优异的灭杀效果,同时兼具优良的异味消除能力,并且实际无毒,安全可靠。
Claims (14)
1.一种生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:包括以下按质量百分比计的原料:多羟基醇类天然植物提取物不少于1.5%,改性异噻唑琳酮衍生物不少于0.05%,苯扎氯铵不少于0.01%,含氟表面活性剂不少于0.01%;去离子水加至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:所述的多羟基醇类天然植物提取物是从金银花、苦菊等植物中分离提纯的天然多元醇类物质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:所述的改性异噻唑琳酮衍生物为含过氧键的改性异噻唑啉酮化合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:所述的苯扎氯铵为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:所述的含氟表面活性剂为全氟己基聚氧乙烯醚化合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:所述的去离子水为高纯去离子水,是有效成分的安全环保载体。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意之一所述生物环保消毒液产品的制备方法,其特征在于:其步骤如下:
采用带有排空装置的不锈钢搅拌釜和不锈钢匀质釜,在通风条件下加入计算量的去离子水后,依次将计算量的消毒液其余组分缓慢加入搅拌釜中,在转速200rpm下搅拌15分钟后再转入匀质釜中,在转速600rpm下进行匀质化反应20分钟得到消毒液成品,最后灌入料桶中备用。
8.一种可用于新冠病毒高效灭杀的生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:包括以下按质量百分比计的原料:多羟基醇类天然植物提取物1.5-3.5%,改性异噻唑琳酮衍生物0.05-0.15,苯扎氯铵0.01-0.05%,含氟表面活性剂0.01-0.05%;去离子水加至100%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种可用于新冠病毒高效灭杀的生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:所述的多羟基醇类植物提取物含量为2.5%。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种可用于新冠病毒高效灭杀的生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:所述的改性异噻唑琳酮衍生物含量为0.07%。
11.根据权利要求8所述的一种可用于新冠病毒高效灭杀的生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:所述的苯扎氯铵含量为0.03%。
12.根据权利要求8所述的一种可用于新冠病毒高效灭杀的生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:所述的含氟表面活性剂含量为0.03%。
13.根据权利要求8-12任意之一所述的可用于新冠病毒高效灭杀的生物环保消毒液产品,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分比计的原料:多羟基醇类植物提取物为2.5%;改性异噻唑琳酮衍生物为0.07%;苯扎氯铵为0.03%;含氟表面活性剂为0.03%;去离子水加至100%;以上含量均以占消毒液的质量百分比计。
