Compared with the traditional cultivation method of the miniature China rose, the method shortens the cultivation period of the miniature China rose, can effectively solve the difficulty of height control of the miniature China rose, reduces the use times of dwarfing agents, is simple to operate, is plump and tidy in plant type, and improves ornamental value and profit margin.

Description

Miniature Chinese rose cultivation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cultivation method of miniature China rose, belonging to the technical field of asexual propagation and cultivation of potted horticultural plants.
Background
The rose is a plant of Rosaceae, rosa. The dwarf upright shrubs have singular flower colors and can be opened all year round in the flowering phase, and are suitable for potting. Is mainly used for potted ornamental, lawn decoration and flower design and design pattern arrangement. The miniature China rose has indispensable value in landscaping, and the China rose is a flower with the largest use times in the south-north gardens. China rose is a main ornamental flower in spring, and has a long flowering period. It is very suitable for arranging balcony, windowsill, and table, and can be used in park, street green land, greening environment, and its petals can extract perfume. Therefore, the rose has wide market prospect whether being used as fresh cut flowers or potted plants or being used for flower bed and green land arrangement.
At present, the traditional cultivation mode of the miniature China rose adopts cutting propagation, and cutting slips with 1 bud point are used for cutting in a basin and are cultivated until rooting, wherein the cutting slips are planted for about 15-20 days; then transferring the plant seeds into a greenhouse for cultivation until the plant seeds reach the heart picking standard for about 30 to 40 days; then carrying out core picking treatment, namely pruning branches at the top end of the plant, reserving 2-3 bud points on each branch, and supplying sufficient nutrient solution to promote the growth of lateral branches; finally, the plant is cultivated in a greenhouse until flowering, and a dwarfing agent is sprayed according to the plant type requirement for about 40-60 days. It takes 85-120 days from cutting to finished product sale. The cultivation period is long, the plant is still to be cored for 1-2 times until reaching a certain length, the height of the plant trunk and branch is difficult to control due to improper core-pinching treatment, bottom leaves fall off, the phenomenon of bare feet is formed, and the ornamental value and profit margin of the product are affected.
In view of this, the present invention has been made.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the following technical solutions are specifically adopted:
the invention provides a miniature Chinese rose cultivation method, which comprises the following steps:
selecting cutting slips, culturing and rooting, and removing all visible bud points of the cutting slips within 3 days after film uncovering to realize core picking;
the cuttings after the core picking enter a seedling recovering period of 1-2 days, and then are moved into a greenhouse for maintenance;
and (3) maintaining the cutting in the greenhouse to have at least 2-5 buds exposed.
Preferably, the caliber of the cutting container is 10-12 cm, the height is 10-11 cm, and the cutting quantity is 6-7 plants. The space and plant growth vigor are reasonably utilized, 12-14 branches can be germinated, no less than 10 flowers can be planted, the plant type is plump, and the ornamental value is greatly improved.
Preferably, during the cultivation, the environment humidity of cultivation is 100%, the illumination intensity is not lower than 10000lux for 24 hours throughout the day, and the temperature is kept at 24-26 ℃. Meeting the above environmental conditions can improve the survival rate of the cutting shoots and accelerate rooting.
Preferably, in the greenhouse maintenance process, the temperature of the greenhouse in the daytime is 20-25 ℃, the temperature of the greenhouse in the night is 15-18 ℃, and the illumination intensity is 30000-50000lux. The temperature difference between day and night is kept, and artificial light supplement is used, so that the accumulation of plant organic matters is facilitated.
Preferably, when the cutting is maintained in a greenhouse, 36-42 containers are placed per square in 20 days, and 27-36 containers are placed per square in the shipment time after 20 days. Different growing stages have different requirements on illumination, temperature, humidity and ventilation conditions, the growing stages of plants are changed by changing the square area, and meanwhile, the disease probability is reduced.
Preferably, when the cutting is maintained in a greenhouse, the first nutrient solution and the second nutrient solution for fertilizer are mixed in a bottom flood irrigation mode, and the mixing volume ratio of the first nutrient solution to the second nutrient solution is 1:1. The nutrient solution formula belongs to a high-potassium formula, contains a large amount of potassium elements, and can improve the photosynthesis efficiency of plants, thereby improving the growth speed of crops and increasing the generation and transportation of nutrients in the crops.
Preferably, the first nutrient solution contains the following raw materials in parts by weight per cubic water: 4-6 parts of calcium nitrate, 5-7 parts of potassium nitrate and 0.1-0.5 part of chelated iron. The reasonable component proportion can improve the effect of the nutrient solution.
Preferably, the second nutrient solution contains the following raw materials in parts by weight per cubic water: 0.7-0.9 part of nitric acid, 15-17 parts of phosphoric acid, 10-12 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 4-6 parts of ammonium sulfate, 15-17 parts of potassium sulfate, 26-28 parts of magnesium sulfate, 0.8-1.2 parts of manganese sulfate, 0.4-0.6 part of zinc sulfate, 0.1-0.2 part of copper sulfate and 0.1-0.2 part of sodium molybdate. The reasonable component proportion can improve the effect of the nutrient solution.
Preferably, the EC value of the first nutrient solution and the second nutrient solution is 2.00-2.30, and the pH value is 5.5-6.5. Too high or too low soil conductivity and soil ph will both limit plant growth.
Preferably, the fertilizer applying time of the nutrient solution is as follows: plants are fertilized once every three days during the seedling stage and once every day during the growing and flowering stages. The fertilizer feeding frequency of the nutrient solution is changed according to different periods, and the plant growth can be effectively promoted.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects and innovation points that:
1. the invention improves the traditional core picking process, the core picking is carried out once within 3 days of the film uncovering of the cutting slips, then the seedling recovering period of only 1 day is required to be quickly transferred into a greenhouse to enter the maintenance period, and the production period is greatly shortened by only 50-70 days from cutting to finished products.
2. Unlike traditional standard of pinching only cutting off the top, the pinching standard of the invention is: no visible bud point remained. The double-bud appearance of more than 90% of single cutting shoots can be clearly seen within 7-10 days after the heart is picked; after 30 days of picking, 6 to 8 new leaves can be grown on the plant.
3. After pinching and trimming, the petioles are easy to germinate, each plant can germinate 2 branches, the problem that the leaves at the bottom of the miniature China rose fall off can be effectively solved, a big pain point of the bare feet is formed, and therefore the ornamental value of the product is improved.
4. Because the core picking time is early, the growth of the trunk is inhibited, the difficulty of controlling the height of the miniature rose can be solved, the use times of the dwarfing agent can be reduced, the side branches can germinate better, and the flowering uniformity of the miniature rose can be improved.
5. The invention has simple operation, obvious effect and wide applicability.
