Abstract
The invention discloses a wall-mounted advertisement all-in-one machine which comprises an outer frame, an inner frame, a composite screen, an optical component, a printed circuit board, a rear cover, a wall-mounted, positioning hanging frame and a mounting fixing plate, wherein the outer frame is arranged on the inner frame; the outer frame is a rectangular frame with a cavity in the middle, and a mounting concave cavity is formed in the inner wall of the outer frame; the composite screen and the inner frame are sequentially and fixedly arranged in the installation concave cavity in a fitting mode; the upper and lower frames of the inner frame are respectively provided with fixing bosses which are uniformly distributed, and the side surfaces and the top surface of the fixing bosses are respectively provided with mounting through holes; a concave mounting groove is arranged between the adjacent fixing bosses; the composite screen comprises a glass screen, an adhesive layer and a display screen which are sequentially arranged from front to back; the upper end and the lower end of the rear side of the composite screen are respectively fixedly provided with a positioning hanging frame; the locating hanging rack is sleeved on the upper frame and the lower frame of the inner frame, and the abdicating through hole is sleeved on the fixing boss. The wall-mounted advertisement all-in-one machine is simple and reasonable in design and stable and reliable in structure; the assembly and the assembly positioning are accurate, and the structural strength is high.

Background
The display is an I/O device belonging to a computer, i.e., an input/output device. It is a display tool that displays certain electronic files on a screen through a specific transmission device and then reflects the electronic files to human eyes. It can be classified into various types of CRT, LCD, etc. Displays are commonly used as computer office, screen advertisement equipment, and the like.
At present, most of the internal parts of the wall-mounted advertising all-in-one machines on the market lack precision and structural strength in assembly and assembly.

The invention aims to provide a wall-mounted advertising integrated machine which is simple and reasonable in design and stable and reliable in structure; easy dismounting, location are accurate, structural strength is high.

a wall-mounted advertisement integrated machine comprises an outer frame, an inner frame, a composite screen, an optical assembly, an optical material plate, a rear cover, a wall-mounted, a positioning hanging frame and a mounting frame;
the outer frame is a rectangular frame with a cavity in the middle, and a mounting concave cavity is formed in the inner wall of the outer frame;
the composite screen and the inner frame are sequentially and fixedly arranged in the installation concave cavity in a fitting mode;
the upper and lower frames of the inner frame are respectively provided with fixing bosses which are uniformly distributed, and the side surfaces and the top surface of the fixing bosses are respectively provided with mounting through holes; a concave mounting groove is arranged between the adjacent fixing bosses;
the composite screen comprises a glass screen, an adhesive layer and a display screen which are sequentially arranged from front to back;
the upper end and the lower end of the rear side of the composite screen are respectively fixedly provided with a positioning hanging frame; the positioning hanging rack is a metal fixing rack with an n-shaped section, and the metal fixing rack is uniformly provided with abdication through holes; the positioning hanging rack is sleeved on the upper frame and the lower frame of the inner frame, and the abdication through hole is sleeved on the fixing boss; the composite screen can be fixedly arranged on the inner frame and limited up, down, left and right.
An optical component is stuck to the rear side of the inner frame, and the optical component comprises a display screen;
the rear side of the optical component is provided with a printed circuit board; the composite screen and the display screen are electrically connected with the printed circuit board.
The display screen comprises a glass circuit board and a transparent adhesive layer which are sequentially attached;
the glass circuit boards are transparent glass panels; the glass circuit board comprises a substrate, a plurality of LED lamp cores and a flexible printed circuit board; the LED lampwicks are uniformly distributed on the surface of the substrate and are electrically connected with the flexible printed circuit board; the flexible printed circuit board is arranged at the edge of the substrate.
The mounting fixing plate is attached to the rear side of the printed circuit board and is fixedly connected with the mounting through holes on the side faces of the fixing bosses on the inner frame through screws.
The rear side of the mounting and fixing plate is provided with a wall hanging and a reinforcing rib, and two ends of the reinforcing rib are connected with handles;
the rear cover is fixedly arranged on the rear side of the outer frame, and a handle abdicating hole and a radiating hole are formed in the rear cover.
Optionally, a plurality of through holes are formed in the top of the display screen.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the fixing bosses on the upper and lower frames of the inner frame are designed to be matched with the hanging frame design of the upper and lower edges of the composite screen, so that the composite screen and the inner frame can be quickly assembled and limited, and the structural strength and the assembly efficiency are ensured;
the design is simple and reasonable, and the structure is stable and reliable; has waterproof function, good heat dissipation and long service life.

The following describes the invention in more detail with reference to the drawings. The description of these embodiments is provided to assist understanding of the invention, but is not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features of the embodiments of the invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a wall-mounted advertising integrated machine comprises an outer frame 1, an inner frame 2, a composite screen 3, an optical component 4, a printed circuit board 5, a rear cover 6, a wall-mounted 7, a positioning hanging frame 8 and a mounting fixing plate 9;
the outer frame 1 is a rectangular frame with a cavity in the middle, and an installation concave cavity is formed in the inner wall of the frame;
the composite screen 3 and the inner frame 2 are sequentially and fixedly arranged in the installation concave cavity in a fitting mode;
the upper and lower frames of the inner frame 2 are respectively provided with fixing bosses 21 which are uniformly distributed, and the side surfaces and the top surface of the fixing bosses 21 are respectively provided with mounting through holes; a concave mounting groove 22 is arranged between the adjacent fixing bosses 21;
the composite screen 3 comprises a glass screen, an adhesive layer and a display screen which are sequentially arranged from front to back;
the upper end and the lower end of the rear side of the composite screen 3 are respectively fixedly provided with a positioning hanging frame 8; the positioning hanging rack 8 is a metal fixing rack with an n-shaped section, and the metal fixing rack is uniformly provided with abdication through holes 81; the positioning hanging frame 8 is sleeved on the upper and lower frames of the inner frame 2, and the abdication through hole 81 is sleeved on the fixing boss 21; the composite screen 3 can be fixedly arranged on the inner frame 2 and limited up, down, left and right.
An optical component 4 is attached to the rear side of the inner frame 2, and the optical component 4 comprises a display screen;
the rear side of the optical assembly 4 is provided with a printed circuit board 5; the composite screen 3 and the display screen are electrically connected with the printed circuit board 5.
The display screen comprises a glass circuit board and a transparent adhesive layer which are sequentially attached;
the glass circuit boards are transparent glass panels; the glass circuit board comprises a substrate, a plurality of LED lamp cores and a flexible printed circuit board; the LED lampwicks are uniformly distributed on the surface of the substrate and are electrically connected with the flexible printed circuit board; the flexible printed circuit board is arranged at the edge of the substrate.
The back side of the printed circuit board 5 is attached with the installation fixing plate 9, and the installation fixing plate 9 is fixedly connected with the installation through holes on the side face of the fixing boss 21 on the inner frame 2 through screws.
The rear side of the mounting and fixing plate 9 is provided with a wall hanging 7 and a reinforcing rib 91, and two ends of the reinforcing rib 91 are connected with handles 92;
the rear cover 6 is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the outer frame 1, and is provided with a handle abdicating hole and a radiating hole.
Optionally, a plurality of through holes are formed in the top of the display screen.

1. A wall-mounted advertisement all-in-one machine is characterized in that: comprises an outer frame, an inner frame, a composite screen, an optical component, a printed circuit board, a rear cover, a wall hanging, a positioning hanging frame and a mounting and fixing plate;
the outer frame is a rectangular frame with a cavity in the middle, and a mounting concave cavity is formed in the inner wall of the outer frame;
the composite screen and the inner frame are sequentially and fixedly arranged in the installation concave cavity in a fitting mode;
the upper and lower frames of the inner frame are respectively provided with fixing bosses which are uniformly distributed, and the side surfaces and the top surface of the fixing bosses are respectively provided with mounting through holes; a concave mounting groove is arranged between the adjacent fixing bosses;
the composite screen comprises a glass screen, an adhesive layer and a display screen which are sequentially arranged from front to back;
the upper end and the lower end of the rear side of the composite screen are respectively fixedly provided with a positioning hanging frame; the positioning hanging rack is a metal fixing rack with an n-shaped section, and the metal fixing rack is uniformly provided with abdication through holes; the positioning hanging rack is sleeved on the upper frame and the lower frame of the inner frame, and the abdication through hole is sleeved on the fixing boss;
an optical component is stuck to the rear side of the inner frame, and the optical component comprises a display screen;
the rear side of the optical component is provided with a printed circuit board; the composite screen and the display screen are electrically connected with the printed circuit board.

the glass circuit boards are transparent glass panels; the glass circuit board comprises a substrate, a plurality of LED lamp cores and a flexible printed circuit board; the LED lampwicks are uniformly distributed on the surface of the substrate and are electrically connected with the flexible printed circuit board; the flexible printed circuit board is arranged at the edge of the substrate.
3. The wall-mounted advertising all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the mounting fixing plate is attached to the rear side of the printed circuit board and is fixedly connected with the mounting through holes on the side faces of the fixing bosses on the inner frame through screws.
4. A wall-mounted advertising all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the rear side of installation fixed plate is equipped with hanging, strengthening rib, and the handle is connected at the both ends of strengthening rib.
