In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the connection 1322 extends radially, wherein the radial direction is the direction from the periphery of the skirt 13 to the center of the skirt. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the check valve 2 is provided in plurality, and the check valves 2 are provided in plurality at intervals in the radial direction of the connection portion 1322. The same skirt 13 can be provided with a plurality of fan-shaped parts 1321, each fan-shaped part 1321 is connected with two connecting parts 1322, and each connecting part 1322 is provided with a plurality of one-way valves 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the outer wall portion 131 includes a water passing portion 1311, wherein the outer wall portion 131 is provided in a closed disk configuration disposed about the stem portion 12. The water passing portion 1311 represents one of the portions of the outer wall portion 131. The water passing portion 1311 is provided with a water passing hole 133 therethrough. Through means that the water passing hole 133 is communicated with the inner side and the outer side of the water passing portion 1311, specifically, in the condition that the stirring device is installed in the washing machine, the water passing hole 133 can guide the liquid in the washing cavity from the upper side of the water passing portion 1311 to the lower side of the water passing portion 1311, namely, guide the water into a gap between the skirt portion 13 and the washing barrel, guide the liquid on the upper portion of the skirt portion 13 to the bottom provided with the one-way valve 2 as much as possible, and reduce the path of the liquid in the washing cavity to the one-way valve, thereby improving the efficiency of liquid circulation. Among them, the water passing portion 1311 and the fan-shaped portion 1321 are located at both sides of the connecting portion 1322 in the circumferential direction. That is, the outer wall portion 131 may be divided into two parts, a part of the outer wall portion 131 may be connected with the fan-shaped portion 1321 and the connecting portion 1322 to form a part of the water storage cavity, another part of the outer wall portion 131 is the water passing portion 1311, the water passing portion 1311 is provided with the water passing hole 133, and the liquid flowing from the upper end to the lower end of the water passing portion 1311 does not directly enter the water storage cavity, but passes through the check valve 2 under the action of inertia and then enters the water storage cavity. Wherein, the aperture of water hole can be less than the setting value, and the quantity of water hole can set up to a plurality of, and a plurality of water holes can improve the efficiency of water, can also reduce the risk that the clothing blockked up the water hole.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the water passing part is arranged on the outer wall part, the water passing part is provided with the water passing hole which penetrates through, one part of liquid flowing through the one-way valve is from liquid flowing in from a gap between the washing barrel and the skirt part, the other part of liquid flowing from the upper part of the washing cavity to the lower part of the skirt part through the water passing hole, and the liquid flows to the one-way valve from multiple directions, so that the flow rate of the liquid passing through the one-way valve is favorably improved, the liquid circulation efficiency is improved, and the spraying effect of the stirring device is further improved; and the water passing part can play a certain blocking role on clothes in the washing cavity, so that the interference of the clothes on the one-way valve is reduced, and the water passing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the area ratio of the water passing portion 1311 to the fan portion 1321 is 0.1 or more and 0.5 or less. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the area of the fanning 1321 is the sum of the areas of the fanning 1321 on the inner wall 132. The area of the water passing portion 1311 is the sum of the areas of the water passing portions 1311 in the outer wall portion, and the ratio of the area of the total water passing portion 1311 to the area of the total fan-shaped portion 1321 is greater than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 0.5, so that the capacity of the water storage cavity in the skirt portion is limited in a certain range, the risk that the volume of the water storage cavity is too large to be beneficial to lifting liquid to the spraying port is reduced, and meanwhile the risk that the volume of the water storage cavity is too small to be beneficial to water storage is also reduced. The embodiment of the invention can improve the climbing efficiency of the liquid in the water storage cavity and the water storage capacity of the water storage cavity.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the sectors 1321 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction (direction around the vertical direction), wherein the vertical direction in fig. 4 is the direction perpendicular to the paper surface. The water passing portions 1311 are provided in plural at intervals in the circumferential direction, and projections of the water passing portions 1311 and the fan-shaped portions 1321 in the circumferential direction do not overlap. The regions between adjacent sectors 1321 communicate with the water passing holes 133 of the corresponding water passing portion 1311. According to the embodiment of the invention, the fan-shaped parts are arranged in a plurality of ways, so that the water storage capacity of the skirt part is improved, the water climbing effect in the water storage cavity is improved, and the spraying strength is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in connection with fig. 7-11, in another embodiment, the check valve 2 shown in fig. 7 is disposed on the inner wall portion 132 of the skirt portion 13, and the inner wall portion 132 in fig. 7 is located at the bottom of the skirt portion 13, so that the position of the inner wall portion 132 cannot be clearly indicated, and for convenience in explaining the position where the check valve 2 is disposed, fig. 7 in the embodiment of the present invention perspectives the skirt portion 13 to show the position of the structure where the check valve 2 is mounted by means of a dotted line, wherein the dotted line in fig. 7 indicates that the check valve 2 of the dotted line is disposed on the inner wall portion 132, not the outer wall portion 131.
Fig. 8 is a schematic bottom view of the stirring device in the above embodiment, and as shown in fig. 8, the inner wall portion 132 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a cover portion 1323 and an annular portion 1324. The cover 1323 and the annular portion 1324 have a certain height difference in the vertical direction, that is, the cover 1323 is disposed above the annular portion 1324, the upper end of the cover 1323 is connected to the lever 12, and the lower end of the cover 1323 is connected to the annular portion 1324. The cover 1323 is provided on the upper portion of the inner wall 132, and the annular portion 1324 is provided on the lower portion of the inner wall 132. The annular portion 1324 is connected to a lower portion of the cover portion 1323 and is provided around the cover portion 1323. The cover 1323 and the ring 1324 may be integrally formed. In a state that the stirring device is assembled with the washing tub, the skirt portion is movably connected with the washing tub, and a certain gap is formed between the inner wall portion 132 and the washing tub for the liquid to flow therethrough. Since the cover 1323 and the annular portion 1324 have a certain height difference, the cover 1323 is higher than the annular portion 1324, so that the cover 1323 and the washing tub are spaced apart, a water passing space 101 with a certain height can be formed between the cover 1323, the annular portion 1324 and the washing tub, and the check valve 2 is arranged on the cover 1323 in the embodiment of the invention as shown in fig. 10. In the process that the stirring device rotates relative to the washing tub, liquid enters the water passing space 101, according to the characteristics of the fluid, a certain viscosity exists between the rotating annular part 1324 and the fluid, the annular part 1324 drives the liquid to rotate synchronously, the rotating liquid clings to the annular part 1324 and the cover-shaped part 1323 under the action of centrifugal force, the centrifugal force of the liquid props against the cover-shaped part 1323 and the annular part 1324 towards the center direction far away from the water passing space 101, and the liquid propped against the cover-shaped part 1323 can pass through the one-way valve 2 arranged on the cover-shaped part 1323 to enter the water storage cavity 10.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the inner wall part is provided with the cover-shaped part and the annular part which are connected in the vertical direction, the water passing space is formed between the inner wall part and the washing barrel, liquid in the water passing space is driven by the annular part to rotate along the circumferential direction, and the rotated liquid passes through the one-way valve arranged on the cover-shaped part under the action of centrifugal force. According to the embodiment of the invention, the centrifugal force of the liquid is utilized to conduct the liquid from the washing cavity to the water storage cavity, so that the structural compactness of the stirring device is improved, and the water guiding efficiency of the one-way valve is also improved.
In some embodiments, fig. 9 and 10 are combined, wherein fig. 9 is a schematic bottom view of a stirring device according to another embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 10 is a sectional view of the portion C-C of fig. 9. As shown in fig. 10, the diameter of the annular portion 1324 increases in a direction away from the lid-like portion 1323. The diameter of the annular portion 1324 may be represented by the radial dimension of the water passing space 101 surrounded by the annular portion 1324. The diameter of the annular portion 1324 decreases from bottom to top, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the speed of changing the diameter from bottom to top, as long as the diameter changes from bottom to top in a decreasing trend, it can be understood that the cross-sectional area of the water passing space 101 decreases from bottom to top, the liquid has viscosity between the water passing space 101 and the inner wall surface, and the water passing space 101 has a decreasing trend, which is beneficial to improving the strength of the liquid forming vortex, and enhancing the trend of the liquid guiding to move towards the direction of the cover portion 1323, thereby improving the efficiency of liquid conduction.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the check valve 2 is provided in plural, and the plural check valves 2 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction. The circumferential direction in fig. 9 is a direction around the vertical direction, and the vertical direction in fig. 9 is a direction perpendicular to the paper surface. The embodiment of the invention is beneficial to improving the efficiency of liquid circulation between the washing cavity and the water storage cavity by arranging the check valves 2 in a plurality of ways.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the distances from the center of the plurality of check valves 2 to the center of the cap are the same. The plurality of check valves 2 are circumferentially arranged on the same circumference, so that the conduction directions of water flows of the plurality of check valves are consistent, the consistency of the conduction directions of the water flows is improved, and the conduction efficiency of the check valves is improved.
In some embodiments, as in fig. 1 and 7, the stirring device further comprises a protruding member 3. The protruding piece 3 is arranged on the outer surface of the outer wall 131 and the outer surface of the side wall 121 of the rod 12, that is, part of the protruding piece 3 is positioned on the outer wall 131, the other part of the protruding piece 3 is positioned on the side wall 121 of the rod 12, and the protruding piece 3 protrudes relative to the outer wall 131 and the side wall 121 of the rod 12.
In some embodiments, the stirring device further comprises a screw 4, the screw 4 being disposed on an outer surface of the sidewall 121 of the shaft 12, the screw 4 being threaded around the shaft 12. Specifically, the screw 4 is spirally disposed along the length direction of the shaft 12, and by rotation of the stirring device, the screw 4 can increase contact friction with the laundry, thereby enhancing stirring effect on the laundry and further improving washing degree of the laundry.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, the stem 12 is provided with a bead 122, the bead 122 being disposed within the reservoir 10, and the bead 122 extending in a vertical direction. The vertical direction may be expressed as a length extending direction of the stem 12, that is, the extending direction of the ribs 122 coincides with the extending direction of the stem 12, and the ribs 122 may extend from the bottom of the stem 12 to a position near the shower opening. And the protruding muscle 122 can set up to a plurality of, and a plurality of protruding muscle are in circumference interval setting, and protruding muscle 122 is connected with the inner tube 123 of pole portion 12 in radial one end, and protruding muscle 122 is connected with the urceolus 124 of pole portion 12 in radial other end, and the liquid in the water storage chamber 10 can pass between a plurality of protruding muscle 122 and climb to the mouth that sprays. According to the embodiment of the invention, the convex ribs extending along the vertical direction are arranged in the water storage cavity, so that the contact area between the liquid in the water storage cavity and the convex ribs in the circumferential direction can be enhanced, the power of water flow climbing is improved, the impact force of the liquid sprayed from the spraying port is improved, and the washing degree of the stirring device on clothes in the washing cavity is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the stem 12 includes an inner barrel 123 and an outer barrel 124. The inner cylinder 123 extends in the vertical direction; the outer cylinder 124 is sleeved outside the inner cylinder 123, and a water storage cavity 10 is formed between the outer cylinder 124 and the inner cylinder 123; wherein, the ratio of the diameter L1 of the inner cylinder 123 to the diameter L2 of the outer cylinder 124 is 0.25 or more and 0.9 or less. According to the embodiment of the invention, the diameter of the inner barrel and the diameter of the outer barrel are limited in a certain range, so that the width of the water storage cavity in the radial direction is not too small, the processing difficulty is reduced, and the width of the water storage cavity in the radial direction is not too large, so that the climbing effect of liquid in the water storage cavity is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides a laundry treating apparatus further comprising a washing tub, a stirring device according to any one of the above, and a driving device. A washing cavity is arranged in the washing barrel; the stirring device is arranged in the washing cavity and is rotatably connected with the washing barrel; the driving device is connected with the washing barrel and the stirring device and is used for driving the washing barrel and/or the stirring device to rotate. According to the embodiment of the invention, the stirring device is driven to rotate by the driving device, so that the stirring device can stir the liquid in the washing cavity, guide the liquid in the washing cavity into the water storage cavity in the stirring device, and spray the liquid into the washing cavity by utilizing the centrifugal force of the liquid in the water storage cavity to climb to the spraying port, thereby realizing the spraying of clothes in the washing cavity and being beneficial to improving the washing effect of the clothes.

Claims (15)

1. A stirring device, characterized by comprising:
The body is internally provided with a water storage cavity, and is provided with a spray opening communicated with the water storage cavity;
the one-way valve is arranged on the body and is communicated with the water storage cavity so as to guide water in the washing cavity into the water storage cavity in one way;
wherein the one-way valve is positioned below the spraying port, the body comprises a rod part and a skirt part, and the skirt part comprises an outer wall part and an inner wall part;
The inner wall part comprises a fan-shaped part and a connecting part, the fan-shaped part is arranged around the rod part, a part of the water storage cavity is formed between the fan-shaped part and the outer wall part, the connecting part is connected between the end face of the fan-shaped part in the circumferential direction and the outer wall part, and the one-way valve is arranged at the connecting part ;
Or, the inner wall portion includes a cover portion and an annular portion, the cover portion is disposed on an upper portion of the inner wall portion, the annular portion is connected to a lower portion of the cover portion and disposed around the cover portion, and the check valve is disposed on the cover portion.
2. The stirring device of claim 1, wherein the stem extends in a vertical direction, wherein at least part of the water storage cavity is formed inside the stem, and wherein the spray port is provided on a side wall of the stem; the skirt is connected to the bottom end of the stem.
3. A stirring device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the outer wall portion is arranged around the shaft portion; the inner wall portion is disposed below the outer wall portion and is connected to the outer wall portion.
4. A stirring device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, in the case where the inner wall portion comprises a sector portion and a connecting portion, the connecting portion extends radially, and the one-way valves are provided in plural at radial intervals.
5. The stirring device as set forth in claim 1, wherein in the case where the inner wall portion includes a fan-shaped portion and a connecting portion, the outer wall portion includes a water passing portion provided with a water passing hole therethrough; the water passing part and the fan-shaped part are positioned on two sides of the circumference of the connecting part.
6. The stirring device of claim 5, wherein an area ratio of the water passing portion to the fan-shaped portion is 0.1 or more and 0.5 or less.
7. The stirring device of claim 6, wherein the sectors are provided in plural at intervals in the circumferential direction, the water passing portions are provided in plural at intervals in the circumferential direction, and a region between adjacent sectors communicates with the water passing holes of the corresponding water passing portions.
8. The stirring device of claim 1, wherein in a case where the inner wall portion includes a lid-like portion and an annular portion, a diameter of the annular portion increases in a direction away from the lid-like portion.
9. The stirring device of claim 1, wherein in the case where the inner wall portion includes a lid-like portion and an annular portion, a plurality of the check valves are provided, and a plurality of the check valves are provided at intervals in a circumferential direction.
10. The stirring device of claim 9, wherein the distances from the centers of the plurality of one-way valves to the center of the cap are the same.
11. The stirring device of claim 1, further comprising:
the protruding piece is arranged on the outer surface of the outer wall part and the outer surface of the side wall of the rod part;

And the screw piece is arranged on the outer surface of the side wall of the rod part and is screwed around the rod part.

14. A stirring device as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein said stem portion includes:
an inner cylinder extending in a vertical direction;
The outer cylinder is sleeved on the outer side of the inner cylinder, and the water storage cavity is formed between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder; wherein the ratio of the diameter of the inner cylinder to the diameter of the outer cylinder is 0.25 or more and 0.9 or less.
15. A laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:
