and (3) conveying the prefabricated equipment frame to an equipment installation position, simultaneously dragging the light belt conveyor to the bottom of the frame, adopting a fixed chain block, lifting the light belt conveyor to a position 400mm away from a terrace, adopting section steel HW250 x 9 x 14 as a cross beam, supporting the light belt conveyor, and making 4 groups of cross beams at the bottom of the light belt conveyor to support the light belt conveyor. When the cross beam is welded, the light belt conveyor is adjusted to be in a horizontal state, and the allowable error range is +/-3 mm.
The upper half part of the filter press comprises an automatic pulling plate system, a turning plate system and a washing system; after the light belt conveyor is installed, the upper half part of the filter press is slowly lifted by using a fixed chain block, and when the lifting height exceeds the frame base, the upper half part of the filter press is placed on the plate frame base by adopting transverse movement, so that the filter press is fixed.
When the cleaning trolley is installed, the chain is lifted, the gear of the cleaning trolley is contacted with the track, lifting is stopped, the height of the trolley is close to the height of the building roof, other parts on the cleaning trolley can be assembled on the ground, the cleaning trolley is placed on the track, the track is fully meshed with the gear, and the chain is loosened when risks such as incapability of walking and falling are avoided, so that the installation of the cleaning trolley is completed.
Device installation standard
1) The inner side clamping plates of the main beam are assembled, the parallelism of the installed main beam is not more than 0.2mm (the industry is generally 0.3-0.5 mm), the levelness is not more than 0.15mm (the industry is generally about 0.2 mm), and compared with the traditional installation, the error value is reduced, and the installation accuracy is improved.

3) All the filter plates with the lugs are sequentially hoisted on the main beam (note that the locating lugs of the filter plates are placed in one direction). When the filter plate is assembled and pressed, the maximum dislocation of the adjacent edges is not more than 2mm, the support for supporting the driven chain wheel shaft of the oil motor is assembled on two sides of the main beam, and the support is fixed with the seat plate through bolts. The adjusting seat is arranged below the chain wheel and is fixed with the support by bolts, so as to adjust the level of the chain wheel shaft and the tightness of the chain, and the bracket of the chain track box, the upper track box and the lower track box are respectively arranged and firmly fixed with the main beam by bolts; the front plate and the tail plate are respectively assembled on two sides of the main beam through the seat plates, the tightening seat and the jackscrews are arranged behind the chain wheels at the tail plate, and all the filter plates with the ear seats are sequentially hoisted on the main beam and finally fixed in structure, so that the original chaotic hoisting sequence is changed into safe and orderly, the installation efficiency is greatly improved, the working hours are saved, and the error rate is reduced.
(7) After the integral installation is finished, leveling and aligning for the first time by utilizing a sizing block;
(8) Repeating the steps and installing another filter press;
