8. The waterproof structure for the basement exterior wall according to claim 7, wherein the joint rod comprises a hole portion and a joint portion connected with the hole portion in a buckling manner;
the two unit films are arranged between the hole connecting part and the joint part, and then the hole connecting part and the joint part are buckled, so that the falling film is clamped between the hole connecting part and the joint part.

The waterproof structure of the basement exterior wall according to claim 8, further comprising a first locking groove provided on a side of the joint portion away from the joint portion, a first buckle engaged with the first locking groove, a second locking groove provided on a side of the joint portion away from the joint portion, and a second buckle engaged with the second locking groove;
the unit films positioned at the lower part are clamped between the first clamping groove and the first buckle and are bent downwards from the top end of the joint part so as to be clamped between the joint part and the connection hole part, and the unit films positioned at the upper part are clamped between the connection hole part and the joint part and extend upwards from the bottom end of the connection hole part so as to be clamped between the second clamping groove and the second buckle.
10. A construction method of a waterproof structure of an outer wall of a basement as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
coating a waterproof layer on the outer wall of the basement;
providing the waterproof protection plate, and adhering the waterproof protection plate to the side surface of the waterproof layer far away from the basement outer wall, wherein the top elevation of the waterproof protection plate is higher than the ground elevation;
providing the sinking film, and fixing one end of the sinking film to the bottom end of the waterproof protection plate and fixing the top end of the sinking film to the top end of the waterproof protection plate;
and backfilling earthwork on the side surface of the sinking film far away from the waterproof protection plate to form a backfill layer.
