一种有机电致发光器件和显示装置。有机电致发光器件包括阳极、阴极以及设置在阳极和阴极之间的发光层,发光层和阳极之间设置有电子阻挡层,发光层和阴极之间设置有空穴阻挡层;发光层包括主体材料和客体材料;主体材料包括第一主体材料和第二主体材料,第一主体材料、第二主体材料、电子阻挡层和空穴阻挡层满足:│HOMO1‑host‑HOMOEBL│≤0.2eV,│LUMOHBL‑LUMO2‑host│≤0.2eV,其中,HOMO1‑host为第一主体材料的HOMO能级,HOMOEBL为电子阻挡层的HOMO能级,LUMO2‑host为第二主体材料的LUMO能级,LUMOHBL为空穴阻挡层的LUMO能级。
