Wherein the first slide rail 13 and the second slide rail are parallel. The thickness gauge 2 is arranged on the first slide rail 13 through the mounting block 14, and a slide seat matched with the first slide rail 13 can be arranged on one side of the mounting block 14 corresponding to the first slide rail 13, so as to realize the sliding of the mounting block 14 on the first slide rail 13. The arrangement position and the arrangement mode of each part can be adjusted according to the specific working condition of the AGM separator production line, for example, the number of the support legs 11 of the main body bracket 1 of the online thickness measuring device can be more, so that the support stability is improved; for another example, the support plate 12 may be provided as a support box integrated with the monitoring terminal for facilitating connection of communication and power supply lines.
According to the online thickness measuring system for the AGM partition plate, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of thickness measuring instruments are arranged above the winding line of the AGM partition plate, the upper roller hoisting part is driven by the balancing weight to move downwards, the upper roller and the lower roller are abutted against the AGM partition plate to be measured, which penetrates through the bearing roller set, and the distance measuring pull rope of the thickness measuring ruler is driven to move for thickness measurement, so that the thickness of the AGM partition plate to be measured can be accurately measured, the thickness can be measured in real time in the winding process of the AGM partition plate to be measured through the plurality of thickness measuring instruments, the thickness of the AGM partition plate to be measured can be more comprehensively measured, and the thickness measuring efficiency is higher; the processor monitors the thickness measuring data and the display displays the thickness measuring data, so that an operator can conveniently check the thickness measuring condition of the AGM partition plate to be measured in real time; and through according to the bright light state of thickness measurement data control pilot lamp, can make things convenient for operating personnel to confirm fast whether AGM baffle thickness that awaits measuring reaches standard.
It should be noted that, according to the implementation requirements, each component described in the embodiment of the present invention may be divided into more components, and two or more components or portions of components may be combined into a new component to achieve the purpose of the embodiment of the present invention.

the thickness measuring mechanism comprises a plurality of thickness measuring instruments (2) which are arranged on a supporting plate (12) at intervals, and each thickness measuring instrument (2) comprises a bearing roller group, a lower roller supporting part (22), an upper roller hoisting part (24) and a thickness measuring ruler (27); the bearing roller group comprises an upper roller (23) and a lower roller (21) which correspond up and down, the lower roller (21) can be arranged on a lower roller supporting part (22) in a rolling way through a bearing, and the lower roller supporting part (22) is arranged on an AGM partition plate furling line; the upper roller (23) can be arranged at the bottom end of the upper roller hoisting part (24) in a rolling way through a bearing, and the upper roller hoisting part (24) can be arranged on the support plate (12) in a vertical sliding way; the thickness measuring ruler (27) is arranged above the upper roller hoisting part (24) through a limiting part (29) fixed on the supporting plate (12), the bottom end of a distance measuring pull rope (28) of the thickness measuring ruler (27) is connected to the top of the upper roller hoisting part (24), and a counterweight supporting piece (25) capable of placing a counterweight (26) is arranged on the upper roller hoisting part (24);
the monitoring terminal comprises a processor (5), a display (3) and a plurality of indicator lamps (4), wherein the processor (5) is in communication connection with the display (3), the indicator lamps (4) and the thickness gauges (27) respectively and is used for acquiring thickness data measured by the thickness gauges (27) in real time and sending the thickness data to the display (3); the plurality of indicator lamps (4) are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of thickness measuring rulers (27), and the processor (5) is also used for controlling the lighting state of the corresponding indicator lamp (4) according to the thickness data measured by each thickness measuring ruler (27).
2. The AGM separator on-line thickness measuring system according to claim 1, wherein the control of the light color of the corresponding indicator light (4) according to the thickness data measured by each thickness measuring ruler (27) comprises:
when the thickness data measured by the thickness measuring ruler (27) is higher than the upper limit threshold of the standard thickness corresponding to the AGM partition plate to be measured, the corresponding indicator lamp (4) is controlled to light a red light;
when the thickness data measured by the thickness measuring ruler (27) is lower than the lower limit threshold of the standard thickness corresponding to the AGM partition plate to be measured, the corresponding indicator lamp (4) is controlled to light a yellow lamp;
when the thickness data measured by the thickness measuring ruler (27) is between the lower threshold value and the upper threshold value of the standard thickness corresponding to the AGM partition plate to be measured, the corresponding indicator lamp (4) is controlled to be turned on.
3. The AGM partition on-line thickness measuring system according to claim 1, wherein the thickness gauge (2) further comprises a counterweight (26) assembly, and the counterweight (26) assembly comprises a plurality of counterweights (26) with different weights respectively.

The AGM partition plate on-line thickness measuring system according to claim 1, wherein a transverse first sliding rail (13) is arranged on the supporting plate (12), a plurality of mounting blocks (14) capable of sliding along the first sliding rail (13) are arranged on the first sliding rail (13), and the hoisting part of the upper roller (23) of each thickness gauge (2) is arranged on the mounting blocks (14) in a vertically-sliding manner; a first detachable fastening limiting component is arranged on the mounting block (14) and used for fixing the mounting block (14) on the first sliding rail (13);
a transverse second slide rail is arranged on the winding line of the AGM clapboard, a lower roller supporting part (22) of each thickness gauge (2) can slide along the second slide rail and is arranged on the second slide rail, and a detachable second fastening limiting assembly is arranged on the lower roller supporting part (22) and used for fixing the lower roller supporting part (22) on the second slide rail.

The AGM separator on-line thickness measuring system according to claim 1, wherein the processor (5) of the monitoring terminal is further in communication connection with the AGM separator roll take-up speed detecting mechanism and/or the temperature detecting mechanism, and is used for acquiring the take-up speed of the AGM separator roll and/or the temperature of the AGM separator to be measured in real time and sending the speed to the display (3).

The AGM partition online thickness measuring system according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring terminal further comprises an alarm mechanism, the alarm mechanism is in communication connection with the processor (5), and the processor (5) is also in communication connection with a winding mechanism (6) for winding up AGM partitions;
the processor (5) is also used for obtaining the difference value between the thickness data measured by each thickness measuring ruler (27), sending a stop signal to the winding mechanism (6) for winding up the AGM partition plate when the difference value is larger than a first difference value threshold value, and sending a starting alarm signal to the alarm mechanism; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the processor (5) is also used for sending a stop signal to the winding mechanism (6) for winding up the AGM partition plate when the thickness data measured by the thickness measuring ruler (27) is higher than the upper limit threshold of the standard thickness corresponding to the AGM partition plate to be measured and the difference value is larger than the second difference threshold, and sending a starting alarm signal to the alarm mechanism.

The AGM partition plate online thickness measuring system according to claim 1, comprising a plurality of online thickness measuring devices and a monitoring host (7), wherein each online thickness measuring device is arranged on one AGM partition plate winding line, and the monitoring host (7) is in communication connection with a processor (5) of a monitoring terminal of each online thickness measuring device;
the processor (5) is further used for sending the obtained thickness data to the monitoring host (7), and the monitoring host (7) is used for receiving and storing the thickness data corresponding to the AGM partition production lines.
