In one embodiment, the water for dispersing the long fiber pulp and the short fiber pulp is clean water, and the clean water is white water obtained by treating the web water of the upper web forming section in the paper making process of the household paper by a multi-disc fiber recovery machine (PDF). The concentration of the clear water may be 15ppm to 25ppm. The fiber content in the clear water is very low, and the fine fibers brought into the long fiber pulp and short fiber pulp treatment process are basically negligible. The electric neutralizing agent has strong positive charges and can adsorb redundant fine fibers in the mixed pulp, so that the redundant fine fibers are adsorbed and separated from the formed paper in the net forming process, and then discharged out of the papermaking system in the white water treatment process.
Furthermore, a wet strength agent can be added into the mixed pulp to improve the wet strength of the finished paper, wherein the addition amount of the wet strength agent is 13-14%, and the addition amount is based on the weight percentage of the absolute dry mixed pulp.
Further, a softener may be added to the mixed pulp to increase the softness of the finished paper, the amount of softener added being 1.5% to 2% by weight based on the absolute dry mixed pulp.
In one embodiment, the pulp is made into mixed pulp after pulping to prepare the household paper.
Specifically, the mixed slurry is formed by net surfing, pressed, dried and wrinkled to prepare the household paper.
Further, the mixed pulp is fed into a multi-disc fiber recovery machine (PDF) as bedding pulp by the net water formed by the net, and clear water and recovered pulp are obtained after filtering and fiber recovery treatment, and the clean water is used for dispersing long fiber pulp, short fiber pulp and broke.
The recovered pulp can be sent into a mixing tank for recycling or separately recycled for standby.
Wherein, the addition proportion of the cushion slurry is 10-15 percent, and the addition proportion is the mass percentage of the cushion slurry to the mixture of the net water fed into a multi-disc fiber recycling machine (PDF) and the cushion slurry.
When the addition proportion of the cushion slurry is higher than 15%, the load of a multi-disc fiber recycling machine (PDF) is increased, and the energy consumption is too high; when the addition proportion of the cushion pulp is lower than 10%, the recovery rate of the fibers in the white water under the net is low, the concentration of the obtained clean water is too high, the content of the fine fibers is high, and the pulp dispersing requirements of the long fiber pulp, the short fiber pulp and the broke in the preparation method of the household paper cannot be met. By adding the cushion pulp, the fine fibers in the white water can be adsorbed, and the fine fiber content in the white water can be controlled.
According to the preparation method of the household paper, provided by the invention, the water for long fiber and short fiber dispersing is selected, the degrees of long fiber pulping, short fiber fluffing and mixed pulp modifying and pulping are adjusted, so that inflow and generation of fine fibers are effectively controlled in a pulp preparation process, and the fluff and powder removal rate of finished paper is effectively reduced by controlling the fine fiber content in pulp before surfing, and the problem that the household paper is easy to remove fluff and powder in the use process is solved.
