By arranging the second fixed pulley 75 and the third fixed pulley 76, the multi-directional adjusting arm 5 can be adjusted to any angle, the transmission pull wire 71 can accurately transmit the resistance provided by the resistance mechanism 4 to the operating structure 6, and the transmission of the transmission pull wire 71 and the adjustment of the multi-directional adjusting arm 5 do not interfere with each other. Specifically, a wire passing groove is formed in the horizontal rotating shaft 511, and the transmission pull wire 71 passes through the wire passing groove and extends into the upright post 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the operation structure 6 includes a hand ring 61, and the hand ring 61 is connected to the transmission pull wire 71.
