s3: twisting, namely weakly twisting cotton yarns and controlling the twisting speed;
s4: the automatic power-off is carried out, when the pure cotton yarn is broken, the controller sends a stop signal to the motor to stop the motor from rotating so as to stop twisting, and when the electrode rod rotates to be in contact with the electric connection plate, the controller sends a start signal to the warning lamp so as to alarm the warning lamp;
s5: and (6) detecting the breaking strength of the twisted cotton yarn.
7. The efficient twisting process of pure cotton yarn as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cotton yarn in S3 is twisted at 11-16T/cm with weak twist, and the twisting linear velocity is controlled to be less than or equal to 50 m/min.
