the sewage treatment agent is fed from a solvent pipe to perform sedimentation treatment on the sewage, after the sewage is settled for a period of time, sludge impurities in the sewage are accumulated at the bottom of the sedimentation treatment tank 1 and separated from the treated clear water at the upper part, then a drainage pump is started, water is pumped through a plurality of water taking pipes 13 on a backflow pipe 12 at the uppermost layer, the water enters a butt joint box 14 through a butt joint pipe 11, then the water passes through the butt joint port, then the water enters a drainage pump through a drainage pipe 18, the water is sent into a first reuse tank through the drainage pump, then an adjusting motor 17 is started to drive an adjusting gear and a diversion disc 16 to rotate, so that the butt joint port is sequentially aligned with different butt joint pipes 11, a plurality of backflow pipes 12 sequentially pump water flow from top to bottom, and the upper layer clear water in the sedimentation treatment tank 1 is pumped and discharged layer by layer;
the ultrafiltration booster pump 30 is started, the water pumped into the first recycling tank is sent to the filter cover plate through the extraction pipe, and the water is sent to the activated carbon filter through the guide pipe after being filtered by the ultrafiltration membrane 31 to be filtered, and the obtained purified water is reserved in the second recycling tank;
after clear water is discharged, a sludge slurry pump is started, sludge impurities at the bottom of the sedimentation treatment tank 1 are pumped out by a sludge pipe 19 and then sent into a pressing frame 20 by a sludge inlet pipe 35, then a pushing hydraulic cylinder is started to drive a pushing plate 21 to press the sludge impurities, water in the sludge impurities passes through a filter cloth 23 and is sent back to the sedimentation treatment tank 1 by a water outlet pipe 25;
after the pressing is completed, the shifting hydraulic cylinder drives the bearing cover plate 24 to move towards the direction far away from the pressing frame 20, the pushing hydraulic cylinder pushes the pushing plate 21 to remove the impurities remained in the pressing frame 20, so that the impurities fall on the discharging conveyer belt 26 and are rotated by the discharging conveyer belt 26 to send the impurities out.

Claims (8)

1. The building site sewage recycling system is characterized by comprising a sedimentation treatment tank (1), wherein the middle part of the inner wall of the sedimentation treatment tank (1) is fixedly connected with a plurality of backflow pipes (12) which are arranged in parallel, and one side of each backflow pipe (12) is fixedly connected with a plurality of water taking pipes (13); one side of the sedimentation treatment tank (1) is fixedly connected with a butt joint tank (14), the inner wall of the butt joint tank (14) is fixedly connected with a butt joint plate (15), the middle part of the butt joint plate (15) is fixedly connected with a plurality of butt joint pipes (11) which are arranged at equal intervals, one ends of the butt joint pipes (11) are respectively and fixedly connected with a plurality of return pipes (12), one side of the butt joint tank (14) far away from the sedimentation treatment tank (1) is fixedly connected with a drain pipe (18), and one end of the drain pipe (18) is fixedly provided with a drainage pump;
the top of the inner wall of the sedimentation treatment tank (1) is fixedly connected with a drainage plate (7), a drainage cavity is formed in the drainage plate (7), the bottom of the drainage plate (7) is fixedly connected with a plurality of short pipes (10), and one side of the drainage cavity is fixedly connected with a solvent pipe for feeding a sewage treatment agent;
the bottom of the inner wall of the sedimentation treatment tank (1) is fixedly connected with a sludge pipe (19), and one end of the sludge pipe (19) is provided with a sludge treatment unit.
