In order to compare the technical effects of the application, the hyaluronic acid beautifying cubilose is correspondingly prepared by the methods of the embodiment 2 and the comparative examples 1-6 respectively, and then the oxidation resistance is tested.
The method comprises the following specific steps:
experimental animals: SPF grade mice purchased from the animal testing center, university of wuhan.
Experiment:
(1) after the purchased SPF-level mice are adaptively fed for 7 days, randomly dividing the SPF-level mice into 7 groups with equal quality and quantity, wherein each group comprises 20 mice, each half of male and female, then correspondingly preparing the hyaluronic acid facial beautification bird's nest by adopting the method of the embodiment 2 and the comparative examples 1-6 to correspondingly irrigate the stomachs of the mice in each group, wherein the stomach irrigation time is 9:00-9:30 in the morning of each day, the stomach irrigation is continuously performed for 4 weeks, and all the mice freely drink water during the experiment period;
(2) fasting for 12h after the last gastric lavage of the mouse, freely drinking water, taking blood from eyeballs, placing the blood into a centrifugal tube containing 1% heparin sodium, centrifuging for 15min at 4 ℃ and 5000rpm, and collecting plasma;
(3) and (3) according to the SOD kit, measuring the SOD activity of each group of experimental mice by using the blood plasma prepared in the step (2), and counting the experimental results.
The specific experimental comparative data are shown in table 1 below:

As can be seen from the above table 1, when the example 2 is compared with the comparative examples 1 to 6, the serum SOD content of the mice in the example 2 group is obviously higher than that in the comparative examples 1 to 6, the effects of wrinkle resistance, aging resistance and facial beautification are good, and the mice in both sexes show more remarkable facial beautification effect.

Claims (10)

1. The preparation method of the hyaluronic acid facial beautification cubilose is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparing the cubilose liquid:
s101, immersing cubilose in warm water, performing immersion treatment for 3-4 hours, and performing ultrasonic treatment while immersing;
s102, after soaking, placing the mixture in a micro-jet high-pressure homogenizer for high-pressure homogenization, and obtaining a homogenized product A for later use;
s103, stewing the homogenized product A obtained in the step S102 in a pot to obtain colloidal cubilose liquid for later use;
s2, microfluid high-pressure homogenization:
weighing 70-90 parts by weight of the cubilose liquid obtained in the step S1 and 2-4 parts by weight of food-grade hyaluronic acid, and placing the cubilose liquid and the food-grade hyaluronic acid together in a micro-jet high-pressure homogenizer for high-pressure homogenization treatment to obtain a homogenized product B for later use;
s3, concentration:
placing the homogeneous product B obtained in the step S3 in a vacuum drying oven, and performing vacuum drying and concentration treatment under a low-temperature condition to obtain a concentrated solution for later use;
s4, forming:
and (5) shaping the concentrated solution obtained in the step (S3) in a filament extruding, filament cutting and slicing mode to form filament or sheet bird 'S nest, and then carrying out low-temperature vacuum drying to obtain the hyaluronic acid beauty bird' S nest.
2. The preparation of claim 1, wherein the weight-to-volume ratio of the cubilose and the warm water in the step S101 is 1g: 100-200 mL.
3. The preparation of hyaluronic acid beauty bird' S nest of claim 1, wherein the temperature in the warm water is controlled to be 70-80 ℃ during the soaking treatment in step S101.

5. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the high pressure homogenization treatment in step S102 is performed under a working pressure of 80-90 MPa for 5-9 min.
6. The preparation of claim 1, wherein the homogenization treatment at step S2 is carried out under a working pressure of 100-120 MPa for 12-18 min.
7. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the degree of vacuum of the step S3 is controlled to 2-3 Pa, the temperature is controlled to 30-40 ℃, and the mixture is concentrated to a water content of 8-10%.
8. The preparation of claim 1, wherein the low-temperature vacuum drying treatment in step S4 is performed under a vacuum degree of 2-3 Pa and at a temperature of 20-26 ℃.
