The working principle is as follows: firstly, a user needs to open the heating plate 25 to heat water in the water tank 24 to a certain temperature, then the slaughtered meat ducks are put into the water tank 24 from the feed inlet 29, the first motor 36 is started to drive the third roller 28 to rotate, the third roller 28 rotates to drive the third roller 32 to rotate, the conveyor belt 33 moves, the meat ducks put into the water tank 24 are driven by the conveyor belt 33 to slowly move towards the feed inlet 6, then the second motor 39 is started to drive the poking rod 38 to rotate, when the meat ducks soaked in hot water reach the feed inlet 6, the meat ducks are poked into the shell 2 by the poking rod 38, the hydraulic telescopic rod 8 is controlled, the distance between the two turntables 3 is adjusted, the rubber rods 4 on the two sides are abutted against and slightly extruded on the surfaces of the meat ducks, the pressure cannot be too high, otherwise, the meat ducks are damaged, the drive motors 12 on the two sides are started, and the two drive motors 12 are rotated towards opposite directions, so that the two rotary tables 3 can rotate in opposite directions, the meat ducks can roll quickly under the action of the two rotary tables 3 and are in full contact with the rubber rods 4 to pull down the feather, in the process, the water pump 22 can be opened to spray hot water into the shell 2 to enable the duck feather to fall off more easily, and a plurality of meat ducks can be placed into the shell simultaneously, after the feather pulling is finished, the two hydraulic telescopic rods 8 are controlled to enlarge the distance between the two rotary tables 3, the meat ducks fall into the bottom of the shell 2, then the handle 19 is pulled manually to pull out the baffle 17, the meat ducks after feather removal can fall from the feed opening 5, when the duck feather adhered between the rubber rods 4 is to be removed, the electric push rods 13 are controlled to extend out simultaneously to drive the scraper 14 to slide, the scraper 14 can push the duck feather between the rubber rods 4 out while sliding, and a part of the duck feather falls to the bottom of the inner cavity of the shell 2, a part of the duck feathers adheres to the scraper 14, and the duck feathers adhered to the scraper 14 are washed off and dropped from the feed opening 5 by spraying hot water to the casing 2 again by turning on the water pump 22.

the unhairing mechanism comprises a shell (2) fixedly connected to the top end of the support (1), the shell (2) is of a cylindrical structure, the axis of the shell is horizontal, unhairing assemblies are symmetrically mounted on two end faces of the shell (2), each unhairing assembly comprises a horizontal driving portion fixedly mounted on the end face of the shell (2), a rotating portion is fixedly mounted in each horizontal driving portion, the rotating portion extends to the inner cavity of the shell (2), a turntable (3) is vertically and fixedly connected to the inner cavity of the shell, a plurality of rubber rods (4) are fixedly connected to one side, away from the rotating portion, of the turntable (3), and a unhairing assembly is fixedly mounted on one side, close to the rubber rods (4), of the turntable (3); a feed opening (5) is formed in the bottom of the shell (2), and a baffle assembly is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the shell (2) at the position of the feed opening (5); a feed opening (6) is formed in the top of the shell (2), and the inner cavity of the shell (2) is communicated with the hair scalding mechanism through the feed opening (6).
