peeling mechanism (2) includes swivel becket (20), goes up perforated plate (21), handle (22), solid fixed ring (23), lower perforated plate (24), heater (25), arresting member (27) and slider (28), it connects in swivel becket (20) to go up perforated plate (21) fixed connection, perforated plate (24) fixed connection is in solid fixed ring (23) down, it rotates through being connected pivot (29) with lower perforated plate (24) to go up perforated plate (21) and is connected to go up perforated plate (21), the upper end of solid fixed ring (23) is located swivel becket (20) and rotates with swivel becket (20) and is connected, the lower extreme of pencil sleeve (10) also is located swivel becket (20) and rotates with swivel becket (20) and is connected, heater (25) are equipped with two and establish the left and right sides at solid fixed ring (23) respectively, arresting member (27) fixed connection is on heater (25), the slide block (28) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the heater (25); the collecting mechanism (3) comprises a containing barrel (30), a left bottom plate (31), a right bottom plate (32) and a rotating core (33), the left bottom plate (31) and the right bottom plate (32) are hinged to the rotating core (33) through spring hinges, the rotating core (33) is fixedly connected into the containing barrel (30), a sliding groove (34) is formed in the upper end of the containing barrel (30), and the sliding block (28) is located in the sliding groove (34) and is in sliding connection with the sliding groove (34);
the brake gear (200) corresponding to the brake piece (27) is arranged on the rotating ring (20), a rotating groove (275) is arranged on the brake piece (27), a lifting groove (250) is arranged on the heater (25), a pawl (270), a convex block (271), a rotating shaft (272), a rotating shaft supporting plate (273) and a sliding rod (274) are arranged in the rotating groove (275), a spring (251) is arranged in the lifting groove (250), the upper end and the lower end of the sliding rod (274) are fixedly connected to the top of the rotating groove (275) and the bottom of the lifting groove (250) respectively, the rotating shaft (272), the rotating shaft supporting plate (273) and the spring (251) are all sleeved on the sliding rod (274), the rotating shaft supporting plate (273) is connected with the lifting groove (250) through the spring (251), the rotating shaft (272) and the rotating shaft supporting plate (273) are in sliding connection with the sliding rod (274), and the rotating shaft (272) is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft supporting plate (273), the lug (271) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft supporting plate (273), and the pawl (270) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (272);
the operating method of the workbench is as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: a binding wire bundle is placed in the wire bundle sleeve (10), and the wire bundle passes through the splitting holes (26) on the upper porous plate (21) and the lower porous plate (24) and falls on the left bottom plate (31) and the right bottom plate (32);
step two: the handle (22) drives the rotating ring (20) to rotate, the upper porous plate (21) and the lower porous plate (24) rotate mutually to clamp the wire harness, the splitting hole (26) cuts the wire harness leather, and the braking piece (27) is matched with the braking teeth (200) to lock the rotating ring (20);

step four: a worker grasps the wire harness above, the pushing cylinder (12) is started, the pushing cylinder (12) pushes the whole peeling mechanism (2) downwards, the left bottom plate (31) and the right bottom plate (32) are stressed and folded by taking the rotating core (33) as an axis, the left bottom plate (31) and the right bottom plate (32) are folded and clamped into the bottom plate groove (230), the metal wire and the wire sheath are separated, and the separated waste wire sheath falls into the storage barrel (30);
step five: the wire harness after peeling is taken away, the peeling mechanism (2) is pulled up through the pushing cylinder (12), the lug (271) is pinched by hand to pull down and slide the pawl (270) to the lifting groove (250), the brake teeth (200) are not limited, and the rotating ring (20) rotates to the initial position to be ready for next use.
