The more fully utilized the Full time human labor (FTE) of CRAs under flag, the more efficient the operation of the project. Often, project managers find that when the vacant FTEs exist in the CRA, resources cannot be coordinated in time, and appropriate tasks are allocated to fully utilize the vacant FTEs, so that the manpower resources of the CRA are wasted.
For the CRA, if the CRA has spare working hours, the CRA still stays to be reported to a project manager in a daily report/weekly meeting mode, the CRA is collected and recorded by the project manager, then the spare working hours are redistributed according to other project information known by the CRA, resources are few, timeliness is poor, and the effective working hours of the CRA cannot be quickly acquired by a demand party to be effectively utilized in parallel.
For an application, when clinical research needs exist, screening can be performed only from limited resources at hand, the selection range is small, and the CRA with relevant experience or wanted by the application cannot be matched, so that the quality cannot be guaranteed. And in the process of task execution, the current progress of the task can be obtained only by offline frequent communication, and if the quality of the task is not satisfactory when the task is completed, disputes are easy to occur, and extra energy and cost are paid to process the follow-up of the task.

(1) the information acquisition is lagged, the circulation speed is slow, and the information cannot be updated in time;
(2) the resource known by the project manager is limited, and the distributable range is greatly limited;
(3) CRA is different in field and direction, and is difficult to match with the item which is opposite to the CRA, so that the quality of the item cannot be guaranteed.
In summary, the efficiency and accuracy of the resource adaptation of the clinical test item CRA are low, which results in low operation efficiency of the clinical test item.

Two data sources are available, one is external data, non-standardized data of different databases needs to be put in storage, and authenticity and validity of the data are guaranteed, for example, whether a doctor is on duty or not; the other is intra-enterprise data, that is, data acquired using a social network or the like. After the data is cleaned, structured and analyzed at the bottom layer, a main data center which can not be repeatedly carved in the clinical research industry is formed.
For example, the data before warehousing is shown in table 1 below, and the data after warehousing is shown in table 2 below:
table 1 data before warehousing
Figure BDA0003667878080000121
Table 2 data after warehousing
Figure BDA0003667878080000122
The primary data center solves the following problems of the data:
integrity problems: if there is a data miss, the data is complemented.
The uniqueness problem is as follows: duplicate records are removed and only one is kept.
Authoritative questions: and repeatedly recording data acquired by multiple channels, and selecting the weights for crawler grabbing according to the manual entry of special maintenance and only one weight is reserved.
The problem of legality:
1. and (4) setting a mandatory legal rule, and if the rule is not in the rule range, forcibly setting the rule to be a maximum value or judging the rule to be invalid.
2. And setting a warning rule, warning if the rule is not within the range of the rule, and then manually processing.
3. And (4) manually and specially processing the outlier, and finding the outlier by using analysis modes such as binning, clustering, regression and the like on the metadata.
It should be noted that the method for adapting human resources for clinical test projects in the embodiment of the present application may be run on a CRA platform, as shown in fig. 4, the CRA platform is changed to use a Trail-Link CRO platform as a carrier, and functional modules are added and implemented to solve the problem of redundant man-hour allocation of the CRA, where the functional modules include a user management module, an enterprise management module, a demand management module, a registration module, and an enterprise demand sending module. The platform functional design is directed to two target groups:
1) participants, such as CRA: by filling personal information for application and admission, after the background audit is passed, the platform can receive the supervision service, personnel dispatch, training service, genetic application, Co-monitoring, QC and other services required by the admitted sponsor as the admitted CRA, and the reward corresponding to the task is obtained after the task is completed.
2) The sponsor: applying for parking by filling information, after the background audit is passed, and serving as a parked applicant, issuing the required service on the platform, wherein the parked CRA in the platform can see the requirement issued by the applicant in a list, and if the CRA finds that the CRA has enough working hours and the task is qualified by the applicant, the CRA can apply for accepting the task and the applicant starts to execute after confirming that no mistake exists; and the application side can also quickly screen out the CRA which is resident on the platform and meets the requirement of the application side according to the requirement of the application side, and the CRA is communicated with the CRA so that the CRA knows and receives the task. After the CRA completes the task and confirms that the CRA does not have errors, the reward corresponding to the task is paid, and the requirements of the CRA on the project are met in a timely mode and with low cost.
After the computer system is parked, the pain points of the user's needs are solved by all the roles, the CRA can independently select tasks issued by the sponsors according to the spare working hours of the user, provide corresponding services and obtain the due rewards. The demands issued by the sponsors can be seen by all CRA on the platform, higher exposure is obtained, more choices and quality assurance are provided, and the trends of the demands issued by the sponsors can be mastered in real time.
In an actual application scene, before the CRA is parked, all task lists which are acceptable at present on the platform can be seen only in a task square, when a task is clicked to enter a task detail page, the CRA which is not parked can be guided to complete the parking process, and the information required by the CRA can be freely browsed after the task is parked. Before the sponsor is resident, when clicking the release requirement button, the sponsor is guided to complete the sponsor resident flow. After the entering process is completed, clicking the release demand button can enter the enterprise workbench. In the enterprise workbench, enterprises can see real-time dynamic of the demands issued by the enterprises, and perform operations of issuing the demands, modifying enterprise information and the like.
The embodiment of the application can solve the following technical problems:
1) the information is acquired and updated in real time, and a project manager can know the latest data state at any time;
2) the most suitable scheme is matched from massive project resources of the platform without depending on the project information mastered by the user;
3) according to the field where the CRA is good at, selecting project resources which are most suitable for distribution, and ensuring project efficiency and quality;
4) the intelligent recommendation algorithm aiming at the CRA data is realized, and the data which is most expected by a sponsor can be obtained with the minimum cost when the sponsor uses the platform.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the above-described flow diagrams or in the flow diagrams of the figures may be performed in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
