As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, in a first embodiment, the present invention discloses a humidifying electric heater, which includes a housing 10, a heating device 20 and an evaporation tray 30, wherein an air outlet 11 is arranged on the housing 10; the heating device 20 is arranged inside the shell 10, the heating device 20 is composed of a heating pipe and fins, and the heating pipe radiates heat through the fins after being heated; the evaporation pan 30 is arranged inside the housing 10, and the evaporation pan 30 is located between the heating device 20 and the air outlet 11; the evaporation pan 30 has a flow passage 321, and the air heated by the heating device 20 passes through the evaporation pan 30 through the flow passage 321 and flows to the air outlet 11.
When the humidifying electric heater normally works, the air flow passes through the heating device 20, and after being changed into warm air, the air flow passes through the evaporation tray 30 through the flow passage 321 and flows to the air outlet 11, and then is blown out from the air outlet 11, so that the ambient temperature rises, and a comfortable warm environment is achieved. After passing through the flow passage 321, the warm air takes away the evaporated water in the evaporation pan 30 and is discharged from the air outlet 11, thereby increasing the ambient humidity and enabling the human body to be in a comfortable environment. According to the invention, the overflowing channel 321 is arranged on the evaporation tray 30, so that the warm air can directly pass through the evaporation tray 30 through the overflowing channel 321, the warm air is prevented from bypassing the evaporation tray 30, the air flow is smoother, and the heating effect is improved.
In addition, the water in the evaporation tray 30 can be evaporated by the heat radiation of the heating device 20, and can be evaporated by the warm air, especially, the inner wall of the overflowing channel 321 can be heated when the warm air flows through the flowing channel 321, and the heated inner wall of the overflowing channel 321 heats the water in the evaporation tray 30, so that the heat exchange area is increased, and the water evaporation efficiency is greatly increased. In the first embodiment shown in fig. 3, the air outlet 11 is located above the heating device 20. That is, the evaporation pan 30 is also located above the heating device 20, and the evaporation groove 31 is also directed toward the air outlet 11. When the water in the evaporation tray 30 is heated by the high-temperature heating device, part of the water is evaporated from the evaporation tank 31 to the upper side and then taken away by the airflow to be sent out, so that humidification is realized, and the ambient humidity is improved.
