The conventional sealing of the bottle mostly adopts a bottle cap made of HDPE (high density polyethylene). The HDPE material has proper hardness and good sealing effect, and is widely applied. However, HDPE material is not suitable for hinged flip-top closures, which have short hinge life and are not resilient. The material suitable for producing caps of the flip-type can be selected from PP (polypropylene), which is however relatively hard and does not allow to seal the bottle effectively. Therefore, currently, a silica gel gasket or an aluminum film gasket is additionally arranged, so that a better sealing effect is obtained. However, this makes the process of making the bottle cap more complicated and the appearance of the cap less attractive.

In step S300, after the first male mold 21a and the second female mold 22b are closed, the mold core 210 moves (e.g., retracts backward by a distance corresponding to the thickness of the first sealing portion 102 a) so that an inner cavity 24a corresponding to the first sealing portion 102a is formed between the inner side of the closure body 101 and the male mold. Meanwhile, an outer cavity 24b is formed between the body 101 and the second female die 22b in the second cavity 24 to cooperate with the second sealing portion 102 b. The nozzle of the second female die 22b injects a soft adhesive material into the outer cavity 24b, the soft adhesive material flows into the inner cavity 24a through the through hole 112a on the top plate 112 of the bottle cap body 101, and the soft adhesive material fills the part of the second cavity 24 not occupied by the bottle cap body 101 to form the soft adhesive layer 102 covering the bottle cap body 101.
The step of forming with the second male die 21b is substantially the same as the second male die 21b except that the steps are performed in time-staggered fashion. For example, when the first male mold 21a and the first female mold 22a are closed to execute step S1, the second male mold 21b and the second female mold 22b are closed to execute step S3; when the first male mold 21a and the second female mold 22b are closed to execute step S3, the second male mold 21b and the first female mold 22a are closed to execute step S1. The process in which the first male die 21a and the second male die 21b operate simultaneously will be described below.
S101, a first male die 21a and a first female die 22a are matched to form a first cavity 23, a second male die 21b and a second female die 22b are matched to form a second cavity 24, a bottle cap main body 101 is arranged in the second cavity 24, a die core 210 of the second male die 21b moves to give way to form an inner side cavity 24a matched with a first sealing part 102a, and an outer side cavity 24b matched with a second sealing part 102b is arranged between the bottle cap main body 101 and the second female die 22 b; injecting a main body material into the first die cavity 23 to form a bottle cap main body 101 in the first die cavity 23, injecting a soft rubber material into the outer side cavity 24b of the second die cavity 24, and allowing the soft rubber material to flow into the inner side cavity 24a from the through hole 112a of the bottle cap main body 101 to form a soft rubber layer 102 coated on the bottle cap main body 101;
s102, opening a mold;
s103, turning the turnover cover 12 in the second male die 21b to a closed position;
s104, the bottle cap body 101 in the first male die 21a is kept in the second male die 21b, and the bottle cap 1 in the second male die 21b is ejected;
s105, rotating the mold base by 180 degrees to exchange the positions of the first male mold 21a and the second male mold 21b, closing the first male mold 21a and the second female mold 22b to form a first mold cavity 23 to form a second mold cavity 24, moving the mold core 210 of the first male mold 21a to give way to form an inner cavity 24a matched with the first sealing part 102a, forming an outer cavity 24b matched with the second sealing part 102b between the bottle cap body 101 and the second female mold 22b, and closing the second male mold 21b and the first female mold 22a to form the first mold cavity 23; injecting soft rubber material into the outer cavity 24b of the second mold cavity 24, wherein the soft rubber material flows into the inner cavity 24a from the through hole 112a of the bottle cap main body 101 to form a soft rubber layer 102 coated on the bottle cap main body 101, and injecting the main body material into the first mold cavity 23 to form the bottle cap main body 101 in the first mold cavity 23;
the above steps S101 to S105 are performed sequentially and cyclically.
In the bottle cap 1 of the embodiment, the inner side of the bottle cap main body 101 contacting with the bottle mouth and the outer side of the suction nozzle 110 are wrapped with a layer of soft rubber material, the bottle cap main body 101 is made of PP material, the hinge part 13 of the bottle cap main body 101 connected with the flip cover 12 has better elasticity, and meets the requirement of the set opening times of the flip cover 12, and meanwhile, the soft rubber material enables the bottle cap 1 and the bottle mouth of the bottle to have better sealing performance, and the suction nozzle 110 and the flip cover 12 have better sealing performance. During forming, the soft rubber material is wrapped on the main body of the turnover cover 12 through secondary injection molding, the whole bottle cap 1 is integrally formed on one injection molding machine, the main body material and the soft rubber material are firmly combined, and the appearance of the bottle cap 1 is attractive.

1. A forming method of a bottle cap comprises a bottle cap main body, wherein the bottle cap main body comprises a main body part and a flip cover, the main body part can be connected to a bottle opening of a bottle and is provided with a suction nozzle which can be communicated with the bottle, the flip cover is connected to the main body part through a hinge part which can be elastically deformed, the flip cover can turn around the hinge part relative to the main body part, and the flip cover is provided with a closing position which shields the suction nozzle and an opening position which is separated from the suction nozzle; the bottle cap is characterized by further comprising a flexible soft rubber layer, wherein the soft rubber layer is provided with a first sealing part and a second sealing part, the first sealing part is positioned on the inner side of the main body part to seal the main body part and a bottle opening, the second sealing part is positioned on the outer side of the main body part to seal the main body part and the turnover cover, a through hole for a soft rubber material to pass through is formed in the main body part, and the first sealing part and the second sealing part are integrally arranged;
the molding method comprises the following steps:
s1, a male die and a first female die are assembled to form a first die cavity, a main body material is injected into the first die cavity to form the bottle cap main body, and the flip cover is located at an opening position;
s2, separating the male die from the first female die, and keeping the bottle cap main body in the male die;
s3, the male die rotates to a second female die and is matched with the second female die to form a second die cavity, the bottle cap main body is located in the second die cavity, soft rubber materials are injected into the second die cavity and flow into the inner side of the bottle cap main body from the outer side of the bottle cap main body through the through hole, and the soft rubber layer covering the bottle cap main body is formed;
the number of the male dies is two, and when the first male die and the first female die are matched to execute the step S1, the second male die and the second female die are matched to execute the step S3; when the first male die and the second female die are matched and the step S3 is executed, the second male die and the first female die are matched and the step S1 is executed; the first male die and the second male die are arranged on a rotatable die holder, the first female die and the second female die are arranged side by side, and the first male die and the second male die are interchanged in position by rotating the die holder by 180 degrees;
the molding method comprises the following specific steps:
s101, a first male die and a first female die are assembled to form a first die cavity, a second male die and a second female die are assembled to form a second die cavity, a bottle cap main body is arranged in the second die cavity, a die core of the second male die moves to give out an inner side cavity matched with a first sealing portion, and an outer side cavity matched with a second sealing portion is formed between the bottle cap main body and the second female die; injecting a main body material into the first die cavity to form a bottle cap main body in the first die cavity, injecting a soft rubber material into the outer side cavity of the second die cavity, and allowing the soft rubber material to flow into the inner side cavity from the through hole of the bottle cap main body to form a soft rubber layer coated on the bottle cap main body;
s102, opening a mold;
s103, turning the turnover cover in the second male die to a closed position;
s104, the bottle cap body in the first male die is kept in a second male die, and a bottle cap in the second male die is ejected out;
s105, the die holder rotates 180 degrees, so that the first male die and the second male die are interchanged, the first male die and the second female die are closed to form a first die cavity to form a second die cavity, the die core of the first male die moves to give way to form an inner side cavity matched with the first sealing part, an outer side cavity matched with the second sealing part is formed between the bottle cap main body and the second female die, and the second male die and the first female die are closed to form a first die cavity; injecting a soft rubber material into the outer cavity of the second die cavity, wherein the soft rubber material flows into the inner cavity from the through hole of the bottle cap main body to form a soft rubber layer coated on the bottle cap main body, and injecting a main body material into the first die cavity to form the bottle cap main body in the first die cavity;
steps S101 to S105 are performed sequentially and cyclically.
2. The method of forming a bottle cap according to claim 1, wherein the male mold has a movable core, and when the male mold and the second female mold are closed, the core moves such that a cavity corresponding to the first sealing portion is formed between the inner side of the bottle cap body and the male mold.
3. The method of forming a bottle cap according to claim 1, wherein the male mold is rotated 180 degrees and then closed with the second female mold.
4. The method of forming a bottle cap according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of: s4, turning the turnover cover to a closed position in the male die; and S5, ejecting the bottle cap.
5. The method for molding a bottle cap according to claim 1, wherein the main material comprises PP; the hardness of the soft rubber material is 35-80 degrees, and the soft rubber material is selected from thermoplastic elastomers.
6. The method for molding a bottle cap according to claim 1, wherein the soft rubber material is selected from one or more of TPE, TPU, TPR, SEBS, EVA, EVO, PVC and silica gel.

A bottle cap comprises a bottle cap main body, wherein the bottle cap main body comprises a main body part and a flip cover, the main body part can be connected to a bottle opening of a bottle and is provided with a suction nozzle which can be communicated with the bottle, the flip cover is connected to the main body part through a hinge part which can deform elastically, the flip cover can turn around the hinge part relative to the main body part, and the flip cover is provided with a closing position which shields the suction nozzle and an opening position which is separated from the suction nozzle; the bottle cap is characterized by further comprising a flexible soft rubber layer, wherein the soft rubber layer is provided with a first sealing part and a second sealing part, the first sealing part is positioned on the inner side of the main body part to seal the main body part and a bottle opening, the second sealing part is positioned on the outer side of the main body part to seal the main body part and the turnover cover, a through hole for a soft rubber material to pass through is formed in the main body part, and the first sealing part and the second sealing part are integrally arranged; the bottle cap is manufactured by the molding method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The bottle cap of claim 7, wherein the main body is provided with an anti-theft tear strip, and the anti-theft tear strip is broken or deformed when the flip-top is first flipped from the closed position to the open position.
9. The bottle cap of claim 7, wherein the main body is provided with a tamper-proof pull ring, and the tamper-proof pull ring is broken when the main body is rotated with respect to a mouth of the bottle.
10. The bottle cap of claim 7, wherein the bottle cap is a sports drink bottle cap, a honey bottle cap, or a condiment bottle cap.
