Abstract
The invention discloses a compound premix for improving the plumpness of poultry feathers and the development of bones and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of preparation and application of animal feed. According to the invention, when the compound premix for improving the feather fullness and the bone development of poultry is prepared, firstly, ferric oxide, glycerol and edible gelatin are mixed to prepare a glue solution, ferric glycinate, zinc amino acid, zinc hydroxy methionine, manganese amino acid, copper glycinate, calcium iodate, sodium selenite, organic selenium, cobalt chloride and medical stone are mixed to prepare nutritional ingredients, Chinese yam is peeled, ground, extracted and centrifuged to prepare Chinese yam protein, and the nutritional ingredients are wrapped in the glue solution by a pill making machine to be shaped, washed and dried to prepare the compound premix for improving the feather fullness and the bone development of poultry. The compound premix for improving the feather fullness and the skeletal development of the poultry, which is prepared by the invention, has an excellent nutritional effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a compound premix for improving the feather fullness and skeletal development of poultry, belonging to the technical field of preparation and application of animal feed.
Background
In addition to ensuring an adequate supply of energy feed and protein feed, the poultry should pay attention to the scientific supply of trace elements, vitamins, amino acids, etc. throughout their growth and development stages. Microelements such as zinc, manganese, selenium and the like play an important role in the process of the egg shell stroke, and have positive effects on the bone development of poultry, the growth of feathers and the moulting.
The development and quality of the skeleton are not only important parts of the health and welfare of the poultry, but also have certain correlation with the meat quality of the poultry, the immunity of the organism and the like, and are important measurement indexes of the organism development. Layer osteoporosis is a disease of progressive loss of structural bone during egg laying, which results in increased bone fragility and greater susceptibility to fracture. In the poultry industry, both bone fractures and leg weakness are serious problems, and studies have reported that about 30% of caged hens at the end of their term of birth have at least 1 fracture, causing severe economic loss. In addition, tibial cartilage dysplasia is a common nutritional metabolic disorder in fast-growing poultry, particularly in broiler breeding. The incidence of tibial cartilage dysplasia is reported to account for about 30% of poultry bone disease, which is about 10% in china and can result in a severe reduction in the profitability of the farming industry. The mineral substance plays an important role in growth, skeletal development, immune function regulation and the like of the poultry, and the mineral substance, especially the organic trace element, is supplemented to the poultry, so that the health and the production performance of the poultry are improved.
The feather of poultry has the functions of maintaining body temperature and protecting bodies. In the growth and development stage, feather shedding is a normal physiological process of chickens, generally, management is not needed, and the chickens can be subjected to 3 times of moulting in the whole growth and development stage. However, if the feathers continuously fall off, new feathers are abnormal without growing, particularly in winter and spring, the outside temperature is low, if the feathers fall off seriously, the heat preservation of the machine body is affected, the heat of the machine body is dissipated in a large amount, and the production and growth performance of the poultry are affected by the feeding function, so that the breeding cost is increased, and economic and great economic losses are brought. Lack or imbalance of nutrition is a major cause of feather shedding in chickens. And the normal growth and development of the feathers can be influenced by insufficient supply of certain mineral elements, such as zinc, calcium, iodine and the like, and a series of nutritional metabolic diseases can be caused in severe cases.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a compound premix for improving the plumpness of feathers and the development of bones of poultry and a preparation method thereof, which aim to solve the problems in the prior art.
A compound premix for improving the plumpness of poultry feathers and the bone development and a preparation method thereof are characterized by mainly comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of glue solution, 18-20 parts of nutrient components and 15-20 parts of Chinese yam protein.
Preferably, the glue solution is prepared by mixing iron oxide, glycerol and edible gelatin.
The nutrient components are prepared by mixing ferrous glycinate, zinc amino acid, zinc hydroxy methionine, manganese amino acid, copper glycinate, calcium iodate, sodium selenite, organic selenium, cobalt chloride and medical stone.
Preferably, the Chinese yam protein is prepared by peeling and grinding Chinese yam, extracting and centrifuging.
As optimization, the preparation method of the compound premix for improving the feather fullness and skeletal development of poultry mainly comprises the following preparation steps:
