The fixed frame 44 is also provided with a lifting mechanism, the scraping plate 49 is connected to the lifting mechanism, and the scraping plate 49 moves in the vertical direction under the driving of the lifting mechanism. The scraper 49 is horizontally provided with a connecting rod 48, the lifting mechanism comprises a power shaft 43, two ends of the power shaft 43 are respectively provided with an eccentric structure, and the eccentric structure is in transmission connection with the end part of the connecting rod 48 through a pull rod 47. The eccentric structure comprises a clamping block 30 clamped at the end part of a power shaft 43, a pivot is clamped at the outer side of the clamping block 30, and the pivot is rotatably inserted into the upper end part of a pull rod 47.
Under the action of the lifting mechanism, the lower end of the scraping plate 49 can descend from the discharge hole 401 of the bin 40 to the surface of the upper straight line part 21 of the conveying line 2. The scraping plate 49 works under the common control of the driving belt 41 and the lifting mechanism, when the scraping plate 49 descends from the upper dead point, the fixing frame 44 also translates on the guide rail 45, so that the scraping plate 49 generates a pushing action similar to the scraping action in the feed box 40, and the sugar materials in the feed box 40 are pushed and scraped towards the discharge hole 401. When the lower end of the scraping plate 49 contacts with the surface of the straight line part 21 on the conveying line 2, the scraping plate 49 still translates under the drive of the driving belt 41, so that the cavity 91 is filled with the sugar material in a compact manner.
The stripping device 3 may be a vacuum suction device provided at the discharge position of the conveyor line 2, and the sugar mass in the cavity 91 is stripped off by vacuum suction. The stripping device 3 is shown to comprise a frame 33, the frame 33 being of a quadrangular frame-like structure. A fixing plate 32 is installed to be elevated on the frame 1, a frame 33 is coupled to the lower side of the fixing plate 32, and the frame 33 is extended into the frame 1. The conveyor line 2 and the carrier strip 5 pass through the frame 33, the lower end of the frame 33 extending into the space between the carrier strip 5 and the lower straight portion 22 of the conveyor line 2. The frame 33 is provided with a number of push blocks 34 on its lower end face, these push blocks 34 being generally made of rubber in one piece. The pushing blocks 34 are adapted to the arrangement position of a group of cavities 91 on any one of the molds 9, the pushing blocks 34 are used for being in plug-fit with the cavities 91 on the mold 9, and one pushing block 34 is used for being inserted into one of the cavities 91 so as to push sugar blocks in the corresponding cavity 91 downwards. The frame 33 is suspended on a lifting mechanism, a sliding rail mechanism is arranged between the frame 33 and the frame 1, the lifting mechanism is connected to the fixed plate 32, and the frame 33 moves in the vertical direction under the guidance of the sliding rail mechanism under the driving of the lifting mechanism, so that the pushing block 34 is in plug-in fit with or separated from the corresponding cavity 91.
In fig. 5, a straight rod 35 is horizontally disposed at the upper end of the frame 33, the lifting mechanism includes a horizontally disposed transmission shaft 31, two ends of the transmission shaft 31 are respectively provided with a clamping block 30, the outer side of the clamping block 30 is also clamped with a pivot, the pivot is rotatably inserted into the upper end of the hanging rod 36, and the lower end of the hanging rod 36 is rotatably sleeved on the end of the straight rod 35.
In order to ensure the positional accuracy of the mould 9, the pusher block 34 is in accurate plug-in engagement with the cavity 91 of the mould 9. A position sensor is arranged on the frame 1, and a trigger body which extends out is arranged at the same position of all the dies 9, when the position sensor is completely overlapped with the trigger body, the conveying line 2 stops moving, and the lifting mechanism works, so that the pushing block 34 is accurately in plug-in fit with the die cavity 91. After the conveyor line 2 has stopped for a certain time, the conveyor line 2 moves a further step unit for the stripping of the next mould 9. The position sensor may be a photoelectric sensor or a magnetic sensor.
In order to adapt to the stripping of sugar blocks, a conveying belt is further arranged in the machine frame 1 along the horizontal direction, and the conveying belt is positioned right below the conveying line 2. A plurality of trays are placed on the conveying line 2 corresponding to the dies 9, after the stripping device 3 works, sugar blocks prepared in one die 9 drop into one tray, the conveying belt conveys the trays to the outer side of the frame 1 according to the working rhythm of the conveying line 2, an operator conveys the trays with the sugar blocks into the oven, and the sugar block drying moisture is further solidified and formed.
When the candy preparation machine works, the conveying line 2 and the supporting belt 5 are in a stepping movement mode, namely the conveying line 2 and the supporting belt 5 take stepping units as basic movement units, and the distance of one stepping unit corresponds to the width of one die 9. After the conveyor line 2 and the carrier strip 5 are moved by one step unit, the drive mechanism and the drive roller 6 are deactivated, so that the conveyor line 2 and the carrier strip 5 are in a stationary state. The lifting mechanism is activated to cause the pusher block 34 to be in and out of mating engagement with the cavity 91. After the pusher block 34 is disengaged from the cavity 91, the drive mechanism and the drive roller 6 are activated to cause the conveyor line 2 and the carrier strip 5 to move in the next step unit, at which time the lifting mechanism is deactivated. The feeding device 4 can work continuously, but the working speed is relatively slow, and the feeding device 4 can work stepwise and is matched with the movement form of the conveying line 2 and the supporting belt 5.

Claims (10)

1. a closed-loop type supporting belt is arranged in the conveying line and sleeved on at least two driving rollers, the supporting belt is propped against the lower opening part of the cavity at the upper straight line part of the conveying line, one end of the supporting belt passes over the feeding device towards the upstream end direction of the upper straight line part, and the other end of the supporting belt is close to the downstream end of the upper straight line part; the carrier belt and the conveying line move at the same direction and the same speed under the drive of the driving roller;
the feeding device comprises a feed box, the feed box is fixed on the frame, the bottom surface of the feed box is close to the surface of the linear part on the conveying line, a discharge hole is formed in the bottom surface of the feed box, and sugar feed enters the cavity;
the material removing device comprises a frame, the conveying line and the supporting belt penetrate through the frame, the lower end of the frame stretches into the interval between the supporting belt and the lower linear part of the conveying line, a plurality of material pushing blocks are arranged on the lower end face of the frame, and the arrangement positions of the material pushing blocks correspond to the positions of the cavities on the conveying line; the frame-shaped frame is suspended on the lifting mechanism, and driven by the lifting mechanism, the frame-shaped frame moves in the vertical direction, so that the pushing block is in plug-in fit with or separated from the corresponding cavity.

The machine of claim 2, wherein the driving mechanism comprises two rotating shafts rotatably mounted on the frame, two sprockets are fixedly connected to the two rotating shafts in a circumferential direction, two chains are respectively connected to the sprockets on the same side, and the die is connected to the two chains in a bridging manner.

A machine for preparing confectionary in the form of shaped moulds according to claim 3, characterized in that the chain is formed by hinging several links by means of coupling pieces arranged in pairs, wherein the coupling pieces on the inner side are formed with bending portions which are fitted and fixed on the back of the moulds.
5. A mould forming type sweets making machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein a fixed frame is provided on the bin, a scraper is movably provided on the fixed frame, and the scraper is used for pushing and scraping the sweets in the bin to the outlet.

The die-forming type confectionary machine of claim 5, wherein the fixed frame is slidably provided on a guide structure defining the movement of the fixed frame in a horizontal direction, both ends of the driving belt are connected to the fixed frame, and the driving belt is overlapped on the driving wheel; the fixed frame is provided with a lifting mechanism, the scraping plate is connected to the lifting mechanism, and the scraping plate moves in the vertical direction under the driving of the lifting mechanism.
