Specifically, taking the on-site inspection of a bank by a bank prison as an example, the basic information of the target inspection object at least includes the identity information, the service type, and the like of the bank, and for example, the identity information may be the name, address, and the like of the bank. The historical data information reported by the target inspection object is various data information routinely reported by banks to bank and prisoners.
After the project information of the target inspection object is acquired, whether the bank has violation risks or not is judged based on the project information, namely project establishment evaluation is carried out, if the violation risks exist, the target inspection task is established, and a project establishment report of the target inspection task is generated based on the project information of the target inspection object. It should be noted that, the supervisor can perform operations such as query, modification, deletion, etc. on the standing report.
And S102, generating a pre-investigation report based on the project report, wherein the pre-investigation report comprises an examination notice, a pre-investigation questionnaire and a pre-investigation scheme.
Specifically, after the establishment report is generated, a pre-examination report including an examination notice book containing information of an examination item name, an examination item creation time, an examination implementation department, and the like may be automatically generated based on information (i.e., the above-described item information) filled in the establishment report, and the examination notice book may be exported by a supervisor qualified for operation.
The inspection notice can be issued to the target inspection object after being generated, and meanwhile, if the target inspection object still has the historical inspection items, all the historical inspection items under the name of the target inspection object can be inquired. In the process of inquiring the historical inspection items, the historical inspection items can be inquired through item years, organization types, department pull-down screening and the like; fuzzy inquiry can be carried out through the name of the item and the name of the organization.
It should be noted that all the supervisors of the project group performing the target inspection task can modify the inspection notice, but the members other than the target inspection task only have the viewing qualification and cannot perform the modification operation.
The pre-survey report further comprises a pre-survey questionnaire and a pre-survey scheme, wherein the pre-survey scheme is a plan for the examination tasks performed by all supervisors of the project group based on the target examination task. All supervisors of the project group of the target inspection task can check the questionnaire before the inspection and the case before the inspection, import information and the like.
