Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail with reference to the following examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
The invention relates to an asset checking method, which comprises asset warehousing and checking based on warehousing assets, wherein the asset warehousing refers to the process of arranging and warehousing fixed assets for registration, in the prior art, most of the asset warehousing is manually input by personnel, and two problems exist, namely, the input information is not objective enough, and the consistency between the front and the back cannot be ensured when the input information is too much, so that at least two difficulties exist in the subsequent fixed asset checking process, one difficulty is caused by disorder during the asset warehousing, the second problem is that only a warehousing program is executed during the asset warehousing, the subsequent fixation of assets is not realized, the difficulty and the repetition of the asset checking are further caused, and the loss reporting is eliminated when the assets are lost, and the recovery is not finished.
Example 1
On the basis, an asset-based standing book is established, and an electronic fence is set based on the standing book;
in the asset warehousing, generating a first personnel group based on the standing book, and generating a second personnel group based on the electronic fence; acquiring warehousing matching factors based on a first personnel group and a second personnel group, establishing a warehousing task based on the warehousing matching factors, recording asset information into a database, and placing chip tags at corresponding assets;
in the checking, a checking task is generated based on the machine account and the electronic fence, and the checking is completed based on the checking task;
after the assets are put in storage, the electronic fence always limits the range, and records and archives the asset abnormal information when the preset conditions are met.
In this embodiment, the asset is managed by the platform account of the asset, and based on the existence of the platform account, asset information is communicated, so that the distribution of the asset in the warehousing or checking process is realized.
In this embodiment, the electronic fence may be set for the fixed asset that needs to be subjected to isolation management or partition management according to the asset information on the ledger, and based on the existence of the electronic fence, the fixed asset is not allowed to be taken away from the electronic fence, and meanwhile, the dual operability of reporting loss and recovering is also ensured.
In this embodiment, when assets are put in storage, a first person group is generated based on the ledger, persons in the group are persons closely related to the current fixed assets to be put in storage, a second person group is generated based on the electronic fence, and persons in the group are persons other than the persons related to the current fixed assets to be put in storage, and whether the persons in the two groups form a storage matching relationship is determined by calculating storage matching factors of the persons in the front and the back groups; and if so, warehousing the assets, and placing the chip tags at the assets.
In this embodiment, an inventory task is generated based on the aforementioned ledger and electronic fence, and an inventory is performed.
In the embodiment, the electronic fence realizes that part of corresponding assets are fixed in a certain range through position control of the assets, and when the assets meet preset conditions and are abnormal, asset abnormal information is recorded and archived, so that subsequent archived information can be conveniently called.
In this embodiment, the chip tag is an RFID tag, and by applying an RFID technology, dual fixing of a fixed asset on a technical level and a management level can be achieved, so that information of the fixed asset is transparent and management is clear; on the basis of adopting the RFID label, the problem that various label strips are attached to the assets in the prior art to affect the attractiveness is avoided, and the problems that the labels are maliciously scratched and the fixed asset management is affected can also be avoided.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, the asset-based standing book is provided with a plurality of label items, including asset classification, asset region, asset associated personnel or department, asset basic information and asset storage information.
The electronic fence comprises readers arranged in a preset space range, any reader is matched with one or more chip tags and is provided with a camera in cooperation with any reader, and linkage rules are set corresponding to a plurality of cameras;
the reader reads that the matched chip label has signal intensity change, triggers the corresponding video cameras and the plurality of video cameras with linkage rules, records video images related to the asset abnormal information within the preset time, and uploads the video images to the server;
and the reader at the electronic fence reads that the matched chip label crosses the electronic fence, and then an alarm is given.
In this embodiment, the tag items of the standing book include, but are not limited to, the listed asset classifications, asset regions, asset associated persons or departments, asset basic information, asset storage information, and also include warehousing time, update time, life information, maintenance records, and the like of the assets, and are displayed after being attached to the standing book or in the form of an attached table.
In this embodiment, on the basis that the chip tags are RFID tags, the electronic fence is configured to set readers at positions where chip tag signals of the fixed assets can be obtained, and set a camera in cooperation with the chip tag signals at all positions where the fixed assets can enter and exit, so that the situation that the fixed assets are moved/transferred is rapidly grasped through changes of the chip tag signals in the electronic fence obtained by the readers, and then the corresponding camera is triggered to shoot.
In this embodiment, the RFID technology has convenience in application, but is inaccurate in practical application, and specifically, the moving/transferring direction of the fixed asset can be obtained through the distance change between the reader and the chip tag, and the moving track of the fixed asset can also be obtained through the linkage of multiple readers, but there is an error in the specific application process, so that a linkage rule is set for a plurality of cameras, for example, there are three doors in a certain direction, when the reader judges that the fixed asset moves in the direction, the cameras corresponding to the three doors all start to work, and the time axis is ensured to be consistent, and finally, the three video files are all transferred to the server.
In this embodiment, generally, after the camera is triggered, a video image associated with asset anomaly information within 2 hours is recorded and uploaded to the server; the server here can be a PC side management background.
In this embodiment, taking a group as an example, assuming that the electronic fences of a certain group of computers are arranged outside the space between 3 th and 6 th floors, when an employee moves the computer from 3 rd to 6 th floor, the work of the camcorder will be triggered, and the video will be backed up to the server, but if an employee moves the computer from 3 rd to 2 nd floor and passes through the electronic fences, an alarm will be given immediately, and obviously, the camcorder continues to work at this time, and it is ensured that the related images of the employee who transfers the fixed asset are collected.
Example 3
On the basis of the embodiment 2, for the assets of the same asset classification, extracting a corresponding first person group based on the asset region, the asset associated person or the department;
and acquiring asset information of different asset areas, asset associated personnel or departments based on the electronic fence, and acquiring a second personnel group.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining the crowd characteristic overlap ratio of a first personnel group and a second personnel group, taking the crowd characteristic overlap ratio as a warehousing matching factor, obtaining a warehousing task by the second personnel group when the warehousing matching factor meets a preset value, placing a chip label at a corresponding asset, confirming an asset fixing position by the first personnel group, and inputting asset information into a database by the second personnel group and matching the chip label with a reader.
In this embodiment, the crowd characteristics are related to the tag item of the standing book, and taking the tag item including the asset classification, the asset region, the asset associated person or department as an example:
the asset classification corresponds to a job in the demographic;
the distribution of seats in the corresponding crowd characteristics of the asset region;
the asset associated person or department corresponds to a person and department in the demographic.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the crowd characteristics, a first person group and a second person group are extracted, where the first person group is composed of persons related to the fixed asset currently required to be warehoused, and the second person group is composed of persons unrelated to the fixed asset currently required to be warehoused, so that cooperation between the first person group and the second person group and objective warehousing of the first person group and the second person group can be realized in the warehousing process.
In this embodiment, in principle, for an enterprise with a large volume, the warehousing matching factor should be less than 10%, while for a small-scale enterprise, the warehousing matching factor needs to be less than 50%, and when the warehousing matching factor is not satisfied all the time, temporary personnel can be added as members of the second personnel group; and after the warehousing matching factor is met, a second personnel group acquires a warehousing task, the warehousing task corresponds to a tag item of the account, a chip tag is arranged at a corresponding asset, and after the first personnel group confirms the fixed position of the asset, the second personnel group inputs asset information into a database and matches the chip tag with a reader, so that the fixation of the second personnel group on the Internet is realized, and the fixation of the second personnel group in a real scene is also realized.
In this embodiment, generally, the chip tag and the asset are directly butted and matched, for example, for convenience of subsequent inventory, a readable and writable code, such as a two-dimensional code, may also be additionally printed and covered on the asset, as shown in fig. 1, an electronic tag is generated based on an RFID and is imported into a system to bind the RFID to the asset, and meanwhile, a custom asset tag card is stored and printed as a picture or PDF and is attached to the electronic tag (or may be separately set) and set on the asset.
Example 4
On the basis of the embodiment 2, an account of the asset to be checked is obtained, and a checking task is generated based on the electronic fence, wherein the checking task comprises checking personnel, and the checking personnel are corresponding personnel outside the electronic fence;
acquiring tag items of asset related personnel or departments in an account of the asset to be checked;
and based on the crowd characteristic contact ratio of the checking personnel and the asset associated personnel or departments, taking the crowd characteristic contact ratio as a checking matching factor, when the checking matching factor meets a preset value, the checking personnel completes checking based on the checking task and reports the result, otherwise, one or more checking personnel are replaced.
In the checking, for the missing assets, acquiring corresponding asset abnormal information and carrying out latest position checking; and if the latest position is not changed, updating the asset region, and otherwise, homing the asset.
In this embodiment, the inventory task is performed in units of an electronic fence or a smaller range.
In this embodiment, in the inventory process, the population characteristics are also considered, and the corresponding relationship between the asset classification, the asset region, the asset associated person or department, and the population characteristics in embodiment 3 is still used.
In this embodiment, under such processing, the person to be checked must be a person corresponding to the outside of the electronic fence, and the degree of overlap of the population characteristics of the person to be checked and the person or department associated with the asset, that is, the application of the checking matching factor may refer to the warehousing matching factor in embodiment 3, and the value thereof should be 10% to 50%, and for large-scale enterprises, is generally 10%, so that the matching and objective warehousing of both parties in the warehousing process can be realized; if the user can not reach the system all the time, the checking personnel can be replaced one by one until the requirements are met.
In this embodiment, for a missing asset, the latest location check may be performed based on the corresponding asset anomaly information stored in the past, and if there is the information and no alarm is given, it is indicated that the fixed asset is only a replacement or a location change, and an asset area needs to be updated or the asset is returned according to circumstances.
In the invention, the whole inventory process is as shown in fig. 2, asset classification is established, asset warehousing and inventory is carried out, inventory tasks are established and inventory is started, inventory data is uploaded, inventory conditions can be checked through a background or inventory reports are downloaded, and the inventory is finished after modified data of the inventory is submitted.
