Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有阻尼结构的低噪声刹车片,包括钢质背板、衬片和纤维填充物,所述衬片为酚醛树脂基热固摩擦材料或粉末冶金摩擦材料,粘附于钢质背板,所述衬片上设置有若干道条形槽,所述纤维填充物压实填充于所述条形槽内。本发明提供的一种具有阻尼结构的低噪声刹车片,通过条形槽内纤维填充物中纤维之间的摩擦阻尼衰减刹车片摩擦材料面内振动,从而抑制和消除盘式制动器的高频尖叫噪声,同时能够防止纤维填充物在设备工作过程中受到振动冲击作用而脱落,并使衬片具有保持一定的热胀冷缩特性,从而有利于刹车片的长期正常使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及刹车片技术领域,特别是关于一种具有阻尼结构的低噪声盘式制动器刹车片。
背景技术
盘式制动器作为一种利用摩擦作用达到减速或终止运动目的的装置,广泛用于交通工具和工业设备。尽管其结构形式多种多样,但关键元件均为制动盘和刹车片(又称制动块)。刹车片通常由钢质背板和衬片两部分组成。酚醛树脂基或粉末冶金衬片通过高温烧结成型,并粘附于背板表面。当需要制动时,通过向刹车片背板施加压力,使刹车片轴向移动至制动盘的盘面,由衬片对制动盘施加接触压力,旋转的制动盘会在随之产生的摩擦力作用下,逐渐减速直至停止运动。
刹车片与制动盘在接触摩擦过程中,衬片有时会产生高频面内振动,由于制动器零件之间力和运动的耦合,使制动盘产生强烈的振动,从而发出高频(1~16kHz)尖叫噪声,声压级可达80~120dB(A),会对周围环境造成噪声污染,影响附近人员的身心健康。为了抑制和消除这种制动尖叫噪声,刹车片生产企业常采取修改衬片配方或者对衬片倒角、开槽以及在背板上增设消音片或安装卡簧等措施,但效果具有很大的不确定性,尖叫噪声仍然有可能发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有阻尼结构的刹车片,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有盘式制动器有时会产生制动尖叫噪声的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有阻尼结构的刹车片包括
钢质背板、衬片和纤维填充物;
所述衬片为酚醛树脂基热固摩擦材料或粉末冶金摩擦材料,粘附于钢质背板;
所述衬片上设置有若干道条形槽;
所述纤维填充物压实填充于所述条形槽内。
作为优选,所述纤维填充物为耐高温材料。
作为优选,所述纤维填充物为玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、岩棉、矿物棉、熔凝石英纤维、化学处理的高硅石纤维、氧化铝连续纤维、稳定氧化锆纤维、氮化硼纤维、碱性钛酸盐纤维硼纤维或芳纶纤维。
作为优选,所述纤维填充物为纤维浆粕或非织造纤维布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:通过在衬片多道条形槽内压实填充耐高温的纤维填充物,利用纤维之间的摩擦阻尼作用,达到衰减刹车片衬片面内振动的目的,从而抑制和消除盘式制动器的高频尖叫噪声。通过在多道条形槽内填充纤维填充物,不仅能够增大摩擦材料的整体阻尼作用,还可对其局部强烈振动起到阻尼作用,从而更有利于抑制和消除尖叫噪声。
纤维填充物在衬片粗糙的条形槽内进行压实填充,不仅能够提高摩擦阻尼,而且能够保证粗糙的条形槽对纤维填充物有一定摩擦阻力,防止纤维填充物在设备工作过程中受到振动冲击作用而脱落,还能使衬片具有保持一定的热胀冷缩特性,不至于导致制动过程中衬片由于热应力引起的开裂问题,从而有利于刹车片的长期正常使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细的描述。
一种具有阻尼结构的低噪声盘式制动器刹车片,包括钢质背板1、衬片2和纤维填充物3。衬片2为酚醛树脂基热固摩擦材料或粉末冶金摩擦材料,衬片2粘附于钢质背板1表面,在衬片2上设置若干道内壁粗糙的条形槽。在本实施例中衬片2上设置三道内壁粗糙的条形槽,条形槽内压实填充纤维材料3,通过纤维之间摩擦提供阻尼,以衰减刹车片的振动。由于刹车片在工作时摩擦材料局部温度可达300℃以上,故为了保证摩擦材料性能和设备安全,纤维材料3为耐高温材料,包括玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、岩棉、矿物棉、熔凝石英纤维、化学处理的高硅石纤维、氧化铝连续纤维、稳定氧化锆纤维、氮化硼纤维、碱性钛酸盐纤维硼纤维或芳纶纤维或它们的混合物。另外,纤维材料3为松散的纤维浆粕或非织造纤维布,以便压实填充在衬片2的条形槽内。
综上,本发明利用在刹车片衬片2上若干道粗糙的条形槽内压实填充耐高温纤维填充物3,通过纤维之间摩擦阻尼作用衰减摩擦材料2的高频面内振动,实现抑制和消除制动器尖叫噪声的目的。在设备工作过程中,粗糙条形槽内被压实填充的纤维填充物3不会由于振动影响而脱落,并能保证衬片2具有一定的热胀冷缩特性而不至于受热应力作用引起开裂,从而有利于刹车片的长期使用。

1.一种具有阻尼结构的低噪声刹车片,其特征在于,包括
钢质背板、衬片和纤维填充物;
所述衬片为酚醛树脂基热固摩擦材料或粉末冶金摩擦材料,粘附于钢质背板,所述刹车片衬片上设置有若干条形槽;
所述纤维填充物压实填充于所述条形槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻尼结构的低噪声刹车片,其特征在于,所述纤维填充物为耐高温材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有阻尼结构的低噪声刹车片,其特征在于,所述纤维填充物为玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、岩棉、矿物棉、熔凝石英纤维、化学处理的高硅石纤维、氧化铝连续纤维、稳定氧化锆纤维、氮化硼纤维、碱性钛酸盐纤维硼纤维、芳纶纤维或它们的混合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有阻尼结构的低噪声刹车片,其特征在于,所述纤维填充物为纤维浆粕或非织造纤维布。
