本发明公开了一种高速拉拔镀锌细丝的水性润滑剂及其制备方法,润滑剂包括月桂酸15~35%,棕榈油3~20%,阴离子表面活性剂2~15%,EDTA二钠0.5~1.5%,羟乙磷酸四钠0.5~2.0%,极压剂2~8%,二氯异氰尿酸钠0.3~1.2%,余下为去离子水至100%。制备方法包括将计量好的月桂酸、棕榈油、阴离子表面活性剂,加入搪瓷搅拌釜中搅拌20分钟;将计量好的去离子水加入步骤一的反应釜中,边搅拌边加热至70℃,再搅拌20分钟;停止加热,将计量好的EDTA、羟乙磷酸四钠、极压剂、二氯异氰尿酸钠加入步骤二的反应釜中,搅拌30分钟后,冷却至室温包装。本发明主要原材料来源广泛,制得的水性润滑剂价格合适,且储存、运输安全;润滑剂制备方法简捷,一步制备,且无三废排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及涉及金属加工领域,具体涉及一种高速拉拔镀锌细丝的水性润滑剂及其制备方法,尤其涉及镀锌丝拉拔速度≤150米/秒、拉拔细丝≤2毫米的拔丝工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,镀锌拔丝生产中会产生如下问题:1、模具磨损严重;2、产品表面表面不够光洁;3、拔出的细丝经常有伤痕;4、原来使用的润滑剂成本高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种高速拉拔镀锌细丝的水性润滑剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种高速拉拔镀锌细丝的水性润滑剂,包括如下重量百分比的原料:月桂酸15~35%,棕榈油3~20%,阴离子表面活性剂2~15%,EDTA二钠0.5~1.5%,羟乙磷酸四钠0.5~2.0%,极压剂2~8%,二氯异氰尿酸钠0.3~1.2%,余下为去离子水,合计百分之百。
作为上述方案的优选,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或α-烯基磺酸钠。
作为上述方案的优选,所述极压剂为环烷酸铅、偏硼酸钠、二丁基硫代氨基甲酸锑、二丁基硫代氨基甲酸铅、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼或三聚磷酸钠。
一种高速拉拔镀锌细丝的水性润滑剂的其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将计量好的月桂酸、棕榈油、阴离子表面活性剂,加入搪瓷搅拌釜中搅拌15~20分钟;
步骤二、将计量好的去离子水加入步骤一的反应釜中,边搅拌边加热至60~70℃,再搅拌15~20分钟;
步骤三、停止加热,将计量好的EDTA、羟乙磷酸四钠、极压剂、二氯异氰尿酸钠加入步骤二的反应釜中,搅拌20~30分钟后,冷却至室温包装。
作为上述方案的优选,步骤三中制得的润滑剂,在10~35℃为乳白色粘稠液体,固含量≥30%,5%水溶液PH值为8.0~10.0,5%水溶液表面张力≤30mN/m。
由于具有上述结构,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的主要原材料来源广泛,制得的水性润滑剂价格合适。而且本发明的润滑剂制备方法简捷,一步制备,且无三废排放。同时本发明的润滑剂为水溶液,储存、运输安全。

制得的润滑剂性能:外观:乳白色粘稠液体(10~35℃);固含量:≥30%;水溶性:常温下与水任意比例混溶;5%水溶液PH:8.0~10.0;5%水溶液PB(Kg):≥80;5%水溶液表面张力(mN/m):≤30。
实施例一:
原料组成(重量%)月桂酸20,棕榈油10,阴离子表面活性剂5,EDTA二钠1,羟乙磷酸四钠1.2,极压剂3,二氯异氰尿酸钠0.3,去离子水59.5。
制备过程如下:
步骤一、将计量好的月桂酸、棕榈油、阴离子表面活性剂,加入搪瓷搅拌釜中搅拌20分钟;
步骤二、将计量好的去离子水加入步骤一的反应釜中,边搅拌边加热至70℃,再搅拌20分钟;
步骤三、停止加热,将计量好的EDTA、羟乙磷酸四钠、极压剂、二氯异氰尿酸钠加入步骤二的反应釜中,搅拌30分钟后,冷却至室温包装。
实施例二:
原料组成(重量%)月桂酸25,棕榈油8,阴离子表面活性剂4,EDTA二钠0.8,羟乙磷酸四钠1,极压剂5,二氯异氰尿酸钠0.5,去离子水55.7。
制备过程如下:
步骤一、将计量好的月桂酸、棕榈油、阴离子表面活性剂,加入搪瓷搅拌釜中搅拌20分钟;
步骤二、将计量好的去离子水加入步骤一的反应釜中,边搅拌边加热至70℃,再搅拌20分钟;
步骤三、停止加热,将计量好的EDTA、羟乙磷酸四钠、极压剂、二氯异氰尿酸钠加入步骤二的反应釜中,搅拌30分钟后,冷却至室温包装。
实施例三:
原料组成(重量%)月桂酸30,棕榈油5,阴离子表面活性剂3,EDTA二钠0.6,羟乙磷酸四钠0.8,极压剂7,二氯异氰尿酸钠0.8,去离子水52.8。制备过程如下:
步骤一、将计量好的月桂酸、棕榈油、阴离子表面活性剂,加入搪瓷搅拌釜中搅拌20分钟。
步骤二、将计量好的去离子水加入步骤一的反应釜中,边搅拌边加热至70℃,再搅拌20分钟。
步骤三、停止加热,将计量好的EDTA、羟乙磷酸四钠、极压剂、二氯异氰尿酸钠加入步骤二的反应釜中,搅拌30分钟后,冷却至室温包装。
实施例四:
原料组成(重量%)月桂酸32,棕榈油3,阴离子表面活性剂2,EDTA二钠0.5,羟乙磷酸四钠0.6,极压剂6,二氯异氰尿酸钠0.6,去离子水55.3。制备过程如下:
步骤一、将计量好的月桂酸、棕榈油、阴离子表面活性剂,加入搪瓷搅拌釜中搅拌20分钟。
步骤二、将计量好的去离子水加入步骤一的反应釜中,边搅拌边加热至70℃,再搅拌20分钟。
步骤三、停止加热,将计量好的EDTA、羟乙磷酸四钠、极压剂、二氯异氰尿酸钠加入步骤二的反应釜中,搅拌30分钟后,冷却至室温包装。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速拉拔镀锌细丝的水性润滑剂,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或α-烯基磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速拉拔镀锌细丝的水性润滑剂,其特征在于:所述极压剂为环烷酸铅、偏硼酸钠、二丁基硫代氨基甲酸锑、二丁基硫代氨基甲酸铅、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼或三聚磷酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速拉拔镀锌细丝的水性润滑剂的其制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将计量好的月桂酸、棕榈油、阴离子表面活性剂,加入搪瓷搅拌釜中搅拌15~20分钟;
步骤二、将计量好的去离子水加入步骤一的反应釜中,边搅拌边加热至60~70℃,再搅拌15~20分钟;
步骤三、停止加热,将计量好的EDTA、羟乙磷酸四钠、极压剂、二氯异氰尿酸钠加入步骤二的反应釜中,搅拌20~30分钟后,冷却至室温包装。
