技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油添加剂组合物,特别是适用于一种螺杆式空气压缩机油的添加剂组合物。
背景技术
螺杆式空气压缩机是压缩机设备中应用最广泛的结构型式,为工业领域中的关键设备。压缩机油是压缩机设备中必需的介质,在***中有润滑、密封等功能。添加剂组合物是空气压缩机油核心,国外添加剂公司技术储备较早,积累丰富,在产品性能上具备一定优势,而国内产品在应对抗磨性、高温氧化及漆膜产生等能力明显不足。
专利CN108329978A公开了一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,采用水不溶性聚醚和酯类基础油,以及抗氧剂、油性剂、防锈剂、清净剂、破乳剂、消泡剂等功能添加剂,油品具有良好的润滑性能、低温气动性能、高温氧化稳定性能及油泥积碳倾向性低等特点。
专利CN103184090A公开了一种螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物,其组分由胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯型抗氧剂复合构成的高温抗氧剂与极压抗磨剂、抗腐蚀剂和防锈剂等组成,适用于加氢油、半合成油及 PAO油为基础油的螺杆式压缩机油,能显著提高油品抗氧化性能,控制油泥趋势。
虽然上述专利在特定方面具有一定的效果,但是在抗氧化性以及耐磨性方法仍需进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物及其应用,该组合物与基础油调合后,可获得优异的抗磨、抗氧化、防腐蚀、延长使用寿命、降低漆膜产生等性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物,该组合物包括抗氧剂、烷基吡咯六氟磷酸盐离子液体、防锈剂和金属钝化剂,所述烷基吡咯六氟磷酸盐离子液体具有如下式Ⅰ结构:

本发明所述的螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物,其中,以该组合物的总质量为基准,该组合物中,抗氧剂的质量含量为20%-60%,烷基吡咯六氟磷酸盐离子液体的质量含量为10%-40%,防锈剂的质量含量为5%-15%,金属钝化剂的质量含量为5%-15%。
本发明所述的螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物,其中,所述抗氧剂为芳胺型抗氧剂、双酚型抗氧剂和酚胺型抗氧剂的至少一种。
本发明所述的螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物,其中,所述芳胺型抗氧剂为烷基二苯胺或苯基-α-萘胺,所述双酚型抗氧剂为4,4’-亚甲基双 (2,6-二叔丁基苯酚),所述酚胺型抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基α-二甲基氨基对甲酚。
本发明所述的螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物,其中,所述防锈剂为二壬基萘磺酸锂、氮硼酸酯、烯基丁二酸半酯的至少一种。

为了达到上述目的,本发明还提供了上述的螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物在螺杆式空气压缩机润滑油中的应用。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用烷基吡咯六氟磷酸盐离子液体复配体系,所得组合物用于螺杆式空气压缩机润滑油,表现出优秀的抗磨及抗氧化性能,同时可以对金属提供良好的防腐保护。本发明组合物性能稳定,满足各类螺杆式空气压缩机***的润滑要求。

以下对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例,下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件。

从烷基吡咯六氟磷酸盐离子液体的分子结构式可以看出,所述离子液体为含氮-磷的化合物及吡咯杂环化合物,能提高抗磨性、抑制金属及其化合物对油品的催化氧化,与芳胺型和双酚型等抗氧剂复配可极提升油品抗氧化性能、延长油品寿命。
在一实施方式中,离子液体中n为4-8的正整数。在另一实施方式中, n为4。在又一实施方式中,CnH2n+1为正丁基。
在一实施方式中,以螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物的总质量为基准,本发明螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物包括抗氧剂20%-60%、烷基吡咯六氟磷酸盐离子液体10%-40%、防锈剂5%-15%、金属钝化剂5%- 15%、抗乳化剂1%-5%、抗泡剂1%-5%、余量为稀释剂。
在一实施方式中,抗氧剂的质量含量为20%-50%,本发明抗氧剂为芳胺型抗氧剂、双酚型抗氧剂和酚胺型抗氧剂的至少一种,本发明对多种抗氧剂之间的复配比例不作特别限定,可以为任意比例。
在又一实施方式中,芳胺型抗氧剂为烷基二苯胺和/或苯基-α-萘胺,双酚型抗氧剂为4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚),酚胺型抗氧剂为 2,6-二叔丁基α-二甲基氨基对甲酚。本发明抗氧化剂与烷基吡咯六氟磷酸盐离子液体协同作用,可以提升油品抗氧化性能、延长油品寿命
在一实施方式中,防锈剂为二壬基萘磺酸锂、氮硼酸酯、烯基丁二酸半酯的至少一种。本发明对选用多种防锈剂时其复配比例不作特别限定,可以以任意比例进行复配。本发明防锈剂通过在金属表面形成吸附膜,抑制金属与水和氧的接触,减少锈蚀。
在一实施方式中,本发明金属钝化剂为甲苯并***衍生物、噻二唑衍生物中的至少一种。在又一实施方式中,本发明金属钝化剂为甲苯并***衍生物。本发明金属钝化剂可在金属表面形成化学保护膜,阻止金属形成金属离子,催化氧化油品,同时能防止硫和有机酸等的腐蚀。
在一实施方式中,本发明抗氧化剂为油溶性聚醚。螺杆式空气压缩机油与空气直接接触,在长期使用过程中会受到水的污染,形成乳状液,造成油品润滑性降低、寿命缩短甚至机械损坏,抗乳化剂通过改变油-水界面张力,能改善油品的抗乳化性。
在一实施方式中,本发明抗泡剂为T901或T902。本发明抗泡剂可兼顾抗泡性、油溶性、稳定性等,使用方便且同其它添加剂的配伍性良好。
在一实施方式中,本发明稀释剂为4-6cSt的中性油。本发明稀释剂具备较合适的黏度,不影响油品闪点等理化指标。
如此得到本发明螺杆式空气压缩机油添加剂组合物,用于螺杆式空气压缩机润滑油,表现出优秀的抗磨及抗氧化性能,同时对金属提供良好的防腐保护。并且,本发明组合物性能稳定,有利于油品长周期运行。
本发明不特别限定组合物的制备方法,例如将各物质均匀混合即可。本发明组合物用于螺杆式空气压缩机润滑油时,添加量例如为润滑油质量的 0.1-10%。

由上表所示,实施例1、2、3、4、5组合物调合的油品,抗磨性能优异,FZG失效级达到11,抗氧化性能突出,旋转氧弹达到1800min以上,残炭生成少,康氏残炭增值不大于0.3%,同时防锈性、破乳性、抗泡性等表现良好,满足螺杆式空气压缩机***的润滑要求。
将对比例1、2、3所得组合物,按占基础油质量百分比1%的加剂量与 II类基础油调合后,对所得调和油品进行抗氧化性能测试,油品的测试结果如下:

由上表所示,采用未添加离子液体的对比例1、2、3组合物调合的油品,旋转氧弹分别为1311min、1023min、956min,远低于实施例1组合物调合的油品。
