技术领域
本公开关于托板的领域,且更特别关于木质托板,且关于用于制造同者的相关方法,所述木质托板具有对来自材料处置设备的冲击的改善的弹性。
背景技术
传统木质托板包含支撑块所分离的基础层以及货物层。货物层传统上具有在连接器板上组装的端部甲板,所述连接器板在托板的全长或宽度延续。端部甲板通过连接器板而被钉入支撑块,以建构托板的主结构。端部甲板也被称为边板(lead board)。中间甲板被置放在端部甲板之间。

12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述货物层还包括一对间隔开的连接器板,而每一个端部甲板以及每一个中间甲板在所述一对连接器板上,且每一个端部甲板以及每一个中间甲板正交于所述一对连接器板。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中每一个中间甲板与端部甲板具有相同宽度。
14.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述货物层还包括所述一对中间甲板之间的至少一个额外中间甲板,而所述至少一个额外中间甲板与所述一对中间甲板间隔开。
15.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述基础层包括一对底部端部甲板以及在所述一对底部端部甲板之间的底部中心甲板,而所述底部中心甲板的宽度大于所述底部端部甲板的宽度。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述底部端部甲板及所述底部中心甲板对准所述端部甲板及所述中间甲板。
17.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中每一个角支撑块具有间隔开的上表面与下表面以及在所述上表面与所述下表面之间延伸的角度化边缘。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中每一个端部甲板的外角具有与所述角支撑块的所述角度化边缘对准的角度化边缘。
19.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述基础层包括一对底部端部甲板以及在所述一对底部端部甲板之间的底部中心甲板,而每一个底部端部甲板的外角具有角度化边缘,所述每一个底部端部甲板的所述角度化边缘对准所述角支撑块的所述角度化边缘中的一个角度化边缘。
20.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述基础层包括多个底部甲板,而每一个底部甲板耦合到至少二个支撑块且具有在所述一对支撑块之间的斜角边缘以及在每一个相应支撑块处的非斜角边缘。
