Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "outer", "inner", "thickness", "skin", "inner layer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a high barrier film, including printing layer 1, printing ink layer 2, high barrier layer 3 that form by adopting conventional food package composite technology to compound in proper order from outside to inside, printing layer 1 is the BOPP membrane, high barrier layer 3 is the multilayer coextrusion film that the structure is RCPP/EVOH/RCPP, as shown in fig. 1, 2.
Wherein, the printing layer 1 is positioned on the outermost layer, has the thickness of 15-60 μm, preferably 18-50 μm and mainly plays a role of printing. The high barrier layer 3 is a functional layer which is an innermost layer, is in direct contact with food, and mainly provides a barrier function against oxygen and water vapor. The RCPP film 3-1a, namely a cooking-grade cast polypropylene film, has the performances of light weight, high transparency, strong mechanical adaptability, good moisture resistance and heat resistance, is mainly characterized by high temperature resistance, capability of being cooked at the high temperature of 121 ℃, high safety performance, and in addition, the high-temperature-resistant, alkali-resistant and grease-resistant performance and high impact strength. The EVOH (ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer) film 3-2a is a crystalline polymer having a chain structure, integrates good processability of the ethylene polymer and extremely high gas barrier property of the vinyl alcohol polymer, and is an excellent barrier material having a gas barrier property 100 times higher than PA, 10000 times higher than PE and PP, and several tens times higher than PVDC, and further, EVOH is excellent in transparency, gloss, mechanical strength, stretchability, wear resistance, cold resistance, and surface strength. Both RCPP and EVOH are used in the food industry for aseptic packaging, hot filling and retort pouches, packaging of dairy products, meat, fruit juice cans, etc., and are food grade packaging materials that are safe to use. The RCPP and EVOH are co-extruded in a multi-layer way by a conventional process to prepare the multi-layer co-extruded film with the structure of RCPP/EVOH/RCPP, so that the barrier property can be further enhanced, and an excellent oxygen and water vapor barrier effect can be provided.
Example 2
The only difference from example 1 is: the high barrier layer 3 is an aluminized or aluminized BOPP film, an adhesive layer and an RCPP film which are sequentially arranged from the ink layer to the inside, as shown in figure 3.
The method comprises the following steps of taking an aluminized or aluminized BOPP film 3-1b, an adhesive layer 3-2b and an RCPP film 3-3b which are sequentially arranged from the ink layer 2 to the inside as a high barrier layer 3, wherein the thickness of the aluminized or aluminized BOPP film 3-1b is 15-60 mu m, preferably 15-30 mu m; the RCPP films 3-3b have a thickness of 40-150 μm, preferably 40-100 um. The BOPP film 3-1b is a biaxial stretching polypropylene film. The BOPP film 3-1b is produced by first making a melt of high molecular polypropylene into a sheet or thick film through a long and narrow head, then stretching it in two perpendicular directions (longitudinal, transverse) simultaneously or stepwise at a certain temperature and a set speed in a special stretching machine, and subjecting it to appropriate cooling or heat treatment or special processing (e.g., corona, coating, etc.). The BOPP film 3-1b is a very important flexible packaging material, is colorless, odorless, tasteless and nontoxic, and has high tensile strength, impact strength, rigidity, toughness and good transparency. The barrier property can be improved by plating aluminum or aluminum oxide film on the surface of the BOPP film 3-1b, and the heat sealing property can be improved by compounding with the RCPP film 3-3 b.
The water vapor permeability of the films of the examples of the invention (38 ℃/903R.H.) was determined<1g/m 2 D, oxygen permeability (23 ℃/03R.H.)<1cm 3 /m 2 D, resistance to cooking at 121 ℃.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and the present invention shall be covered thereby. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
