Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the sander with a function of quickly changing a base plate according to the present embodiment includes a machine body assembly 1, a base plate assembly 2 and a base plate quick-change component 3, wherein the base plate assembly 2 is detachably mounted on the machine body assembly 1 through the base plate quick-change component 3, and the base plate assembly 2 is driven by the machine body assembly 1 to perform polishing and grinding operations. The machine body assembly 1 comprises output shafts 1-4 controlled to rotate and a main shaft locking mechanism used for locking the rotation of the output shafts 1-4 when the bottom plate assembly 2 is disassembled and assembled, the output shafts 1-4 can axially rotate in the machine body assembly 1, and the main shaft locking mechanism can lock the output shafts 1-4 when the output shafts 1-4 do not work, so that the output shafts 1-4 cannot axially rotate, and the bottom plate assembly 2 is convenient to disassemble and assemble. The bottom plate assembly 2 comprises a bottom plate main body 2-1 and an eccentric shaft 2-3 rotatably mounted on the bottom plate main body 2-1, and the eccentric shaft 2-3 can axially rotate relative to the bottom plate main body 2-1. The quick-change bottom plate component 3 is arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate assembly 2 and comprises a bottom plate lock knob 3-1 and a protective cover 3-3, the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 is provided with a knob structure and a locking end capable of being in threaded fit with the output end of the output shaft 1-4, the bottom of the bottom plate main body 2-1 is provided with a counter bore 2-1a for accommodating the quick-change bottom plate component 3, the quick-change bottom plate component 3 is enabled to be sunk into the counter bore 2-1a after being installed, an eccentric shaft hole 2-3-2 (shown in figure 4) is eccentrically arranged on the eccentric shaft 2-3 of the bottom plate assembly 2, and an axis z1 of the shaft hole 2-3-2 is parallel to an axis z2 of the eccentric shaft 2-3, and a certain eccentric distance is arranged between the two axes. When the machine body assembly 1 and the bottom plate assembly 2 are installed, the output end of the output shaft 1-4 or the locking end of the bottom plate locking button 3-1 penetrates through the shaft hole 2-3-2 of the eccentric shaft 2-3, and when the output shaft 1-4 is rotationally locked by the main shaft locking mechanism, the bottom plate locking button 3-1 and the output end of the output shaft 1-4 are screwed in a threaded manner to achieve axial hoisting installation or disassembly of the bottom plate assembly 2. The protective cover 3-3 is arranged on the bottom plate lock knob 3-1, and can be opened to expose the knob structure of the bottom plate lock knob 3-1, so that the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 can be conveniently screwed, and the installation and the disassembly of the bottom plate are realized; or the bottom plate locking button 3-1 is covered by the cover when the sander is closed, so that the bottom plate locking button 3-1 can be prevented from being exposed when the sander is used, potential safety hazards such as hitting hands when the bottom plate locking button rotates are effectively eliminated, and the sander is safer and more reliable to use. The axis of the output shaft 1-4 is coaxial with the axis z1 of the shaft hole 2-3-2, the output shaft 1-4 is in transmission connection with the eccentric shaft 2-3, the output shaft 1-4 drives the eccentric shaft 2-3 to rotate, and further the axis z2 of the eccentric shaft 2-3 makes circular motion around the axis z1, and further drives the bottom plate main body 2-1 to make corresponding plane motion. By adopting the design, the bottom plate and the sander body are detachably connected together from the bottom of the bottom plate by utilizing the bottom plate lock knob 3-1, the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 can be operated more conveniently by utilizing the knob structure, the operation is more convenient and smooth, the axial hanging and the installation of the bottom plate are firm and reliable by matching with the locking of the main shaft locking mechanism to the output shaft 1-4, and the sander has the advantages of simple structure for disassembling and assembling the bottom plate, convenient operation, firm installation, safety, reliability and the like, so that the sander body can be matched with the bottom plates in different forms for use, and a multi-in-one multifunctional sander is formed.
In this embodiment, the spindle locking mechanism has an interlocking function with a starting switch on the machine body assembly 1 for controlling the rotation of the output shaft 1-4, and when the starting switch is in an open state, the spindle locking mechanism is always in a release state for the output shaft 1-4; the spindle lock mechanism can selectively lock the output shafts 1 to 4 when the start switch is in the off state. Namely: when the sander works, the output shaft 1-4 cannot be locked by the main shaft locking mechanism, and when the sander does not work and the bottom plate needs to be disassembled and assembled, the output shaft 1-4 is locked by the main shaft locking mechanism and cannot axially rotate. By adopting the interlocking design, the sander can be always in a release state for the output shafts 1-4 during operation, the sander is prevented from being locked and damaged due to misoperation, and the service stability and the service life of the sander are improved. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 13 and 14, the spindle locking mechanism includes a spindle lock knob 1-3 and a spindle lock disk 1-10, the spindle lock disk 1-10 is a circular structure, the spindle lock disk 1-10 is coaxially fixed on an output shaft 1-4, a plurality of lock insertion holes 1-10a are circumferentially distributed on the spindle lock disk 1-10, a latch 1-3a adapted to the lock insertion holes 1-10a is arranged on the spindle lock knob 1-3, the spindle lock knob 1-3 is axially and telescopically arranged on the upper portion of a housing 1-1 of the machine body assembly 1 through a return spring 1-3b, the lock insertion holes 1-10a are circumferentially distributed on an end face of the spindle lock disk 1-10, and the bolt 1-3a of the main shaft lock knob 1-3 is matched with the locking jack 1-10 a. The starting switch on the machine body assembly 1 is a push button switch 1-2, a push button baffle plate 1-2-1 matched with the main shaft lock button 1-3 is arranged on the push button switch 1-2, when the push button switch 1-2 is in an opening state, the push button baffle plate 1-2-1 blocks the main shaft lock button 1-3, so that the main shaft lock button 1-3 cannot be pressed down and is always kept in a release state for the output shaft 1-4; when the push button switch 1-2 is in a closed state, the push button baffle 1-2-1 releases the main shaft lock button 1-3, so that the main shaft lock button 1-3 can be pressed down to enable the bolt 1-3a to be inserted into the corresponding lock jack 1-10a of the main shaft lock disk 1-10 to lock the output shaft 1-4. The push button switch 1-2 and the main shaft lock button 1-3 are both arranged on the upper portion of a shell 1-1 of the machine body assembly 1, a push button baffle plate 1-2-1 is integrally formed on the push button switch 1-2, a bolt 1-3a can be made of metal materials and is integrally injection-molded with the main shaft lock button 1-3 as an insert, a reset spring 1-3b is sleeved on the outer side of the bolt 1-3a, the lower end of the reset spring is abutted against the shell 1-1, and the upper end of the reset spring is abutted against the main shaft lock button 1-3, so that the main shaft lock button 1-3 keeps the upward jacking elastic trend. The spindle lock button 1-3 is arranged in the shell 1-1 in a vertically sliding manner, under the action of the reset spring 1-3b, the lower end face of the bolt 1-3a is higher than the push button baffle 1-2-1, at the moment, the push button switch 1-2 can be pushed from a closed state to an open state, so that the sander is started, at the moment, the push button baffle 1-2-1 moves to the lower end of the bolt 1-3a, when the spindle lock button 1-3 is pressed, the bolt 1-3a is blocked by the push button baffle 1-2-1 and cannot be pressed down, and the output shaft is ensured not to be locked; and when the push button switch 1-2 is in a closed state, the push button baffle 1-2-1 is moved away from the lower end of the bolt 1-3a, at the moment, the spindle lock button 1-3 can be pressed to enable the bolt 1-3a to be inserted into the corresponding lock jack 1-10a of the spindle lock disk 1-10 to realize the locking of the output shaft 1-4, and under the same state, the bolt 1-3a also blocks the moving path of the push button baffle 1-2-1, so that the push button switch 1-2 cannot be switched to an open state. By adopting the matching structure of the spindle lock knob 1-3 and the push knob switch 1-2, the spindle is stable and reliable in locking, simple and compact in structure and flexible and convenient to operate.
In the sander with the function of quickly changing the base plate, the base plate lock knob 3-1 is in threaded fit with the output end of the output shaft 1-4, the threaded fit can be that the output shaft 1-4 adopts internal threads, the base plate lock knob 3-1 adopts external threads, or the output shaft 1-4 adopts external threads, and the base plate lock knob 3-1 adopts internal threads. The former screw-fit structure is preferable particularly in the present embodiment. As shown in the figures 2, 3 and 12, the output end of the output shaft 1-4 is provided with a threaded hole 1-4a, the locking end of the bottom plate locking button 3-1 is a stud 3-1a which is in threaded fit with the threaded hole 1-4a, the stud 3-1a can be used as an insert to be integrally injection-molded with the bottom plate locking button 3-1, and when the body assembly 1 and the bottom plate assembly 2 are installed, the output end of the output shaft 1-4 penetrates through the shaft hole 2-3-2 of the eccentric shaft 2-3 and is in threaded connection with the stud 3-1a of the bottom plate locking button 3-1. By adopting the design, the threaded holes are more conveniently formed on the output shafts 1 to 4, the assembly of the output ends of the output shafts 1 to 4 and the eccentric shafts 2 to 3 on the base plate can be facilitated, and the base plate of the sander is further convenient to disassemble and assemble.
In order to prevent the knob structure of the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 from hurting a user when rotating, a protective cover 3-3 capable of being opened or detached is further arranged on the bottom plate lock knob 3-1, the protective cover 3-3 is used for covering the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 positioned in the countersunk hole 2-1a, potential safety hazards such as hiring hands and the like when the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 rotates are effectively eliminated, and the use is safer and more reliable. As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, in this embodiment, the knob structure of the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 is the ear plates 3-1-1 disposed oppositely, and the ear plates 3-1-1 disposed at two sides of the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 are convenient to apply the screwing force from two sides, so that the rotation operation of the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 is easier and smoother, and the screwing and locking are firmer and more reliable. The protective cover 3-3 is rotatably connected with the ear plate 3-1-1 on one side around the rotating shaft 3-4 and is matched with the ear plate 3-1-1 on the other side by adopting a buckle structure, and the protective cover 3-3 can be rotatably opened around the rotating shaft 3-4 to expose the ear plate 3-1-1 or is rotatably buckled on the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 by the buckle structure to cover the ear plate 3-1-1. When the protective cover 3-3 is opened (as shown in fig. 7), the lug plates 3-1-1 on the two sides can be grasped to carry out screwing operation on the stud 3-1a of the bottom plate lock knob 3-1; in the closed state of the protective cover 3-3 (as shown in fig. 12), the fingers of the user can not contact the ear plate 3-1-1, so that the damage of the bottom plate lock button 3-1 to the user can be prevented, and the use safety of the sander is further ensured under the condition of facilitating the disassembly and assembly of the bottom plate. In addition, the protective cover 3-3 is arranged on the bottom plate lock knob 3-1, so that the protective cover and the bottom plate lock knob are connected into a combined piece, scattered component parts are reduced, the protective cover 3-3 is not easy to lose when the bottom plate is disassembled, and the structural design is simpler and more compact. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the protection cover 3-3 in this embodiment is preferably a circular structure, a circle of inward-turned edge is disposed on the periphery of the protection cover 3-3, a rotation shaft mounting seat is disposed on the inner side of the protection cover 3-3, the ear plate 3-1-1 of the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 is mounted in a gap in the middle of the rotation shaft mounting seat, and the protection cover 3-3 and the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 are connected together through the rotation shaft 3-4. An avoidance notch 3-3-2 for avoiding the corresponding ear plate 3-1-1 is arranged on one side of the inward turning edge body close to the rotating shaft 3-4, so that the protective cover 3-3 has a larger rotation opening angle, a buckle 3-3-1 is arranged on the inner side of one side of the inward turning edge body opposite to the avoidance notch 3-3-2, and a clamping groove 3-1-2 matched with the buckle 3-3-1 is arranged on the corresponding ear plate 3-1-1. By adopting the arrangement, the protective cover 3-3 and the bottom plate lock knob 3-1 are more convenient to manufacture, the opening or closing operation of the protective cover 3-3 is simple, and the smooth protective cover 3-3 can effectively avoid the problem that fingers are injured by the ear plate 3-1-1 when extending into the bottom plate lock knob 3-1.
In the present embodiment, the bottom plate assembly 2 is an assembly assembled as a single body. As shown in figure 4, the upper part of the bottom plate main body 2-1 is provided with a bearing mounting hole 2-1-1, a bottom plate bearing 2-2 is arranged in the bearing mounting hole 2-1-1, the eccentric shaft 2-3 is arranged on the bottom plate main body 2-1 through the bottom plate bearing 2-2, the outer ring of the bearing of the bottom plate bearing 2-2 is in interference fit with the bearing mounting hole 2-1-1, and the eccentric shaft 2-3 is in interference fit with the inner ring of the bottom plate bearing 2-2, so that the bottom plates can be combined into a whole body, and the bottom plates can be conveniently disassembled and assembled. And, the eccentric shaft 2-3 is set up on the bottom plate, the eccentricity on every bottom plate can adopt different designs, thus make the bottom plate of different usage have more suitable eccentricity, make the sander more high-efficient. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, the output end of the output shaft 1-4 can be inserted into and matched with the shaft hole 2-3-2 of the eccentric shaft 2-3, in order to realize the transmission of the two, the lower end of the output shaft 1-4 is fixedly provided with a positioning transmission block 1-5, the positioning transmission block 1-5 can be pressed on the output shaft 1-4 in an interference fit manner, the positioning transmission block 1-5 is provided with a first end face tooth 1-5-1, the top of the eccentric shaft 2-3 is provided with a second end face tooth 2-3-1, when the body assembly 1 and the bottom plate assembly 2 are installed, the first end face tooth 1-5-1 and the second end face tooth 2-3-1 are engaged for transmission, and the positioning and torque transmission between the output shaft 1-4 and the eccentric shaft 2-3 are realized by using the end face teeth, simple structure, the equipment is convenient, and the transmission is stable high-efficient. In order to reduce the running vibration of the sander, a balance block 2-3-3 is also arranged on the eccentric shaft 2-3.
Referring to fig. 2 and 12, in the present embodiment, in order to improve the locking strength of the bottom plate, the bottom plate quick-change assembly 3 further includes a gasket 3-2, the gasket 3-2 is sleeved on the locking end of the bottom plate locking knob 3-1, and when the bottom plate locking knob 3-1 and the output end of the output shaft 1-4 are axially suspended and mounted, the gasket 3-2 is pressed against the lower end surface of the eccentric shaft 2-3 or the lower end surface of the inner ring of the bottom plate bearing 2-2. When the sander works, the whole soleplate quick-change component 3, the eccentric shaft 2-3 and the inner ring of the soleplate bearing 2-2 rotate along with the output shaft 1-4, the locking strength can be further improved by utilizing the gasket 3-2, and the problem that the soleplate lock knob 3-1 is loosened is effectively prevented.
Returning to fig. 1, in the sander with a function of quickly changing a base plate of the present embodiment, a support frame 1-6 is provided at the lower part of a machine body assembly 1, the base plate assembly 2 includes two forms of a random orbital motion base plate and a revolution orbital motion base plate, the random orbital motion base plate is detachably mounted on an output shaft 1-4 of the machine body assembly 1 through a base plate quick change component 3, and rotates around an eccentric shaft 2-3 while revolving around the output shaft 1-4. The random orbital motion base plate is as a circular base plate 2C in figure 1, and is arranged on an output shaft 1-4 of a machine body assembly 1 through a base plate quick-change component 3, the circular base plate 2C is not contacted with a support frame 1-6, when the random orbital motion base plate works, the output shaft 1-4 drives an eccentric shaft 2-3 on the circular base plate 2C to rotate, so that the circular base plate 2C revolves around an axis z1 of the output shaft 1-4, meanwhile, the circular base plate 2C can freely rotate around an axis z2 of the eccentric shaft 2-3 to form random orbital motion, and the rotating speed of the circular base plate 2C is higher at the moment and is more suitable for rough grinding. The revolution orbit movement bottom plate is detachably arranged on output shafts 1-4 of the machine body assembly 1 through a bottom plate quick-change component 3, is in positioning fit with the support frames 1-6, and revolves around the output shafts 1-4 under the limiting action of the support frames 1-6. The revolution orbital motion bottom plate is as shown in a triangular bottom plate 2A and a rectangular bottom plate 2B in figure 1, connecting columns 2-4 matched with support frames 1-6 are arranged on a bottom plate main body 2-1 of the triangular bottom plate 2A and the rectangular bottom plate 2B and are installed on an output shaft 1-4 of a machine body assembly 1 through a bottom plate quick-change component 3, meanwhile, the connecting columns 2-4 on the bottom plate main body 2-1 are connected with the corresponding support frames 1-6, the support frames 1-6 are of flexible structures and can limit the rotation of the bottom plate, so that the bottom plate can only revolve around an axis z1 of the output shaft 1-4 to form revolution orbital motion, and the triangular bottom plate 2A and the rectangular bottom plate 2B are more suitable for fine grinding operation. The shape of the base plate is not limited to the triangular base plate 2A, the rectangular base plate 2B, and the circular base plate 2C described above according to the use environment. The machine body assembly 1 can be matched with a random orbital motion bottom plate and a revolution orbital motion bottom plate to form an all-in-one sander. By adopting the design, whether the bottom plate moves in a manner of being matched with the support frames 1-6 or not can be selected according to different forms of the bottom plate, so that the sander can be used under different purposes and operating environments, different polishing and polishing requirements of consumers are met, and the sander has higher practicability and functionality. Moreover, each bottom plate is provided with an eccentric shaft 2-3, so that the eccentricity of different bottom plates can adopt different designs.
In the sander with the function of quickly changing the base plate, the output shaft 1-4 of the sander is driven by the motor 1-11 arranged inside the shell 1-1 of the sander body assembly 1, the motor 1-11 and the output shaft 1-4 can be transmitted by adopting an intermediate transmission mechanism such as a gear transmission mechanism and the like, or a rotor shaft of the motor 1-11 can be used as the output shaft 1-4, two ends of the output shaft 1-4 are respectively supported in the shell 1-1 through bearings, namely, the lower end of the output shaft 1-4 is supported through the lower bearing 1-8 of the main shaft, and the upper end is supported through the upper bearing 1-9 of the main shaft, so that the output shaft 1-4 can stably rotate. The output shaft 1-4 is also provided with a fan 1-7, the fan 1-7 in the embodiment is a dual-function fan, namely the fan 1-7 is provided with an upper set of fan blades and a lower set of fan blades, the lower fan blades are used for dust collection, the upper fan blades are used for heat dissipation in the machine body, the shell 1-1 is also provided with a heat dissipation hole 1-1-1 communicated with a motor cavity where the upper fan blades are located, and the heat dissipation hole 1-1-1 can be used for quickly dissipating heat in the machine body; the shell 1-1 is also provided with a dust collection port 1-1-2 communicated with a lower cavity chamber where the lower fan blades are positioned, and the dust collection port is used for being connected with a dust collection box and facilitating the collection of grinding and polishing dust. In addition, the sander of the present embodiment may also be powered by ac power or dc power, which is similar to the prior art and will not be described herein.

The basic structure and the working principle of the sander with the function of quickly changing the base plate in this embodiment are the same as those in embodiment 1, except that:
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the spindle lock knob 1-3 of the spindle lock mechanism is disposed at the side of the machine body assembly 1, which enables the overall height of the sander to be smaller, and the sander to be more compact. Specifically, the spindle locking mechanism comprises a spindle locking knob 1-3 and a spindle locking disk 1-10, the spindle locking disk 1-10 is a circular structure, the spindle locking disk 1-10 is coaxially fixed on an output shaft 1-4, a plurality of locking jacks 1-10a are arranged on the side surface of the spindle locking disk 1-10, in this embodiment, two locking jacks 1-10a are oppositely arranged on the spindle locking disk 1-10, a bolt 1-3a matched with the locking jacks 1-10a is arranged on the spindle locking knob 1-3, the spindle locking knob 1-3 is axially and telescopically arranged on the side surface of a shell 1-1 of the machine body assembly 1 through a return spring 1-3b, and the bolts 1-3a of the main shaft lock buttons 1-3 are matched with a plurality of locking jacks 1-10a arranged on the side surface of the main shaft locking disk 1-10. A push button baffle plate 1-2-1 on the push button switch 1-2 extends to the side surface of the main shaft locking disc 1-10, when the push button switch 1-2 is in an opening state, the push button baffle plate 1-2-1 blocks the main shaft locking button 1-3, so that the main shaft locking button 1-3 cannot be pressed down and is always kept in a release state for the output shaft 1-4; when the push button switch 1-2 is in a closed state, the push button baffle 1-2-1 releases the main shaft lock button 1-3, so that the main shaft lock button 1-3 can be pressed down to enable the bolt 1-3a to be inserted into the corresponding lock jack 1-10a of the main shaft lock disk 1-10 to lock the output shaft 1-4. The push button switch 1-2 can be arranged at the upper part of the shell 1-1 of the machine body assembly 1, the push button baffle plate 1-2-1 is integrally formed on the push button switch 1-2, the reset spring 1-3b is sleeved at the outer side of the bolt 1-3a, one side of the reset spring is abutted against the shell 1-1, and the other side of the reset spring is abutted against the main shaft lock button 1-3, so that the main shaft lock button 1-3 keeps the elastic trend of being jacked towards the side surface.
