Claims (8)

1. A nursing bed for assisting in turning over of a bedridden patient in a nursing department comprises an underframe (1), a control box (2), a first contact switch (31), a second contact switch (32), sliding chutes (4), first telescopic rods (5) and arc-shaped bed boards (6), wherein the control box (2) is installed on the right side of the upper front part of the underframe (1), the first contact switch (31) is arranged on the upper side of the front part of the control box (2), the second contact switch (32) is arranged on the lower side of the front part of the control box (2), the sliding chutes (4) are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the underframe (1), the first telescopic rods (5) are respectively arranged on the two sliding chutes (4) in a sliding manner, the arc-shaped bed boards (6) are connected between the upper parts of the two first telescopic rods (5), and the nursing bed is characterized by further comprising a lifting mechanism (7) and a turning-over mechanism (8), the lifting mechanism (7) for driving the arc-shaped bed boards (6) to move up and down is arranged on the rear side of the upper part of the underframe (1), a turning-over mechanism (8) for assisting the patient to rotate the body is connected among the arc-shaped bed plate (6), the lifting mechanism (7) and the bottom frame (1).

The nursing bed for assisting in turning over of the bedridden patient in the nursing department as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism (7) comprises a first electric push rod (71), a first mounting block (72) and a fixing ring (73), the first mounting block (72) is arranged on the rear side of the upper portion of the underframe (1), the first electric push rod (71) is mounted on the first mounting block (72), and the fixing ring (73) is connected to the telescopic rod of the first electric push rod (71).

The nursing bed for assisting in turning over of a bedridden patient in the nursing department as claimed in claim 2, wherein the turning over mechanism (8) comprises a first rotating shaft (81), a swinging frame (82) and a belt (83), first collar (84), gear motor (85) and second pivot (86), solid fixed ring (73) go up the rotation type and are equipped with first pivot (81), first pivot (81) front side is equipped with swing span (82) of being connected with arc bed board (6), can lead to arc bed board (6) motion during swing span (82) motion, gear motor (85) are installed to chassis (1) rear side, the rear side is equipped with first collar (84) on chassis (1), be connected with second pivot (86) of being connected with first collar (84) rotary type on gear motor (85) output shaft, around there being belt (83) through the drive wheel between second pivot (86) and first pivot (81).

The nursing bed for assisting in turning over of the bedridden patient in the nursing department as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a fall prevention mechanism (9) for preventing the patient from falling off from the arc-shaped bed board (6) during turning over, wherein the fall prevention mechanism (9) comprises a second electric push rod (91), a connecting plate (92), a guardrail (93), a first distance sensor (94) and a second distance sensor (95), the second electric push rods (91) are respectively installed on the front side and the rear side of the arc-shaped bed board (6), the connecting plates (92) are respectively connected to the telescopic rods of the two second electric push rods (91), the guardrails (93) slidably connected with the arc-shaped bed board (6) are respectively arranged on the two connecting plates (92), the first distance sensor (94) is arranged on the lower side of the swing frame (82), and the second distance sensor (95) is arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the connecting plate (92) on the front side.

The nursing bed for assisting in turning over of the bedridden patient in the nursing department as claimed in claim 4, further comprising an inflation mechanism (10) which provides a barrier for the patient to turn over, wherein the inflation mechanism (10) comprises second mounting blocks (101), air pumps (102), pipelines (103) and air bags (104), the second mounting blocks (101) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower portion of the arc-shaped bed board (6), the air pumps (102) are arranged on the two second mounting blocks (101), the air bags (104) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the arc-shaped bed board (6), and the pipelines (103) are connected between the two air pumps (102) and the air bags (104) on the same side.

The nursing bed for assisting in turning over of bedridden patients in nursing departments as claimed in claim 5, which is characterized by further comprising a toileting mechanism (11), wherein the toileting mechanism (11) comprises a second mounting ring (111), a third electric push rod (112), a pushing frame (113), a second telescopic rod (114), a first moving plate (115), a slide way (116) and a slide rod (117), the second mounting ring (111) is arranged on the rear side of the lower portion of the arc-shaped bed board (6), the third electric push rod (112) is arranged on the second mounting ring (111), the pushing frame (113) is connected onto the telescopic rod of the third electric push rod (112), the second telescopic rods (114) are arranged on the left and right sides of the front portion of the pushing frame (113), the first moving plate (115) is connected between the front portions of the two second telescopic rods (114), the slide way (116) is arranged on the left and right sides of the lower portion of the arc-shaped bed board (6), an included angle larger than 90 degrees is formed between the lower portion and the upper portion of the rear side surface of the slide way (116), a slide bar (117) which is connected with the slide rail (116) in a sliding way is arranged at the lower side of the first moving plate (115).

The nursing bed for assisting in turning over of a bedridden patient in nursing departments, according to claim 6, is characterized by further comprising a washing mechanism (12) for cleaning excrement of the patient, wherein the washing mechanism (12) comprises a water pipe (121), an electromagnetic valve (122), a sewage pool (123), a third mounting block (124), a fourth electric push rod (125), a baffle plate (126), a second moving plate (127), a third telescopic rod (128), a spring (129) and a third distance sensor (1210), the sewage pool (123) for containing the excrement of the patient is arranged between the two sliding chutes (4), the water pipe (121) is connected between the right part of the sewage pool (123) and the underframe (1), the electromagnetic valve (122) is arranged on the left side of the water pipe (121), the third mounting block (124) is arranged on the front side of the left part of the sewage pool (123), the fourth electric push rod (125) is arranged on the third mounting block (124), the baffle (126) which is connected with the sewage pool (123) in a sliding mode is connected onto the telescopic rod of the fourth electric push rod (125), the left side and the right side of the sewage pool (123) are respectively provided with a third telescopic rod (128), a second movable plate (127) is connected between the upper sides of the two third telescopic rods (128), springs (129) are connected between the left side and the right side of the lower portion of the second movable plate (127) and the sewage pool (123), the springs (129) are wound on the third telescopic rods (128), and a third distance sensor (1210) is arranged on the rear side of the sewage pool (123).

The nursing bed for assisting in turning over of the bedridden patient in the nursing department as recited in claim 7, wherein a switch power supply, a power supply module and a control module are installed in the control box (2), the switch power supply supplies power to the nursing bed for assisting in turning over of the bedridden patient in the nursing department, the output end of the switch power supply is electrically connected with the control module, the power supply module is connected with a main power switch through a circuit, the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit, the first distance sensor (94), the second distance sensor (95), the third distance sensor (1210), the first contact switch (31) and the second contact switch (32) are electrically connected with the control module, the first electric push rod (71), the second electric push rod (91), the third electric push rod (112), the fourth electric push rod (125), the electromagnetic valve (122) and the air pump (102) are all connected with the control module through a relay control module, the speed reducing motor (85) is connected with the control module through a direct current motor positive and negative rotation module.
