Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of an air aldehyde-removing and peculiar smell-removing spray solution, which comprises the following components; 15-25 parts of chlorine, 1-3 parts of sodium bromide, 1.5-3.5 parts of sodium percarbonate, 8-14 parts of tetramethyl piperidinol, 1-2 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 10-16 parts of methyl benzene sulfonamide, 2-4 parts of octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, 3-6 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 2-3 parts of coconut oil alkanolamide, 0.4-0.8 part of carboxymethyl cellulose and 0.2-0.8 part of fat dissolving enzyme. Has the beneficial effects that: the air keeps fresh and fragrant smell, can sterilize and inhibit bacteria, can eliminate smell generated by secretion products of microorganisms such as bacteria, mold and the like, has good formaldehyde-removing and deodorizing effects, can continuously and effectively degrade organic harmful gases such as formaldehyde and the like and peculiar smells such as environments such as kitchens/toilets and the like while improving the air quality of construction environments, and prolongs the action time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air purification, in particular to a preparation method of an air aldehyde-removing and odor-removing spray liquid.
Background
With the increase of health awareness and the improvement of the demand for quality of life, the attention on the quality of air is gradually increased. At present, a plurality of products for pollution treatment of home decoration are available on the market, represented by photocatalyst, biological enzyme and active carbon adsorption materials, and mainly used for treating pentabenzenetrialdehyde harmful gases such as formaldehyde. The odor in the air also seriously affects the normal work and life of people. For places which are easy to generate peculiar smell and stink, such as building basements, parking lots, sewage treatment stations, factory workshops, special food shops, such as fruit shops (durian taste), bean curd odor shops, fresh river/seafood shops, hot pot shops and the like, the peculiar smell can be generated, and materials which have an air purification function and are environment-friendly are urgently needed in the places.
In the prior art, the method for removing formaldehyde by using a photocatalyst is mainly adopted, and oxygen or water molecules are required to be used as media under the action of the photocatalyst, so that the effective contact concentration of the photocatalyst on the surface of a purified product is critical, light energy can be converted into chemical energy under illumination, particularly irradiation of short-wave light such as ultraviolet rays, peculiar smell gas and harmful gas can be rapidly decomposed, the method also has a sterilization effect, but the efficiency is greatly reduced at night or in the absence of ultraviolet radiation; therefore, the effect of the method for removing formaldehyde by using the photocatalyst is not ideal.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the related art, the invention provides a preparation method of an air aldehyde-removing and odor-removing spray liquid, which aims to overcome the technical problems in the prior related art.
Therefore, the invention adopts the following specific technical scheme:
a preparation method of an air aldehyde-removing and odor-removing spray liquid comprises the following components;
15-25 parts of chlorine, 1-3 parts of sodium bromide, 1.5-3.5 parts of sodium percarbonate, 8-14 parts of tetramethyl piperidinol, 1-2 parts of sodium hypochlorite, 10-16 parts of methylbenzenesulfonamide, 2-4 parts of octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 3-6 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 2-3 parts of coconut oil alkanolamide, 0.4-0.8 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.2-0.8 part of fat dissolving enzyme, 0.6-1.2 parts of alkaline protein dissolving enzyme, 0.5-1 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1-3 parts of sodium chloride, 50-70 parts of auxiliary agent and the balance of deionized water.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent comprises 10-16 parts of a dispersing agent, 40-60 parts of a solvent and 2-6 parts of essential oil, wherein the essential oil is selected from any one of rose essential oil, lavender essential oil, orange flower essential oil, tea tree essential oil, permanent flower essential oil and rosemary essential oil.
Preferably, the dispersing agent is selected from any one of PEG200, PEG300, PEG400, PEG600 and PEG 800.
Preferably, the solvent is selected from water or ethanol or a mixture of water and ethanol.
According to another aspect of the invention, a preparation method of the air aldehyde and odor removing spray liquid is provided, which is used for the air aldehyde and odor removing spray liquid and comprises the following steps;
adding 50-70 parts of auxiliary agent, 15-25 parts of chlorine, 1-3 parts of sodium bromide, 1.5-3.5 parts of sodium percarbonate and 8-14 parts of tetramethyl piperidinol into deionized water in sequence, and neutralizing in advance;
after the reaction is complete, sequentially adding 2-4 parts of octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 3-6 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and 2-3 parts of coconut oil alkanolamide, and stirring uniformly at room temperature until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution;
adding 0.4-0.8 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.2-0.8 part of lipolytic enzyme and 0.6-1.2 parts of alkaline proteolytic enzyme into the mixed solution, stirring and dissolving at 20-80 ℃, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a sufficient mixed solution;
