The invention discloses a polymer spray-seeding material for slope ecological restoration and a construction method thereof, wherein the spray-seeding material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of modified soil, 0.1-0.5 part of plant seeds, 1-3 parts of slow release fertilizer, 1-3 parts of plant ash and 1-5 parts of charcoal; the modifier for modified soil comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of acrylamide, 10-30 parts of methyl methacrylate, 1-5 parts of humic acid, 0.1-1 part of benzoyl peroxide, 0.1-1 part of gamma-polyglutamic acid, 0.5-1.5 parts of magnetic attapulgite and 0.1-1 part of carboxyethyl cellulose ether. The spray seeding material of the invention improves the germination rate of plant seeds and has good water retention performance.
